Paisley Photography loves weddings. We love being a part of your big day because it becomes special to us just knowing how important it is to you. We tell your story from beginning to end, capturing all the small details along the way.

We have experience shooting weddings of all shapes and sizes from New Jersey to North Carolina. We've worked with various religions and backgrounds and in many locations, both indoor and out.

Packages are available to fit your needs for your wedding day. All packages contain the basics and have add-on options to help you get exactly what you want.

Frequently Asked Questions for Photography
Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
In addition to color and black and white images, I oferr sepia-toned and colorized black and white photos.
 
Is your media preference film or digital?
I shoot mostly digital at this point but still use my film cameras from time to time. I'll always have a love for film.
 
How many photographers do you work with?
Paisley Photography is a one-woman operation.
 
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
I only book one wedding a day to give the couple my full attention. I will book for both days of the weekend though.
 
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, I have several colleagues in the business that are as experienced as I am or better, so in the event I'm deathly ill, I would call upon one of them.
 
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I keep it simple- camera, flash, and flash bracket.
 
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, I always have a second camera and flash with me.
 
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I offer packages based on the number of hours services needed. Another hours can be purchased at an hourly rate.
 
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Just one to eat.
 
Do you charge for travel?
I charge for hotel accommodations and tolls for weddings outside the Baltimore and Wedding Metro areas.
 
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Proofs will be online within 3 weeks and hard copies will be in your hands within 6-8 weeks.
 
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
4x6 prints in an album that you keep and online for viewing for 6 months
 
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes, I will provide a CD for an additional fee with the rights to make copies.
 
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes at Pictage.com
 
What kind of albums do you offer?
A variety of sized flush-mount/storybook albums, as well as coffee table books.

Tips and Advice

Tip: Hire the photographer you are most comfortable with. You want a photographer that you can talk to and communicate your ideas to and will listen to them. If you aren't getting a good vibe, keep searching.
