Balloon Specialties is a full line decorating service.  We provide balloon decor, such as, balloon arches, drops, sculptures, dance floors and more.  On the Non-Balloons side of our decorating, we provide glass and lighted centerpieces with artificial flowers.  We specialize in fabric and light draping for head tables, dance floors, tents, back drops and more.  Check out our pictures, you will be surprised what we can create for you!
We are currently serving the Northern IN area but not limited to just IN.
