Can't say enough good things about this vendor. Met the owner and his parrot - they were wonderful despite an error on our part. They took responsibility for the error even though it wasn't theirs and made all of our wedding transportation effortless and easy. Thank you!!

Unfortunately, we had an awful experience with Key Lime Taxi. We had contacted them 2 weeks prior to our destination wedding on 2/24/18. We paid via phone with a woman named Margaret and were told we would have 2 vans waiting for us and our guests outside of the church following the ceremony. After about 30 minutes, we realized the vans weren't there (as we were taking pictures and our guests were literally sitting on the sidewalk in front of the church...) when I called, I was told they had no record of our reservations!!! I then contacted this Margaret when I returned from the Keys and was told I would be sent a check (after providing proof of the charge and providing my address) refunding the cost. Two weeks later and still no check and now no responses from Margaret when I contact her. I am honestly feeling a bit scammed and wouldn't recommend anyone else contact them or they may have the same unfortunate experience!
