Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
We Reccomend the bride schedule an appointment, however, she can stop in to our locations and receive a gown analysis on the spot

We are members of the Association of Wedding Gown Specialists and carry the Museum Quality Preservation line
 
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
Specific turn around time for gown preservation is about 4 weeks.
 
How often do you receive new dresses?
We receive preservations weekly
 
Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind?
We provide a lifetime international guarantee. As members of AWGS our partners accross the globe will honor our guarantee.
 
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
We have seamstress' at each location six days a week.
 
In addition to wedding dresses, what other products do you sell?
In addition to our preservation services, we clean and restore wedding gowns, military uniforms, christening gowns etc. We also provide dry cleaning services and free delivery and pickup.

Tips and Advice
DO bring your gown in for cleaning closely following the reception.

DON'T Let any possible stains sit on your gown for long periods of time. They can be removed, however the stain may damage the integrity of the fabric.

DO inspect your gown with a preservation specialist before the preservation process begins. You and your specialist should be on the same page regarding the condition of your gown.

DON'T Store your preserved gown in your basement or attic. Humidity changes effect the integrity of the fabric in your gown.

DO Store your preserved gown in your closet or tucked under your bed. 

DON'T Accept your preserved gown if you have not had the opportunity to inspect it before it was packaged!

DO Take your gown out of the preservation chamber! As long as you are wearing the white gloves provided by your specialist, handling your gown is OK.

DO Enjoy your wedding reception! Trust your wedding gown specialist to  do the job and remove any of the stains that may end up on your gown.
