  We love Bush Gardens they were awesome and price was good. I would def recommend this place for anyone getting married.

  I just had to write and let everyone know that our wedding was the most beautiful of all!!!! Lynn the owner was more than willing to sit down with us and go over every little detail with us. This was my big day and she made it just perfect!!! The food was excellant, the venue is just so beautiful....Lynn had such good ideas that we never thought of and used quite a few of her ideas. I was a bit of a bridezilla(which I am sure I am not the only Bridezilla they deal with) and they had been wonderful to me....I must have meet with Lynn 6-7 times due to me not being able to pick which meal we wanted to serve....sit-down, buffet ect. We ended up choosing the buffet which was excellant!!! The roast beef and chicken terraki ka-bobs out of this world....all our guest raved about it! Just had to say that I highly recommend this venue for any occasion! I can see a baby shower or a baptism in the near future there!!!!hehe Thank you to Lynn, Vicki and Mary for all you did to make our day special!

  Great location! The place is practically brand new and they are very eager and willing to accommodate your needs. The food was amazing and the atmosphere is electric.

  WE loved our wedding at Bush gardens. All our guests complimented us on the food !!! We had appitizers and a buffet dinner which was wonderful. I saw these bad reviews about bush gardens and the owner Lynn. Not true for what she did for us but she made our day special in every way. Thank you bush gardens and staff for making my dreams come true.

  The service, food and general atmosphere of the reception hall was awesome. However, the owner is quite "difficult" to work with. She refused several times to let me do a taste testing until about the fourth time when she saw how upset I was. Her argument was, "I've been in business 28 years, you should trust me, my food is good." She also tried, on several occasions, to play to much of the "mom" card, crossing the boundaries of professionalism. She made several unwarranted comments on choices of ours during the prep period. Even during the actual reception she was walking around and came up to me saying, "Why are you standing outside, you need to go dance." The general consensus from all of my guests was that the food and service were superb. Really, I agree with that. The location, decor and price for service was also really great. If you can put up with the pestering, have thick skin and can handle the "mothering," I would highly recommend this place for their value and service.

  I think the whole venue inside and out were absolutely beautiful but the owner was every bad name in the book she is loud obnoxious annoying mean and a complete b****. If you can handle her you will have the best day of your lives the way it should be.

  I agree with most of the previous reviews - GORGEOUS venue, especially for the price. UNFORTUNATELY, Lynn was VERY hard to work with. It took forever to get responses and there were things not in the contract (at the time; they may have updated their contract) that she told me about shortly before the wedding (no popcorn allowed), after I had already purchased everything. She cancelled our transportation (they had a bus at the time) A WEEK BEFORE our wedding, leaving us with no transport for our wedding party to the hotel. She never took notes; I had to remind her of things several times, including what we were eating (parmesan chicken, NOT pecan chicken). We were told we could only set up an hour before doors open. We were originally told our reception could go until midnight, later that night, we were told we had to be cleared out BEFORE midnight. We were charged for 100 people, so we had seating for 100 people for dinner in case guests showed who hadn't RSVP'd and they were angry to find out they put together extra plates. Lynn sat at the bar most of the night and I saw she had grabbed SEVERAL of our favors for our guests AND some of our cupcakes. I don't know why she thought that was OK. They also cut our ENTIRE cake. WHO CUTS THE TOP LAYER OF THEIR WEDDING CAKE?! I was so angry and no one ever apologized. At the end of the night, everyone said they had fun, our food tasted good, and the venue was beautiful (we decorated everything ourselves though).

  Bush Gardens is a beautiful wedding venue. It provides a lovely outdoor gazebo that was the main attraction for us as we wanted to have our ceremony and reception onsite. The food is buffet style and it was reasonably priced and delicious.
  However, Lynn can be very difficult to work with. She was rude and short with some of my family and my husband. She would start complaining about things that were originally agreed upon, like decretive bows in the reception hall, to my husband, who had nothing to do with that little added feature, while we were greeting close friends and family. We began emailing because no one ever picked up the phone when I called. When she did pick up the phone to discuss details I felt no confidence that anything I told her was properly documented. Most of the day with management felt like a "get their money, get them in, get them out." If you have a lot of patience, and are swept away by the beauty of the venue for the cost choose this venue.
  
  I would not recommend this vendor to a friend, unless your ready to put up with management.

  The place is absolutely amazing. The way they decorated it matches its charm. However, we ended up not going with Bush Gardens because of the vibe we got from her about how the experience would go. She is terrible at responding (3-5 days at least, once I had to call back multiple times to get a reply). She didn't seem very flexible or accommodating to her guests. If you really like her place, great, but I hope that the owner would be more professional and she could have people booked there all the time.

  Horrible/Whore House

  One bartender was only worried about getting out to the parking lot to have SEX with a costumer! Didn't realize there was a whore house in Muskego! It's clear the bartenders are NOT there to work for all costumers. They clearly DO NOT care, and are absolutely RUDE! The food is barley ok. Save your money or head down the road to Matty's

  When we first saw this place we fell in love shortly after I realized I made a huge mistake. Lynn was the most difficult person I have ever worked with and I am a psych nurse!!! She would take days almost weeks to return phone calls which she would say was due to "personal issues". Gave my venders a hard time about set up to the point my dj paid her $100 to let him in to set up his equipment as she would only give him 1 1/2 before ceremony to set up photobooth with green screen 12 foot screen for videos and slide show and his sound system. Than the day of she walked around talking s**t bout my bridesmaids saying they were all bitches but the guys were nice saying to my guests this was the most ri odious wedding she ever had (we had a theme which she laughed at) and would sit at the bar where my guests should be and talked to my guests bitching the whole time to them. Minus the tears on my wedding day things went well. It was hotter than all get up inside the hall which I was shocked as it felt the ac wasn't even on. Weren't allowed to taste the food but the food was good. But save urself the drama and tears and look elsewhere

  I recently had my wedding here. When first looking for venues I fell in love with how beautiful Bush Gardens is. After a few months of dealing with Lynn, the owner (the only person you can deal with) I instantly regretted my decision. She takes days if not weeks to respond to phone calls/emails. When you do finally get in for an appointment she is extremely unorganized and gets way off topic with her personal life. Lynn is very unprofessional to work with and for me, planning my wedding was much more stressful than it needed to be because of her.
  
  On the actual wedding day there were many things that not only disappointed me, but things my vendors and guests commented on as well. She made setting up for my vendors difficult as well as seating my guests. She approached me multiple times during the wedding day with problems she should have been able to handle as a professional.
  
  If you choose Bush Gardens despite this post, I urge you to have a buffet style dinner. I had a sit down dinner that Lynn assured me they could do. There was over an hour time difference from when the 1st table was fed to the last. I had tables on the dance floor that were being rushed to eat their food so the tables could be cleared for dancing when they had just been served their main course. Common sense would tell you to serve the tables you have to be move 1st. My guests at those tables had to stand or find another table to eat their dessert. I was horrified.
  
  I don't want this review to turn into a rant, so I will stop there. I just wish there would have been reviews to forewarn me of the experience I was about to endure. A wedding day is only something you get to do once. It is expensive and there is no re-do button for bad service. Don't let the beautiful venue fool you. Take the time to look for a venue that has professionals you can trust working for you.
