Planning a same-sex wedding overseas is not easy. We did some research online and decided to work with Linda. She was incredible, professional, warm, and kind from day 1. After our first zoom call, we knew we wanted to work with her full-time. Anytime we needed help understanding a situation, Linda always offered a zoom call and worked with us even with a 6 hour time difference. The day of our wedding was perfection. We moved locations multiple times and it was easy for people to go their own way at times, but Linda always steered everyone in the right direction and this allowed me to be fully present and have fun on my wedding day. It was sweet to see her spark conversations with the guests. My wife and I decided on fairly short notice (4 months) that we would cancel our wedding at home and instead have a wedding of 15 people in Positano, Amalfi. We were so fortunate to find, Linda, as it would have been absolutely impossible to coordinate anything from Canada without her. From our very first meeting on Zoom, we made an instant connection with Linda and we truly felt that we would be making the right decision by having her plan our wedding.

She took care of EVERYTHING! Things that neither of us had ever thought of that came up she had an answer for. She helped us choose all our vendors (this would have been hopeless without her) and told us exactly what we needed to do! She has connections to every vendor and person involved in the wedding industry across Amalfi and beyond; every we talked to knew her name and immediately jumped to help! She managed to snag us a reservation at Hotel Marincanto when others we talked to about potentially planning the wedding said this would be impossible. There was no task that Linda did not immediately and expertly solve.

Linda is extremely accessible - she answers every WhatsApp message straight away and gives you even more information than you could ask for! Since my wife and I were planning our wedding from Canada, and neither of us speak Italian, this was a huge relief for us, as it felt like we were both in Positano and planning everything right alongside Linda.

On the actual day of the wedding, Linda took care of several logistical problems that arose while my wife and I were taking pictures. As we found out when we got back to the Hotel Marincanto, our marriage officiant was lost and stranded at his hotel; Linda and our guests were able to coordinate picking him up and getting him back to the venue without us even knowing! Like I said - there is NO problem that she cannot solve!

My brother surprised us with sparkler fireworks on the night of the wedding, which I learned that he only decided to do the day before the actual event! Linda was able to coordinate a pyrotechnic and sound specialist on literally one day's notice and have them give us the surprise of a lifetime!

If you are thinking of planning a wedding along the Amalfi coast, do not even hesitate to at least contact Linda. She will explain everything to you and, should you decide to go ahead with this once-in-a-lifetime experience, absolve you of any and all worries you could ever imagine. I am so glad I went with Linda Gatto for my wedding. We had actually gotten engaged in 2019 and planned our destination wedding in Amalfi for October 2020... and then a pandemic happened. Linda worked with us from the beginning with securing our initial dates and vendors, then helping us with re-securing dates for 2021, then finally again in 2022. Not only did she help relieve some of the major stress of changing dates twice, but she also was there to help with every little could-be-disaster on the day of.

When people asked me if I was stressed about planning a wedding, my response was always …not really…I have Linda! A true professional and such a pleasure to work with. We organized our wedding with Linda Gatto. We asked Linda to organize an international wedding in less than 6 months. It was quite a challenging task but She walked us through each step since day 1. She was always easily reachable by emails and calls. Linda helped us choose the venue, the music, the makeup artists, and She also helped us a lot with the documents for the civil wedding.
