When my husband and I started planning our wedding, we agreed photography was one of the most important elements of the entire day, so we started our search with high expectations.

I spent a good deal of time researching vendors, pricing and portfolios, and Heather stood out in all three areas - she was a genuinely approachable and communicative person who shared our goals, her prices were very fair (in fact she worked with us to build a package more suitable for our needs, and never tried to up-sell us), and her work is absolutely stunning. Winning trifecta!

From the first time I contacted her, I knew we were going to be in good hands. She was very helpful with so many aspects of the planning (including helping me with scheduling every minute!). On the big day, she was so much fun to be around and she naturally made us all feel calm and confident (and beautiful!).

We were stunned by the beauty of the photos she captured, and there couldn't be a better feeling than knowing we made the right choice on such an important investment.

The only problem with hiring an amazing photographer is you have a hard time deciding which photos to print because they're all flawless. If that's a problem you want, Heather is the photographer for you! Throw in her bubbly personality, and you have one heck of a wedding photographer! Heather was the first vendor we booked for our wedding -- even before our venue. We were referred to her by a friend and immediately fell in love with her work. After some emails back and forth, we sorted out the contract and had her completely booked within 1 day of initial contact.

Throughout our year and a half of planning, Heather was so easy to get in touch with and quick to reply. One of our favorite parts of working with Heather was how friendly she is. After we booked, Heather added us on Facebook and we'd send emails every now and then to keep in touch (just like we would with friends). She made us feel like we were more than just her clients, which is likely part of the reason why she was able to capture such beautiful moments from our wedding.

A couple of days before the wedding Heather met with us at a local park so we could scope out places to take our portraits. This was the first time we met Heather in-person, but we stood in the park and chatted with her for nearly 3 hours like she was someone we knew her since high school. On the day of the wedding, Heather was not only able to take incredible photos that captured love, overwhelming job and the roller coaster of emotions we felt on our wedding day, but also capture said photos without intruding on our guests' experience. In fact, most of our guests told us the next day that they didn't even realize we had a photographer -- we actually had 2 (Heather and her second shooter, Matt)!

Booking Heather was one of the best wedding-related decisions we made. Now we have all of these amazing photos that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Heather! You're incredible!!
