Frequently Asked Questions for Videography
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, we have extra cameras, batteries, etc. We even have extra videographers available in case of emergency.
 
Do you give access to your raw footage?
Yes, the raw footage is included with every package at no additional cost.
 
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
Since we have a full-time editing staff, it only takes approximately sixty days to get the final completed DVDs.

Additional Questions and Answers
 Can the bride and groom choose the music?
 Yes, they have the option of choosing off of our extensive list of popular songs or even providing their  own CDs.

 What is the payment schedule?
 A $95 refundable deposit is required to book the wedding.  Half of the balance ($400 for the popular  package) is due 30 days  prior to the wedding date, and the final payment is due upon pickup 60 days  after the wedding.
