We have in house full-time editors with years of experience with a vast array of software.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
We have shot in all light situations (natural light, inside strobe, outdoor with lighting, etc.)
Is your media preference film or digital?
Digital. We use either our 16.7 mpeg giants or our Hasselblad 40 mpeg monsters.
How many photographers do you work with?
up to 15
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Only if I am scheduled. Customers are guaranteed to meet their actual photographer.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
One photographer does one event per day.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
We always have at least one replacement.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We always have multiple camera bodies (2 - 4 each), 6 or more lenses, monopods, tripods and lighting equipment.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Always.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Per day
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
No such thing as overtime. If you want us to stay then we will for no extra fee. It's your day and we appreciate that.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
As few as possible.
Do you charge for travel?
Sometime. If you are in a remote location (because we offer services nationwide) and we have to make a special trip.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
2 weeks.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
DVD with jpegs.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Forever and ever.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
No
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes
Will images be available for viewing online?
If requested, but it's unusual because our customers get all the shots on DVD.
What kind of albums do you offer?
Dozens of options. Small to large and fabric to leather. $100 +
When will the client get the final album?
Typically 4 weeks after you have selected the images to be contained within.
