A Wedding at The Casino San Clemente

My now HUSBAND, Micheal and I had the most incredible wedding! And this could only be possible with selecting the right vendor team for us. We have admired Meredith’s work whether it be at local pop-ups in Long Beach, doing sweet and fun Aura Portraits, taking family photos, to shooting our friend’s wedding, to now having shot ours!
She really did a phenomenal job. Meredith was and is warm, energetic, decisive and so sincere with her couples. As a Type A Bride I felt confident in her abilities and reassured by her all day and night.
I have to share this special moment with you, future brides. While tucked away, before I was set to walk down the aisle with my dad I became so overwhelmed and emotional that all of my hard work had led up to this moment and I get to say I do to my best friend. Meredith was RIGHT there. She took three deep breaths with me and sent me forth with so much love and positivity to start my walk down the aisle. She let me have my moment all while being so gentle and helping me center. It was the peace I needed. All this to say, your vendor team is SO important and you spend all day with your photographer. There are no doubts about our decision for her to be on our team. She was down for the artistic shots, she gave clear direction for posing, and assembling groups for photos and kept things moving. We are so grateful to her and her amazing second shooter Kelsey for being a part of the best day of our lives!

Best Photoshoot Experience!!!

If we could give Meredith more than 5 stars, WE WOULD. Meredith and her team at Zoom Theory were so professional and incredibly fun on our wedding day! (Not to mention our super fun engagement photo session earlier this year!)
Meredith took notes of everything we envisioned for our day and made sure to capture everything in the time allowed. She worked amazing with our families and littles, keeping everyone laughing all day. She made us feel so comfortable and confident during our engagement and wedding photos. We were able to be our true, authentic selves. We LOVE how you can feel the emotions through her photos. October 2024 Wedding - The best experience with Meredith & Zoom Theory

Meredith and her team are the best in the business! From the start Meredith was so accommodating and helpful in getting us the best wedding photography package. We had our engagement shoot with her and it was so much fun! She brings such a great attitude and genuinely enjoys her work and making our day the best for us. She helped us with our timeline and even accommodated last minute changes. She was great with our nieces and families the day of and the pictures are breathtaking. We can’t thank her enough for documenting our wedding and forever enshrining these memories.

Amazing photographer!

Meredith was an amazing photographer for us! She really listened to us and was very good at direction. She checked in on us throughout the entire session and make sure we were comfortable. World's Greatest Wedding Photographer!!

Meredith was absolutely amazing to work with! We LOVE our wedding photos. She made the whole process so much fun, had everybody on both sides of the family laughing and smiling the whole time, and delivered a staggering number (1200+!) of extremely high-quality, well-edited photographs even though our wedding was only 5 hours long. She's a true professional and an amazing artist. Highly recommended for any momentous event in your life!

Details: Our wedding took place at La Venta Inn, in Palos Verdes. Meredith had worked there before and knew all the best spots to capture photos. We love the way her photos make use of the natural light. We'd taken engagement photos with her about a year earlier, and those turned out amazing too!!

Knowledgeable and Trusty!

Meredith was sooooo so so so helpful for us with our wedding. We were very appreciative of how knowledgeable she was about our venue and how to navigate it. She not only supported with pictures, but also helped us with how to make the wedding shots fit within our big day. She is very communicative and will make sure she gets the perfect photo. Meredith is the BEST!!

There are not enough words to convey how wonderful and talented Meredith is! She captured our vow renewal so beautifully and we get to relive all the special moments through the photos every day.

We were a 2020 wedding that got pushed to an anniversary celebration in 2024 and Meredith stuck with us for 4 years and was so kind and generous along the way when she didn’t have to be. We didn’t think the day would happen but it did and it was worth the wait to do it the way we wanted and with Meredith by our side.

Best photographer!

