Janine Novarro is Certified and Award-Winning Makeup Artist with over fifteen years of experience, who decided that in order to offer her clients an affordable one-two punch, she would become a licensed Cosmetologist, so that she could provide hair services, as well. She is based in Colorado Springs, CO, but enjoys traveling to meet her clients at their requested location. She uses her versatility to meet, and often exceed, her clients needs be it for a wedding, a fashion show or a photo shoot.  Whether you are wanting a traditional style, retro victory rolls, modern mohawk, or anything in between, Janine and her team will help to make your vision a reality.
