Baker's Man Inc was started by pastry chef Mark Brickman. We are a gourmet bakery offering wedding cakes, specialty cakes, and pastries to the Atlanta community. Many of our products are featured in some of the best hotels and restuarants here in our city.
We are fully committed to baking only superior quality desserts as shown through our selection of ingredients. Using only the finest ingredients, including AA grade butter, heavy cream, European chocolates, and pure vanilla, this gives our cakes and pastries the added touch. We never add any preservatives or artificial flavors to our desserts.
Working in a state of the art, newly built kitchen, Mark prepares every order personally, so you can feel confident knowing that every ingredient and every nuance of every order is created just for you in the way that you have asked. No detail goes unnoticed, whether it's the consistency of piping and border or the texture of a particular design, everything that comes from Baker's Man Inc. is perfected in every way. Since Mark also oversees deliveries of your creation personally, you won't have to lose sleep wondering if you cake will lean or crumble. All deliveries are made in an air climate controlled vehicle, making even the steamiest summer wedding day in Atlanta, just like any other day for your precious confection.
Our desserts are created under the supervision of Chef Mark Brickman. Chef Brickman is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island where he studied pastry arts and food service management. His work background includes an upscale retail bakery in Westchester County, New York, an upscale restaurant in Lausanne, Switzerland, The Peabody Hotel, Memphis, The Ritz-Carlton Hotels, St. Louis and Atlanta (Buckhead), as well as The Grand Hyatt Atlanta.