Meredith is simply the best photographer I know. We were so fortunate to have her take our wedding photos. She is gifted and knows how to direct her subjects and find the perfect position for the best photo. We have been overwhelmed with so many compliments on our wedding photos from friends and family. She definitely surpassed my expectation in quality, talent and professionalism. She was able and willing to work with our budget. Meredith was professional, courteous, and attentive to our needs. She came up with multiple service options to best suit our needs and was there for us before during and after the big day. Meredith and Kelsey were amazing, very professional, stuck to our schedule and made sure we got all the photos we asked about. We spoke with Meredith by phone to set up our shoot and she was very engaged and excited to make sure we got the photos we wanted. She wrote detailed notes and asked questions we hadn’t even begun to think about. When the day arrived we were in a whirl of trying to get to the right place at the right time and Meredith came in and introduce us to Kelsey. They both assured us we looked great and to relax, they were there to help. We were a little frazzled because we thought they delivered the wrong flowers, Meredith assured us they were the right ones and helped us take a deep relaxing breath before the ceremony. Then the wedding party photos began, they both had a wonderful way of leading each participant into and out of the photos without being rude or demanding. They kept everyone on schedule and did a great job taking numerous shots. Once they were told who a person was they remembered their name and were able to get them into the shots with ease. At the break between the Ceremony and the Reception they reminded us to relax and enjoy our big day. At the Reception they were only seen in the background taking photos while still making sure we got the shots we wanted. We highly recommend Zoom Theory Photography, Meredith and Kelsey. We are super excited to get the photographs because we know they will be great.

Keeps you calm and gives you timeless photos

Exuberant/Positive Attitude Delivered with Excellence!

I cannot sing enough praises of Meredith and Zoom Theory Photography team. Meredith has provided stellar customer service since day one from start to finish. She was kind and patient throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to ensure that the client is well taken care of. I tend to be more camera shy as well as my husband, but she made all our sessions comfortable with her jovial personality. She was often extremely attentive with checking in to make sure we're getting our desired results and I am very appreciative of her. As I was facing difficulties during my wedding planning, she showed up even earlier to the venue and our first look/family photos location day of to prep/scope out the layout for the best photo angles. Not only that, she reassured me by keeping up the schedule and even pulling through with being ahead of schedule with all our photos. With her taking care of the schedule for me, it really helped ease the heavy stress I was enduring so I was able to truly enjoy my wedding day. I had no idea how stressful the process of planning a wedding could be - there are so many moving parts and there is so much riding on the coming together of one very special day. Outstanding in every way

Zoom Theory shot my wedding and all my brothers' weddings. They are top notch in every way and never disappoint. They made the whole process easy and fun! I'm not a big fan of taking photos and I actually enjoy it with Zoom Theory because they make me feel so comfortable. We were blown away by the number of amazing shots they got and the variety of all the shots. I also have a huge family and they managed to be organized enough to get everyone together for some great family portraits. I truly can't say enough about Zoom Theory. Meredith = Magical Photo's

Meredith was the best photographer that we could ever ask for! She did my engagement, engagement party, and wedding.
I was very worried about getting through all my pictures at the wedding (I have a very large, boisterous family). Meredith sat me down and we went through every detail to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. Day of the wedding and she was the definition of a pro! She was organized, friendly, fun, and made the day extraordinary! PLUS all my pictures looked fabulous that I have to order at least 2 wedding albums. Thank you for everything Meredith!

Amazing photos and so professional

Zoom theory was amazing, our photos are so lovely and the process was made so easy with Meredith helping us. After our first wedding was postponed due to covid, they stuck with us through it all. The day of the wedding they made taking pictures fun and easy, and quick enough so we actually got to enjoy our wedding celebration! Loved working with Meredith

This team is a wonderful company to work with. We loved working with Meredith and the Zoomtheory Team! We did our engagement photos with them and they made us feed so comfortable. We love taking photos ourselves, but having a professional do it is something else especially for our wedding day! They are talented and professional. This is a small business and we can tell that we were important to them from the start. They made us feel special and happy with all our interactions. Simply the best!!!

