What primary photographic style do you identify with?

Photojournalism, Traditional / Posed

What do your packages include?

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?

Some of the images I provide in the final album are black & white or sepia toned prints. There are a select few that I will make in black & white & color part of an image (the bouquet for ex).

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

Yes I have photographed indoors as well as outdoors.

Is your media preference film or digital?

All of my equipment is digital and use Canon Digital SLRs

How many photographers do you work with?

Alicia Lynn Photography LLC is owned by myself with no other employees at this time.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Yes

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

No, but occasionally have a Friday AND a Saturday wedding on the same weekend

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

I do know a couple photographers that could fill in for me if I am unable to attend pending they are available as well. I have been lucky not have to call upon them as I have attended/worked every wedding that was assigned.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

I carry with me all Canon products. I have 3 digital cameras (DSLRs) on hand as well as 2 flashes/strobes with extra batteries & other equipment.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Yes I have extra equipment with me just in case.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

For longer wedding hours (such as from before the ceremony to end of the grand march), I do require client to provide a meal.

Do you charge for travel?

There is an additional charge for locations outside a 30mi radius of Green Bay

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

Usually within 4-8 weeks after the wedding day with the exception of the busy season (Usually June/July/Aug) where it may be longer (but no longer than 2 months).

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

The "proofs" are given in 4 x 6 photos in an archival album and also on DVD format. Both are in Hi-Res format.

How long can the client keep the proofs?

The "proofs" are for the wedding clients to keep so they may do so for as long as they like. The online proofs however are taken down after a year.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Images from Alicia Lynn Photography are not allowed to be published or entered in competition without the written consent of my self.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

A DVD is included in the price of the wedding packages. Whatever photos are in the final albums are what is also on the DVD and what is online.

Will images be available for viewing online?

All of the proofs can be viewed at www.youronlineevent.com with assigned Event ID and Password

What kind of albums do you offer?

Wedding albums are archival in that they will last a long time w/o the photos getting ruined.

When will the client get the final album?
