About
Heartfelt Wedding Ceremonies opened in February of 2007, and is owned and operated by Rev. Kelly Hunt and Rev. Zita Ruediger. We are Interfaith/Non-Denominational ministers, and we truly believe that this is your wedding, and it should be all about you, your relationship, and your beliefs. We will work with you to build your perfect wedding ceremony, then one of us will come and perform it at the location of your choice, and take care of the paperwork for you too. To commemerate your special day, you will get a keepsake, bound copy of your ceremony, on photo-safe paper.

Frequently Asked Questions for Officiant
What officiant services do you provide?
Interfaith Ceremony, Non-religious Ceremony, Single Religion Ceremony

What religious affiliations do you serve?
Baha'i Faith, Buddhist, Christian (no denomination), Hindu, Jewish, Muslim, Shinto

Can you accommodate the hearing impaired?
No

Are you willing to perform a ceremony at a non-religious site?
I am willing to perform your ceremony at the location of your choice: religious, non-religious, indoors or outdoors. I offer this service because the location is almost as important as the cermony itself. The location you choose can be a place that is important to both of you, or it can be a place that you have enjoyed together.

Are you flexible in the wording used throughout the ceremony, including the vows?
The words used in your ceremony are chosen by you. I will send you some examples to help you get started, but I also encourage you to look at other resources too: books, the Internet, or a friend's ceremony. When you find what is perfect for you, send me a copy, and we will use that in your wedding.

Do you allow the couple to write their own vows, if desired?
Your vows are the most important part your ceremony, and should reflect what is important to you in your marriage. I fully incourage you to write your own, but I am also aware that not everyone is able to do this, so I have a wide range of vows that you may use too.

Do you have a list of readings pre-selected, from which the couple must choose?
Additional readings are a way for you to further personalize your ceremony, if you have a favorite poet or author who has captured your views on marriage and love, we will use your choice. If you need some inspiration in this area, I have a wide range of ideas that you may use.

Do you require that premarital counseling be done?
I do not require premaritial counceling, but that option is available, if you desire it.

Are you willing to perform pre-ceremony rehearsals?
I am availalbe to help you with a rehearsal for your wedding. There is an extra charge for this service, however. I charge seperately to help keep the cost of your ceremony as low as possible.

Additional Questions and Answers

What do you charge?

I charge $250.00 for a ceremony. This includes helping you build your ceremony, performing it, and filing your marriage license after your ceremony is performed. Additional charges may apply for rehearsals, if you choose to have one, and mileage, if your location is more than 30 miles from Plover. Please contact me for details.

How far in advance should we book your services?

Interfaith and Non-Denominational ministers tend to fill thier available time quickly, so book well in advance. I have found that 9 to 12 months in advance will give you the best chance of having your desired wedding date open.

Tips and Advice
1. Book your minister as far in advance as possible. This will give you plenty of time to plan out your ceremony, and will give you the best chance of finding the minister that is right for you.

2. Buy a three ring binder and keep all your wedding and ceremony related materials in there. This will help keep your organized so you do not waste your time calling the same service more than once.

3. Meet with as many of the people involved in your ceremony as possible. If you are planning your wedding from a distance, this may not be possible, so at least speak to them by phone.