As I was looking at my original venue's pictures on their FB, certain pics stood out to me and I knew instantly I had to have whoever took those pics to be my photographer! Luckily, Zoom Theory was tagged in the post and I contacted them immediately! Meredith responded quickly and set up a call and after our first convo I was so excited to be booking her!

Due to Covid, I had to change venues and all that came with that. Every time I contacted Meredith about a change she was on board and all for it! I couldn't be more happy to work with someone who was so flexible.

I loved that she set up a call a week prior to my wedding and went over everything from setting up a shot list to discussing different locations to take pics after our ceremony. I knew she would have it handled come wedding day.

The day of the wedding we were on a tight time frame with the venue and Meredith was on it! She kept us on time...even with 6 kids running around! Once we were done at the venue we went and took pics around the city and my husband and I loved every minute of it. I knew as we were taking the pics they were going to turn out amazing! Meredith is very detail oriented so if something looked out of place she would let us know and direct us which is def what we needed.

I would highly recommend Zoom Theory to anyone! We got our pics back very quick and like I knew...they are AMAZING! We couldn't be more happy!

Amazing visual storyteller!

Choosing Meredith with Zoom Theory to be our wedding’s visual storyteller was the best investment we could have made. We hired Meredith months before COVID-19 caused us to cancel, reschedule and reimagine our original plans. With family members and friends at high risk during a pandemic, we opted to have 6 people in our immediate family attend our ceremony while live streaming over Zoom to the rest of our guests. The details, including location, changed down to the last minute. And still, Meredith came prepared to catch every fleeting, perfect moment despite lighting challenges and time pressures. The photos she captured slowed down the day catching moments we were too frantic to appreciate and now allow us to relive our perfectly imperfect COVID wedding in all its magic. Her natural, photojournalist style mixed with just enough of the traditional wedding photography captured the most beautiful moments and will continue to bring up the emotions of that day as we reflect on this unforgettable milestone. By the end of the day she became so much more than a photographer and we can’t wait to invite her back into our lives to document the next chapter.

Great with babies and kids!

I’ve used Zoom theory 3 separate times. Once for maternity photos, and twice for new borns. My photos are so beautiful, I’m a returning customer. They are affordable, friendly and the photos are definitely timeless. There aren’t any cheesy shots, they really know how to capture the moment. At my last photo session my baby cried through most of it and looked horrible. BUT I was amazed how they were able to make my baby look peaceful and beautiful in the pictures. I would recommend them and will use them again and again.

Meredith and her Zoom Theory team were incredible to work with on my wedding day. I have small kids and a blended family and was worried that my camera shy kids would make things difficult. Meredith is a DREAM!

Zoom Theory was our favorite wedding vendor. Period. Meredith and Kelsey were a dream to work with and basically functioned as second coordinators on the big day because they did such a good job keeping us on schedule and getting all of our shots. The photos we received are warm and sweet. Their style is sunny and doesn't take itself too seriously, which was a perfect match for our cozy and casual wedding. We did an engagement shoot with Meredith which helped this camera shy couple relax, and produced the perfect Save The Date shot. We then had the easiest time planning out timeline and shot list with her. We really felt that Meredith "got us" as a couple from the very beginning. Do yourself a favor and book Zoom Theory IMMEDIATELY!

My husband and I had Meredith shoot both our engagement and wedding photos and WOW what an incredible experience. She made us so comfortable, excited, and special. What an amazing experience it was to have Meredith shoot both sessions – our photos would never have turned out as good if anyone else shot them. Amazing Photography

Best experience ever! Meredith by far was the most professional and talented photographer we know. She really took the time to get to know us, which made my husband that much more comfortable having her take our pictures on our special day. Even though we had a hiccup with my makeup artist which threw off our timeline, she quickly made arrangements and assured me that it would be okay. She really was a key factor to my wedding coming out perfect and with little stress. She even made sure I stayed hydrated during our session since our wedding was in Las Vegas with temperature at almost 100. I wouldn’t have any other photographer shoot my wedding. She responds quickly and the turn around on the photos is incredibly fast. Thank you Meredith and Amanda for making these photos so special.

