Meagan and Van’s wedding was nothing short of a vibrant and personal masterpiece, filled with unique details and meaningful nods to their personalities and passions. Meagan, a talented graphic designer, showcased her artistry by designing and printing her own letterpress invitations, complete with a custom-drawn skyline and venue illustration. Her creativity extended to her bridal look as well, with a subtle mermaid lining added to her gown, glitter gel in her hair for extra sparkle, and blue sequin boots under her dress for a bold, playful touch. She also handcrafted her brooch bouquet, sourcing each piece herself.
The wedding party embraced individuality with rainbow-colored attire chosen by each bridesmaid, complemented by matching eye makeup. Instead of traditional bouquets, the bridesmaids carried silver clutches filled with vibrant florals. Van, a car enthusiast, sported Mustang cufflinks, Soho Tampa socks, and a stylish black velvet blazer. His boutonniere featured a full lapel design, accented with a bee brooch gifted by Meagan.

For a personal touch, guests signed helmets instead of a traditional guestbook.
The decor was a kaleidoscope of color and texture, with rainbow napkins featuring fun facts about the couple, light-up floral centerpieces, and silver sequin head tables accented with ombre rainbow details. Bars were adorned with iridescent paillettes, and cocktails came with glowing straws.
Guests of all ages were considered, with a dedicated “Very Important Kids” area complete with teepees, bean bags, and coloring sheets, while adults enjoyed a luxury coffee bar, cheesecake martinis, and cookie ice cream sandwiches. Late-night snacks included soft pretzels and sliders, keeping everyone fueled for the dance floor, where Meagan, Van, and even their parents wore light-up sneakers.
The couple’s big entrance was marked by F1 start lights and revving engine sounds, setting the tone for an unforgettable celebration. To cap it off, a live painter captured the magic of the day, creating a keepsake as unique as Meagan and Van’s extraordinary wedding.
