To guarantee a reservation for Bush Gardens Hall we require a signed contract and a Non- Refundable or Transferrable Room Charge Deposit:
- Friday - $450
- Saturday - $600
- Sunday - $400
- Monday - Thursday $200

A second Non Refundable deposit of $1,000.00 is due (5 months) prior to the event, this amount will be applied toward payment of the final bill.
At least (14 business days) prior to the event all projected charges must be paid in full.
Additional charges either in food or beverage made the day/ night of the event must be paid in full at the end of the function.
Guaranteed number of guests and Dinner selection must be made (14 days) prior to the event.
Any table assignments or name cards must also be brought in at this time.
Dinners prepared will be based upon guaranteed or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater.

All payments must be paid in cash, personal check or cashiers check. No Credit cards.
Prices do not include Service Charge (18%) and State Sales Tax (5.1% ) it will be added to the final bill.
If there is a cancellation, Lessor will retain 100% of deposits previously received as damages.
Bush Gardens has the right to refuse the consumption of alcohol to any patron who appears to be intoxicated.
A person without proper identification will not be served. Must be 21 yrs. old to consume alcohol.
No food is to be removed from Bush Gardens ( per health dept.) except for cake.
No alcoholic beverages may be brought in or taken off the premises.
No decorations may be hung or taped. No free-standing candles, No confetti, glitter, rice or aerosol foam string or there will be a $75.00 clean up charge.
Lessee accepts responsibility for any damage done to Bush Gardens by their guests.
Music set up may begin 2 hrs. prior to the event, not during the event.
Music may play until 12:00 midnight and room cleared by 12:30
Bush Gardens is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal property.
All flowers, table arrangements, gifts, etc. must be taken at the end of the event.
Please inform all guests to park at the school ( except for handicap).
All children must be attended to.