Worth every penny

Meredith was a great communicator, she made me feel comfortable and cared for the whole time. We had two meetings before the wedding, and she was 100% on top of everything we discussed. Everyone in the wedding party said she was awesome to work with (not bossy, great energy, fun), and most importantly she GOT THE SHOTS! And her turnaround was super quick, we got the photos back in a week. The package we chose was a few hundred dollars over our budget, but it was absolutely worth it. These photos will be the visual memories of our lifetime.

Great Experience

We had a great experience with Meredith and her team. My husband wasn’t as concerned as I was with hiring the “right” photographer but after meeting with a few photographers he understood how important it was to have the right photography team. We both fell in love with Meredith’s professionalism, efficiency and enthusiasm. She even went out of her way to refer several vendors to us before we even signed our contract with Zoomtheory! We scheduled an engagement shoot with Meredith and our 3 dogs - that solidified our decision, she successfully photographed 3 dogs and a fiancé that didn’t want to do an engagement shoot. About a month before the wedding I had a 30 minute phone call to go over a timeline and details for our wedding day, again amazing efficiency and professionalism. I even had a few last minute changes and a request to get into the harbor (which can be difficult) and Meredith was able to make all of it happen. Meredith kept us on track the day of our wedding and we received the photos QUICK - within just a few weeks of our wedding. It goes without saying that we are thrilled with our wedding photos!!!

Herding Cats

Where to begin?! Meredith was a breeze to plan with, she asked all the right questions and had it all figured out in 30 minutes flat, she was so easy when I changed my mind a million times about location and was such a great communicator! The day of the wedding almost brings tears to my eyes. My husband and I struggle with photos, we don't love taking them, and I get nervous and uncomfortable. Not to mention there were several 2-5 year olds running around and distracted friends and family who would not hold still. Amongst all this chaos Meredith and her team were upbeat, enthusiastic and so engaging! We were like herding cats and she made it look easy. I think my family was ready to adopt her by the end and she was almost like having a second coordinator with keeping us on the timeline and moving. Now for the photos... They absolutely exceeded my expectations, they are beautiful and artistic and so natural, she made me look photogenic when I am absolutely not. My husband (who was slightly cranky at the volume of photos we were posing for) is also absolutely ecstatic and it was all so worth it. I can't say thank you enough times, and if you are at all nervous about your photography experience, as I was, this is the photographer for you!

Works amazing under pressure with beautiful results!

I booked Zoom Theory after seeing my college friend's wedding photos on Facebook and being blown away by how beautiful they were. I spoke to Meredith on the phone and felt very comfortably with her - it's clear that she and her team are complete professionals. The day of the wedding it's CRUCIAL to have professional photographers that run on time and know what they are doing while still making you feel comfortable because it's a bit of an odd thing, before photographed kissing someone over and over. My photos came earlier than I expected and were beautiful - my friends all commented how much they liked both my photographer on the day of and the pictures after. Can't recommend Zoom Theory enough!

My husband & I first spoke to Meredith (lead photographer) via FaceTime as our meet & greet. At the time, we were in the process meeting with & talking to several other vendors. She took time out of her weekend schedule to answer all our questions, etc. Right off the bat, we had good vibes from her.

We decided to go with Zoom Theory & couldn't be happier. Fast forward about 8 months later & we're finally meeting in person for our engagement photo shoot. Highly recommend doing one for 2 reasons: 1) get to know & be comfortable with your photographer 2) get comfortable taking photos & posing with your fiancée. Meredith has a such a bubbly, fun yet professional personality & she's so efficient at taking photos. She made us feel super comfortable when we truly felt awkward & knew the best spots to take photos.

