Wedding Venues in St. Lucia

From the moment we started planning the wedding, Kaila has been out of this world in terms of helping us plan the perfect day. She is a really good person who just wants to make sure everything goes to plan and that we are happy! I always felt like everything was under control and would work out. We had some unusual requests which were no trouble to the venue or to Kaila. Kaila helped us with our surprise groom entrance (by boat!) and with our music choices. She also secured the fabulous Errol who played steel pan for us. The thing that amazed us the most was the beautiful decor. Such wonderful decor was included in the package. It was super reasonable considering some private florists were quoting me over the odds for additional flowers. We loved the bouquet and arches. Comparing our experience with Bay Gardens to other vendors and potential venues we spoke to, the customer service has just been so much more professional, caring and friendly. It never felt transactional or that we were being taken advantage of. I really recommend Bay Gardens Resort if you want an authentic experience which you and your guests will love.

Everything was perfect and so easy. We held our ceremony in the Sandy Barracks and arranged decor and transport for all guests from our hotel via Ashkel. Nothing was a problem for her to help us with and everything ran so smoothly. The park was emptied before my arrival and it was just beautiful.

The moment you step into paradise, the whole staff at WDJ is welcoming, respectful, hospitable, and just overall the best service I have seen in a long time. The reason we picked WDJ for our destination wedding was based on other reviews of the fabulous Melanie Reynolds! That made choosing a place and never scoping it out even better! Months in advance Melanie was on the ball about taking over every detail, promptly responding to every email,and making sure all our guests were taken care of. She even made reservations for someone to pick us up at the airport along with any of our guests staying there too! She made our wedding beyond gorgeous despite weather issues. We had to change locations in a matter of a few hours due to rain, but you would have never guessed. It was breath taking! Not only would I highly recommend staying at this resort, I would encourage you to pick WDJ if you are thinking of doing a destination wedding. Melanie literally does everything for you! All you have to do is show up, get married, and have fun! We will definately be returning.

The value was OUTSTANDING! If you’re considering it, go for it. All our guests adored the view in the villas. The pictures don’t do it justice. You’ll get exactly what you see on their website website (if not better). The staff were all very personable and the location is great since it’s close to many of the major tourist attractions. I felt like Stonefield really went out of their way in accommodating our group to try and keep us comfortable during our stay… they even knew us by name and room! The absolute only thing I wish could have been different was perhaps the menu for the wedding day- we couldn’t do a tasting and I wish we could have because we would have made a couple changes due to personal preference (nothing was poorly done though). The food and drinks at the Mango Tree were very good. We stayed Tuesday- Sunday and never got bored of the menu. Our group loved it so much that there is already talk of booking another visit in the next few years!
