Fond Doux Plantation & Resort is a venue that hosts weddings, located in Saint Lucia. Owned and operated by Eroline and Lyton Lamontagne who hail from the island, the resort is situated just a short walk from the beach. This team accommodates one wedding per day, allowing them to provide newlyweds-to-be with the attention and focus that their special occasion deserves.

Facilities and Capacity

This location hosts engagement parties, showers, ceremonies and receptions, and hosts up to 150 guests. Couples can choose to celebrate their nuptials outdoors, either on the lawns, by the pool, or under a gazebo surrounded by nature. This resort can also organize ceremonies across the island, with a range of alternative locations including on a beach or yacht, or in a rainforest. Additional options include exchanging vows on the local coral reefs, or under a waterfall. For couples who would prefer to wed indoors, they can choose from the selection of local churches.

Cuisine for the event will be provided for by the on-site catering team, who can accommodate buffets, family-style, hors d'oeuvres and plated meals. This eco-friendly property uses a range of organic fresh produce to create their dishes. Culinary creations include options such as seafood curry, sirloin steak, and codfish accra. There is also a comprehensive choice of dessert selections for guests with a sweet tooth, including coconut panna cotta, crème caramel with watermelon, and ginger sponge cake.

Accommodation

Couples and guests who wish to enjoy the island can avail of accommodation on the resort, which has 15 cottages available on the grounds. These private cottages each contain 1 to 2 bedrooms, with some offering a plunge pool as well as a balcony or patio. Guests can avail of amenities such as housekeeping, wake up calls, and complimentary toiletries.