Fast forward another 7 months to our wedding day (yes, we had a long engagement). Meredith was on time (huge plus on the day of, trust!) with her team of 2 other shooters. Prior to our big day, we had a phone convo about "must have" shots, first look ideas, & important family photos. Day of, it all went flawlessly! Even when we ran into minor set backs, Meredith handled it with ease & professionalism. Her positive attitude & personality helped calm me down, tbh! (There were A LOT of pictures to get taken). She was SO efficient with time! You could tell she's been doing this for awhile. She knew the times we had to get moving, memorized which family photos were up next & managed to help wrangle our large bridal party (9 bridesmaids + 9 groomsmen & even more family on top of that). She always checked in with me before dropping news about a slight change in plans, which ended up being perfectly fine. We got all the photos we wanted with the groups of people we needed!

Zoom Theory captured the essence of our day perfectly & truly helped our big day go so smoothly. So glad we chose Zoom Theory! & will look back on our photos for a lifetime!

From meeting Meredith we knew we wanted her as our photographer. For our engagement shoot she was open to all of our ideas and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. On our wedding day she was like having another girlfriend making sure my day went smoothly and I got all the pictures I wanted. She even carried around my lipstick for me throughout the night for whenever I might need a touch up! We ended up with over a thousand photos to remember our wedding day the family and friends that were able to share our day with us.

Our Big Wedding: would never have gone to plan w/o Zoom. We used Zoom theory for our wedding and the pictures came out gorgeous. Besides the amazing pictures, Meredith is absolutely amazing, From the very beginning she was top notch, her personality and energy makes posing for pictures enjoyable. Meredith captured the moments beautifully! She has an eye for creating artistic shots. We had our whole family there and she managed to make all of us look good. I would choose to work with Zoom Theory over and over again. Truly, the work speaks for itself. Our wedding coordinator recommended Zoom Theory as her FAVORITE vendor, having worked with her previously. We became very interested after our coordinator's glowing review and decided to check out Zoom Theory's work... We were blown away with the artistry of their photography. We were looking for high quality photos with a unique, artsy flair. We looked at many different photographers and agreed that our first choice by far would be Zoom Theory. So we set up a meeting with Meredith thinking we already loved the photos we had seen so much, we were definitely booking with her. After meeting her, we realized how excited she is about shooting weddings. It really pumped us up even more than we already were about our own wedding. She put us at ease (especially me, being camera shy). The day of, Meredith handled everything like such a champ. She was so professional and efficient. Where do I begin???!!! Zoom, Meredith, Amanda, and team, were fantastic, professional, patient and amazing artists. They truly are concerned with the style and look you are wanting for your wedding and make sure it happens. My husband and I choose a venue that was being built and as a result, we were the first wedding there. Prior to the wedding, Zoom went and checked out the venue to guarantee the best lighting and perfect background for photos. On the day of the wedding, Meredith came a few hours early, of her own time, to set up and check up on me. She made sure that all the photos that we discussed prior were captured, i.e romanticals, family and bridal party. Not only did she capture the photos I wanted but sentimental ones and kept me on schedule all the while, which was a very difficult task with our wedding party. I would highly recommend Zoom for their professionalism, their talent, knowledge and their delightful demeanor. To a bride who is planning her wedding and wants one less thing to worry about, I would suggest Zoom. They go the extra mile for you and make sure you are happy and stressed free on your big day.

Meredith and her team were our wedding MVPs! We did not understand how involved Meredith was going to be with helping us through not only the photographs of our wedding day but also with simple things like keeping the event on our schedule and helping my groomsmen and I apply our boutonnieres! Her professionalism leading up to our day, during the wedding, and now afterwards have really impressed us. We now have thousands of beautiful pictures to remember the day by and could not have been happier with the value of her services. The post production was fast, I mean we received our photos within about 5 weeks and they look incredible. I've heard from friends of mine that their pictures (from other photographers) took months to receive and doesn't sound like something that would ever happen with one of Meredith's projects. We'll always be grateful for her help, fun attitude, and responsiveness to all of our questions and concerns. One of the best decisions I made for my wedding was hiring Meredith at Zoom Theory. I had interest in her because the photos on her website reflected the more modern look I was going for (natural, not so traditional posed). Then I was completely sold when she sent me a sample album so I could envision exactly what I was getting.

