Classic Carriage Company is Houston’s ELITE carriage company.  We specialize in making your day a lifetime memory.  Our first class service is second to none as we meet your specifications for your event.  As a beautiful bride, you are spot lighted as the princess of the day.   Arriving or departing in a carriage is a beautiful setting for your wedding.  Classic Carriage Company works closely with you or your wedding coordinator to simplify your day.   

Our carriages are pulled by Amish trained horses, and are illuminated with special lighting to allow your ride to be an experience of a lifetime.  Our clients are like family, and return for other Holidays!! 

Rick and Barbara are members of numerous organizations.  They are lifetime members of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and CONA (Carriage Operators of North America), Greater Houston Horse Council, just to name a few.  They have been active with horses all their lives and view the carriage business as sharing the love of horses with you.  We look forward to meeting you!

What types of cars do you have in your fleet?

Describe your fleet and drivers:
We have a few carriages to choose from. Our Limo carriage is the most popular. It seats 6 adults comfortably.
 
What (if any) amenities are your vehicles equipped with?
We decorate to your color scheme, and specifications.
 
Describe any special wedding packages you offer:
We travel to you with no milage charge for the Houston Meto area.
 
Do you offer any special group discounts for contracting multiple vehicles?
Yes!! We work with you to make your evet a lifetime memory.
 
Is there a minimum amount of rental time that is required?
Yes, a two hour minimum.
 
Do you offer more than just pickup and drop-off? If yes, what services?
Yes- your time is yours to use how you would like to. Remember.... 1 mile by horse is about 30 minutes.
 
Do you charge for travel time?
No!! We have 1 set fee for the Houston-metro area.
 
What is your overtime rate?
$100.00 an hour

Additional Questions and Answers

What if it rains?

Our carriages have convertible tops that we can raise.  If the weather is extreme, and puts the occupants and, or horses at risk - it is up to the drivers discretion to cancel the ride.  A make-up date will be arranged.  This can be a future anniversary, Holiday light looking, a birthday party, or any other special event.  We work together with you to have a positive outcome.
