Lake Harriet Florist was an AMAZING florist to work with and I highly recommend!!!! Lesley was incredible with her great personality and exceeded both my husband and I’s expectations with our flowers, greenery, and hanging installation. They were exquisite and exactly what we had been looking for. From our first meeting to our last, Leslie was able to capture what I had envisioned and brought it to life. I received so many compliments on my bridal bouquet, other flowers, and the hanging installation. You can really tell that she puts her heart and soul into what she is creating. My wedding ceremony and reception were in the same ball room, so there was a flip included while I was at cocktail hour with our guests. When they pulled me into the room for the first look of reception, I almost burst into tears as I was utterly impressed that she had really pulled together the entire look of the decor and style for a grand master piece. Again, I would give a 6 out of 5 if I could. I recommend!!

I highly recommend Lake Harriet Florist!!! They absolutely nailed our wedding flowers. I was planning a Minneapolis wedding from Los Angeles, and I was definitely on a budget. I looked extensively at doing our flowers through CostCo, Sam's Club, or Trader Joe's, and Lake Harriet Florist actually wound up being LESS expensive, with all the added benefit of their beautiful selection and arrangement and delivery! No storing flowers in buckets and arranging and transporting on my own... I worked with Lesley, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. I wasn't totally sure what I was looking for, but I shared my Pinterest page with her and we had a phone conversation from which she created a beautiful online proposal, and the decision was easy! She completely understood my vibe and what I was going for even though I didn't have the language to describe it. She even created a color story that wound up being the basis for the colors of our wedding. We did donuts instead of a cake, and our baker matched the icing to Lesley's color story! When the flowers arrived the day of the wedding they completely exceeded my expectations. When I handed off my bouquet to my in-laws the morning after my wedding because I couldn't figure out how to get it home on the plane with me I CRIED when I said goodbye to them! (They'll dry them and I'll get them back sometime.) I can't say enough nice things about Lesley and Lake Harriet Florist - they really nailed it, and I'm delighted with the final product and the cost!!

Lake Harriet Floral was a pleasure to work with for our wedding. From our first sit down meeting with Lesley through our actual wedding day, we were impressed. Lesley was so energetic, easy to work with, and brought a strong sense of vision to our overall wedding aesthetic. We first met with her 16 months before our actual wedding, at which time we were uncertain about what we wanted specifically for our décor. Lesley immediately gave us several ideas and really helped us to refine and clarify our overall goals throughout the planning process. She was frequently in contact by email, on the phone, and even another couple times in person! Every time we added to our order or changed sometime slightly she was happy to quickly revise our proposal. The flowers at our wedding were stunning. The blooms she selected were fresh and vibrant. We could not have asked for a better florist given Lesley did more than just provide us with some bouquets and centerpieces - she really put together the entire look of our ceremony and reception.

I absolutely loved working with Lesley and her team for my winter wedding. They created the most beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, and table arrangements for us. It was seriously what dreams are made of.

Lake Harriet Florist came as a recommendation from our venue (The Fountain Room) – and wow, what a recommendation! They designed centerpieces that would inspire brides to be, as if they were direct from a magazine. We planned our wedding from afar, and worked with Lesley and staff remotely. From only a few Pinterest pictures and a couple phone calls, they took a dream and made it perfect! Our centerpieces featured large gorgeous candelabras, with stunning floral arrangements. Even better, guests were able to detach the large arrangements and bring them home. My bouquet was equally as beautiful. I loved large round bouquets and this did not disappoint. It was sturdy and held its glamour all night. We know our Moms will be preserving their corsages, because like everything, they loved them and couldn’t stop remarking about their beauty. But Lake Harriet did not top there – their attention to detail, ability to have two delivery locations, and the staff’s creativity, passion, care, and kind attitudes are what really made the night! Thank you for adding beauty, class, and glamour that is unmatchable!

Lesley did an amazing job with not only helping us design the best floral arrangement for our wedding but following through on assembling bouquets/boutonnières and ceremony decorations.
While other florists recommended certain flowers that would not last that long out of water, Lelsey made sure anything we ordered could manage through an evening outdoor wedding, especially when it turned out to be 95 degrees that day.