From day one, she was professional, accommodating, and made the entire process a breeze. Then on our wedding day, she was an absolute rockstar. I hired a photographer and videographer and was worried the entire day would be spent taking pictures and video. But that wasn't the case at all, Meredith was quick and worked wonderfully with my videographer. She honestly felt like a friend to me that day due to all of the little touches like bringing us champagne and putting on my shoes. Yes, she literally bent down and helped me put on my shoes. She was truly a joy to have around that day.

Now I have my photos back and all I can say is WOW. I balled my eyes out seeing how perfectly she captured my day. She was able to capture my husband and I at our best, most natural moments. The way the pictures are framed, she captured details of the venue I didn't even notice. They are truly stunning.

HIRE ZOOM THEORY. You will not regret it! WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Zoom Theory is the best! Meredith and her team were truly amazing!
Not only did she take artistic, beautiful, fun, romantic, crystal clear images, she helped keep us on track with our timing on the wedding day, directed us, gave suggestions and made us laugh. She also helped make our day special and was very professional throughout the entire process. I love the different photo treatments that were added to a bunch of the photos by their graphic designer Amanda too. Our photos are priceless and so are the memories of our wedding day thanks to their help. It wouldn't have been the same without them! People at our wedding were impressed with Meredith's direction and wrangling our big group too. She's really great at utilizing time and being as efficient as possible. Loved her second shooter too, also very talented.

In addition, we also had a blast taking our engagement photos with Meredith. We originally had a friend take some pictures but weren't super happy with them so she even squeezed us into her busy schedule last minute for a mini shoot. We highly recommend Zoom Theory! :)

If I could give Meredith and her team at Zoom Theory 6 out of 5 stars I would. The team went above and beyond any expectations I had for our wedding and for our engagement session. It is very obvious that Meredith (owner of Zoom Theory) is passionate about her job and she made my wife and me feel comfortable and natural throughout the entire process. Amanda was also able to edit our photos so that my wife and I both felt gorgeous and were completely satisfied with the finished products. I did a lot of research on wedding photographers and after a phone call with Meredith I knew that Zoom Theory was the company to go with. Additionally, Zoom Theory came highly recommended to us and I can easily see why. We got compliment after compliment on how well the photos turned out and how smoothly the photography portion of the wedding ran. For what it is worth, I was also concerned about how a photographer would handle our same sex wedding as basically nothing we did was traditional. Meredith gave us suggestions to make it work for two feminine brides. Zoom Theory does excellent work and going with Zoom Theory was a great decision that I would recommend to anyone and everyone getting married.

We are so happy to have found Meredith Gradishar to photograph our wedding this past autumn. From our initial phone conversation to our first in-person meeting and all subsequent planning conversations with Meredith, we were certain we'd made the right selection of vendor.

Meredith has an unfailingly warm and energetic demeanor, and it's clear she loves her work and understands how meaningful her services are to her brides and grooms. The knowledgeable and experienced way she discussed her work - both as a service that would be of seminal importance to us on our wedding day, and as an art - inspired us with confidence from the start, and we were not disappointed!

Meredith and her excellent assistant photographer Kelsey arrived super early for our event and immediately set to work. They both displayed a lovely blend of warmth and professionalism as they documented our special day.

After our wedding, our photographs were delivered to us promptly and exactly as promised. We were delighted at the sheer number, variety, and quality of photographs that Meredith and Kelsey took! Over 2000 images of ourselves, the gorgeous venue LaVenta, my dress and our rings, the floral arrangements, the decor, the food, and - especially - our guests enjoying themselves with us.

The photos were so artful and professional, with beautiful composition and lighting, full of warmth, good feeling, emotion, and beauty. Meredith and Kelsie truly captured our day.

We LOVE Meredith and her amazing skills as a photographer. I recommend Meredith and Amanda at Zoom Theory 100% without reservation. Seriously - I hate having my picture taken, like, really don't like pictures, but as soon we had our engagement shoot with Meredith, we knew that we would definitely be happy with her as our wedding photographer. She's super friendly and immediately puts you at ease. We took our engagement photos at a museum in LA, and both my husband and I were a bit nervous about how awkward we would be posing in front of museum visitors. Meredith was great at just having us focus on her, and she was so efficient and got us out of there in a really reasonable amount of time. And of course - the pictures turned out great!!

