My husband and I hired Sharon as the day-of coordinator for our wedding. She did a terrific job throughout the process. She knows the wedding industry incredibly well and provided expert advice. Sharon was logistically meticulous. On the front-end, she is a careful planner, often catching potential issues that we had not even considered. The day-of execution was also excellent, as she oversaw a seamless flow of events at both of our wedding day venues (for the ceremony and reception, separately). Sharon is highly knowledgeable regarding the Atlanta wedding scene and has an impressive network, helping connect us to several high-quality vendors (including a bakery and even a flower preservation service) and finding additional support staff where necessary.

Beyond the logistics, Sharon is also a true professional who took the time to understand our wedding priorities, align the event specifics with our personalities and preferences, and make us feel heard and comfortable. She was generous with her time, making an effort to join many of our individual vendor meetings, during which she shared useful insights. She was also consistently responsive, communicating promptly via e-mail, text, calls, and in-person meetings.

We were very pleased with Sharon’s work. Our wedding turned out beautifully, and much of that is due to Sharon’s efforts. We highly recommend her!

I don’t know what we would have done without Sharon. I thought I didn’t need a wedding planner, but I couldn’t have been more wrong! All through the planning for my daughter’s wedding, Sharon shared her (outstanding!) vendors with us, kept on top of the plans and decisions, offered guidance when asked, and was there when we needed her. BUT, when the weather forecast for the outdoor (ha!) wedding went from 10% rain to 90% rain, she was amazing!! The plans shifted, then shifted again. She rounded up the caterer, the DJ, and the flower/décor person and they worked as a flawless team to pull off a dry (almost) and magical wedding. I’ve never seen anyone work so hard, yet be invisible. Her judgment was spot on, her timing perfect. She was a joy to work with, start to finish, even in some challenging and not very pleasant circumstances. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

We felt Sharon was always unprepared, talks fast, tried to keep us from talking, and rushed to end the conversation. We always had to interrupt her so that we could feel that she had an idea of what we wanted at our wedding. It was arduous. We only hoped that her energy would compensate for her lack of listening skills. She never improved.

When we asked her to find vendors, Sharon was consistently unresponsive. We finally found and hired all of our own vendors for the wedding. It was not difficult. She liked that we gave her new vendors that she didn’t know.

Giving her deadlines for answers did not help as they were ignored. She was very unresponsive to our calls and would not put anything in writing such as the schedule, timing of events, where to be, etc. After some time, we made our own schedule and sent it to her. Again, she only wanted to comment on it verbally. We had to call all of our vendors all to confirm if she had ever been in touch.

Sharon insisted that we hire two additional “girls” to assist her on the wedding day. Although it was an additional cost, we hoped we would finally have someone who would be organized and diligent.

We went over the schedule many times with Sharon and she still missed it. She was late to the wedding, people did not know where to be, photographers were confused, and flowers were not able to be found for some time. The bride or groom had to ask guests to help find things or fix situations. The groom found the girls sitting in the hallway texting. Guests reported that the girls acted like they were being inconvenienced when they asked for something.

We had contemplated letting her go and bringing in a new person for the day of the wedding and should have done so in retrospect.
