Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
Sepia tinting, hand coloring, and other art effects are available.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
I am properly trained to deal with each situation, no matter how unexpected! Rain, shine, wind....I do it all!
Is your media preference film or digital?
I shoot 100% digital. This allows me to offer lower prices because purchasing and developing of film is not necessary. Digital also allows me to retouch images upon request and offer a speedy delivery of your wedding prints.
How many photographers do you work with?
I am the sole photographer. A second photographer can be added for $500.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
You can always be assured that I will be the one shooting your weddings. If for some reason there is an emergency, I guarantee a replacement photographer will be present at your wedding and that the photographer will be a professional and accredited.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
I allow one wedding per day. This allows me to focus solely on your wedding without interruptions or other obligations.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
In the event of an emergency, another professional photographer will be present at your wedding day in my place.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Much equipment accompanies me on a wedding day. My primary camera is a Canon 40d. I also bring along a backup camera, plenty of batteries and memory cards, lighting equipment, and multiple lenses.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Of course. Your wedding day cant be redone, so I am equipped with two professional cameras, as well as many lenses and batteries.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I offer 4, 6, 8, and 10 hour packages.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
$250/hr
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
An occasional water and restroom break throughout the day.
Do you charge for travel?
Areas 60 or more miles outside Oklahoma City have a travel fee, which is listed on website.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Please allow 3-6 weeks for photos to be posted to your private online gallery.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Online proof gallery, as well as 4x6 proofs in some packages.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
The proofs are yours to keep!
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
I always retain the copyright to the photos. However, if a photo cd is purchased, a release form will be included for you to make any changes and have prints done.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes. These photos can be used on my website and anywhere else I please. However, dressing photos will not be published without the bride's permission.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
A photo cd is available for purchase for $500 and includes all high-resolution photos taken that day, with a copyright release.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Online galleries are provided for viewing and purchasing for 60 days.
What kind of albums do you offer?
I offer many custom albums, which are listed in detail on my website.
When will the client get the final album?
Please allow up to 4 weeks to design the custom album and 6-8 weeks for it to be delivered after the order is placed.
