ADD COLOR TO YOUR TABLES BY ADDING COLORED TABLE RUNNERS AND NAPKINS
If your reception site offers white table linens, why not add color by adding colored table runners and napkins. A lot of clients use our chair ties as table runners to add needed color. Our chair ties are 12” wide and 3 feet long, and come in many colors to choose from. To complete your table, add coordinating colored napkins. Place one or two table runners in the center of your table, and add your napkins accordingly. Please see our linens and chair covers.
ADD ADDITIONAL COLOR WITH YOUR FAVORS
Party Favors can bring additional color to your tables. Most favors on the market are white and when standing afar, they will more than likely blend right into your table cloths. Select boxes that are colored or printed which will coordinate with your colors. Please see our custom favor boxes.
MIX UP YOUR PARTY FAVORS
Instead of giving the same party favor to each of your guests, why not shake it up a bit, by giving several different favors which are similar, but not the same. Wrap them so that each guest will be intrigued to discover their special gift. To go a step further, use more than one printed wrap to wrap your favors.
ADD A BIT OF GLAMOUR TO YOUR TABLES
Place chargers on your tables at each place-setting. You can use chargers regardless of whether you are having a sit-down dinner, or if you will be serving a buffet. If you are having a sit-down dinner, your wait-staff will place the plates directly on the chargers and remove the plates from the chargers after each serving. If you are having a buffet, the guests will go through the buffet line, and then set their plates on the chargers. As you set your table, place a charger at each place-setting. Place your napkin on the charger and set your flatware to each side. Please see our chargers in our rental inventory.
USE FRAMES FOR NUMBERING YOUR TABLES
Instead of using tented cardstock to number your tables, use classic frames. Print your table numbers and insert in frame. Cut it smaller and insert colored cardstock for the background. Please see our table frames in our rental inventory.
