Art and baking have always been two of Victoria’s greatest passions. Early on in her creative journey, Victoria found the perfect combination of the two in cake art. She started her journey at a local custom cake studio and furthered her education at The Culinary Institute of America. Her desire to create delicious food and gorgeous art continued to grow. Finding inspiration in art, travels, and life.
Continuing her creative journey, Victoria worked for a luxury cake designer in NYC during an apprenticeship where she found a true passion for high-end design. This is where her path truly took shape. After graduating, Victoria went on to help create a new luxury cake studio in the Adirondacks. Now stepping into a new role, Owner and Artist at Vici Design.
Inspiration can be found in anything, this is why Victoria works with clients to create unique designs—taking inspiration from clients' event themes, color palettes, garments, stories, etc. There is no limit to creativity when there is a story.
