Things to consider when selecting your wedding cake.
* Details of your wedding, such as theme, time of day, season and indoor or outdoor wedding
* Customized incing, border and flowers colors
* Selection of icings, frostings and layer flavors available
* Fill clear pillars with coordinationg colored icing
* Wedding ornaments
* Serving accessories

* Based o a serving size of 1" x 2", three tiers will serve 20 to 100 guests. You may need five layers for 200 guests or more.
Sheet cakes may also be used for additonal servings.
* Your cake tabel should include: two plates, two forks, two napkins, a glass of warm water, an extra towel to wipe off the knife
and a plate or tray for the decorations as they are removed from the cake.
* Make wedding photographs memorable by adding special touches to your cake tabel with rose petals, candle, tealights, fruits, family
photographs, special items from the parents’ or grandparents’ weddings, your toasting glasses or floral arrangements from the bridal
party. Dress up the table with elegants fabrics, such as organza, tulle, print fabric or heirloom linen.
* The top tier of the wedding cake may be frozen to enjoy on your first anniversary.
For that reason, we can provide the number of serings with and without the top tier.
If you choose to freeze the top tier layer or your cake, here are some helpful hits:
1) Remove any sugar flowers and set them aside.
2) Wrap the cake sugar flowers and set them aside.
3) Seal the wrapped cake in an airtight bag and store in the coldest part of the freezer.
