Camp Kiwanee is a rustic wedding venue that is located in Hanson, Massachusetts. This wedding venue is a part of the National Register of Historic Places. Camp Kiwanee features the Needles Lodge that was built in the early 1900s. It is a beautiful venue with vintage New England charm that is perfect for you and your loved one to share your unforgettable day.

Facilities and Capacity
Couples may host up to 200 wedding guests at Camp Kiwanee. The indoor event space is in Needles Lodge, which features hardwood floors and scenic views of the water. Onsite there are also cabins for your guests who are traveling for the wedding weekend, and a bridal cottage for the newlyweds to share after their wedding day. We only host one wedding per day and offer an unprecedented four hour set up time prior to your wedding.

Catering
Couples may use any caterer of their choice as long as they can supply the required paperwork/documentation to the Hanson Board of Health. There is a $150.00 kitchen fee for the Caterer. We are a town-owned facility and all caterers must carry a Certificate of Insurance.

For the bar service we are contracted with the Bartending Service of New England. The bar permit fee is $40 for the day.

Camp Kiwanee Wedding Packages

Wedding Flat Fee: $7,500.00 and includes the following:

One Hour Rehearsal (Rehearsals are held the Thursday evening prior to the weekend’s events). Five hour event, four hour set up time prior to the event. (includes setup and removal of tables and white garden chairs in Needles Lodge, open and closing of drop windows)

Additional Lodge Fees:

South End Camping and Bridal Cottage Package -- $1,000.00

(includes cabins, Bridal Cottage, Chalet, Pavilion for one night. Check in at 3:00 p.m., Check out at 11:00 a.m.)

Bridal Cottage only: $200.00

Ceremony on Site -- $500.00

$250.00/hr – each additional reception hour beyond the five hour event

$150.00/hr -- each additional set up hour beyond the four hours allotted

Miscellaneous information:

Kitchen Fee for Caterer's $150.00, Security Deposit: $1,000.00. Ten percent discount for Hanson residents, the Lodge must be booked by the Hanson resident. Weddings may only book accommodations for one night, ensuring that the package may be offered to each of our couples.
