Received a Groupon for their Photobooth (it actually expired a day before but they allowed me to use it). Booking was easy 6 months before my event. Two days before the wedding they called to verify final details. They do charge a travel fee for suburban venues but it wasn't too bad (especially since I had a great groupon). I do think their memory book fee should be less than $100 as they only fill the front of the pages (though they are two sided) and the book isn't particularly special. I did love that the package included 3 hours with 1 hour of shut down for dinner and that we received a flash drive with ALL of the photos (which we are still laughing at). Their props were great! Even more I loved that our attendant actually acted more like a guest at the wedding taking a few hilarious photos and keeping the Photobooth up and running for an extra hour or so and we caught him on the dance floor for a little while after shutting things down (this made us happy because the plan for the whole thing was for EVERYONE to have a good time). $500 bucks for 5ish hours, unlimited photos, favors for our guests, a memory book, and a flash drive this was the best deal ever!

I booked Flashbooth for my wedding 7-12-13. Eric was a pleasure to work with over the phone and I got a fantastic deal. I was able to get the same price they were offering on groupon without actually booking it through groupon. It was 50% less than what most photo booths are charging, and that included a guest book!

Flashbooth offered a 3 hour window between set up and the actual event at no extra charge which worked out perfectly! No noisy set up during dinner distracting guests from the speeches (all other photo booth companies I contacted charged extra for this per hour).

The booth itself was great and offered guests the option of black and white or color photos by the touch of a button located inside the booth. The attendant was SO nice and professional (sorry I don't remember his name with all the excitement!). They even brought me 2 different guest books to choose from, one black and one silver. Both were beautiful!

The photo booth was such a big hit and I think every singe person at our wedding used it at least once (some people went in 10 times!).

If you are looking for a great photo booth for your wedding or any other event you can't go wrong with Flashbooth! I'm so happy I chose them!

We got the Groupon for Flashbooth about a year before our wedding date (Nov. 2013) and I have to say that with the Groupon, Flashbooth was totally worth it! We had them set up in the cocktail area of our reception hall and our guests loved it! We got some great pictures, especially from some of our older relatives! One of my bridesmaids made the guestbook, and we just had the photobooth attendant help people insert the photo prints into the guestbook (we provided double-sided tape, pens, markers, stickers, etc. in addition to the guestbook). Somehow during the wedding craziness, the flashdrive with the images got lost, but Marcela (our flashbooth contact) assured me that she'd send us a new flashdrive free of charge. Pretty awesome!

We used Flash Booth for our photo booth at our wedding, we found them on groupon. They were speedy and very reliable. We were in consistent communication and they arrived early set up the photo booth which was a great size. They had tons of props and the photo booth definitely did not go empty at any time in the evening. It was a great value and truly a hit at our wedding.

They were great, pictures came out great and we loved getting the flash drive at the end of the evening that showed all of our pictures!

As pretty much everyone has said, they were a little hard to get a hold of during the booking/pre-wedding process, but in the end, we all got what we needed and everything worked out.

I think the photo booth was everyone's favorite part of our reception -- it gives people something to do besides dance or stand at the bar, and the progression of the pictures over the course of the evening was priceless. The photo strips were personalized with our names, date, and colors, and Flashbooth threw in the "memory book" for a small upcharge on top of the deal they had at the time. Having the hard-copy book is fun since lots of people wrote notes in it, plus we have all the digital copies (which is great since some people walked away with both hard copies).

PLUS, Husband and I didn't get in the photo booth together until the very end of the night, when the guy was already breaking it down, so we asked him to stay set up for one last picture. The reception was technically over already and he had apparently already given us the thumb-drive, so we didn't get the digital copy of our photos, but when I emailed them the following week, they were able to send it to us.

Highly unprofessional. IF they make a mistake do not expect they will correct it.
During our wedding we were pulled aside twice to take a couples photo in the booth. The first photo did not print. It was later that we found out the printer was not working for a while during the wedding. Guests who used the photo booth were either not directed to sign the guest book or the photos never printed because there were many guests who said they took a photo booth picture but then there was no photo of them in the book. Flashbooth claims that once the printer was back up and running, all pictures taken prior had printed. Flashbooth attempted to blame this on our venue’s outlets/circuitry even though our DJ, and other vendors had no problems the entire night and the Photo booth itself appeared to be working fine.
Regardless, we did not freak out about this issue because I figured we could always print these missing photos on our own (using the included flash drive) and put them in the book. Then, a couple weeks after our wedding, we went to view the photos on the flash drive and there were NO photo files. The drive was empty except for a single stock photo they had placed on the drive. We emailed Flashbooth right away and they said that they would mail another flash drive with all our pictures (which never happened). In short, we followed up with multiple phone calls and emails over the next 6 months with promises that it would be sent, they just forgot, and would “get right on it” etc. Eventually, we asked if we could drive to their office to pick the flash drive up and received no response. I kept being told that they still had the files and would send them but I imagine they really didn’t have them for quite some time. We were told multiple times that they had sent us a partial refund along with a new flash drive containing our photos. Eventually we received an envelope containing $50 CASH (yes they did) with NO note/letter and most importantly NO photos.
