About
Hamilton's First United Methodist Church offers a dramatic, traditional, romantic setting for your wedding ceremony.
Built in 1926, the First United Methodist Church in Hamilton was designed in the Romanesque style of architecture, with a square bell tower on the east side, rounded arches, a dramatic high ceiling, and beautiful stained glass windows. Our large sanctuary seats 375 on the main floor and 80 in the balcony. The magnificent organ at the front of the church was designed especially for First United Methodist Church by two well-known organ designers, one of whom was the organist at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
We are available for other denominations! Your wedding is a sacred, personal event, and your commitment to each other is a holy one. Our church will work with you to be sure that this ceremony is honored with the reverence it deserves.