Now - fast forward a few months, and we just got our wedding photos back. I WAS BLOWN AWAY. I planned to make my mom a photobook with wedding pictures, and before we got the photos back, I was worried that we wouldn't have enough great ones (not because of Meredith - just due to our faces...). But now I have the opposite problem of having too many awesome ones to choose from!!!

We LOVED our wedding and engagement pictures!!! They were absolutely beautiful! Zoom Thoery was our best vendor! We feel so fortunate that we had them. Meridith is a wedding photog genius! She went beyond what we expected from a photographer. She kept us on time and on track, made us laugh and captured beautiful photos! Words cannot express how much we absolutely loved working with Meredith at Zoom Theory Photography. We found her on the preferred vendor list for our wedding site and made an appointment to meet with her. Your wedding day is a whirlwind day with so many things going on. It was really important to me that we find vendors that we felt a connection with and we wanted nothing but positive vibes on our special day. Meredith fit the bill perfectly. She has great energy and is really easy to work with. Several family members commented on how great she was and I honestly felt like I had a friend taking photos. The end result was amazing. We love our photographs and can't believe she was able to capture so many wonderful memories. I would highly recommend Zoom Theory Photography to anyone.

Besides her excellent, steadfast work, she always brings a joyful, positive attitude and exuberance with her. She listens, “reads and watches” carefully and astutely. The end results are what matter most and her wedding photography was exceptional, creative and superlative.

We looked at a lot of photographers online and were impressed by Meredith's work. Meredith and her staff were extremely accommodating and did everything to make us comfortable. We did an engagement shoot and the pictures came out so good that we used them at the wedding. We are not usually people who take a lot of pictures but Meredith captured us and our guests in a natural and comfortable way. She truly captured the joy and happiness of the day for us and our guests. We would highly recommend Zoom Theory for someone looking for a truly professional and talented photographer who performed even better then they promised.

I could not recommend a better photographer than Meredith and her team. The pictures were absolutely stunning, rich colors, perfect poses – they really mean it when they say they put love into every picture. Working with Meredith is an absolute joy as well. She’s easy going, responsive and incredibly patient. She goes FAR beyond just taking spectacular pictures, she keeps the timeline moving, remembers to keep the bride and groom hydrated and has an unbelievable amount of energy to keep everyone entertained throughout. She’s excellent with kids too, and has a ton of tricks to get even the fussiest of toddlers smiling into the camera for perfect shots every time. We genuinely enjoyed working with Zoom Theory and suggest you stop reading immediately and get in touch with them ASAP. A direct quote from one of the groom’s friends in response to the first photo we showed them: “Holy heck, did you get married in an *ACTUAL* fairy tale? Looks amazing!”

The experience we had with Meredith and her team from Zoom Theory was great ! She responded to our emails very quickly and set up a meeting immediately. The day of our wedding the photo shoot was organized and on schedule. Most importantly the pictures came out amazing! I love the style of the photos not something you see every day. My husband and I couldn't be happier !

Zoom Theory delivered priceless photos of our wedding day in Joshua Tree that we will forever cherish! I discovered Zoom Theory through yelp and after browsing through her site, I immediately loved her work and emailed her to ask about availability. She responded enthusiastically and promptly. We scheduled a meeting over the phone, and she sent us detailed info on pricing and various packages to fit various budgets. We picked a package that fit our budget and booked her for our engagement and our wedding! We are more than thrilled that we did! I've showed our photos to our friends and family who were impressed with the quality of her work. I love the composition, the lighting, and the candid expressions that Meredith so timelessly captures. She truly has an artistic eye and makes the subject of the photograph shine! Our wedding took place in the desert--hot hot hot temperatures--and she never made me feel like it was a hassle to photograph under such conditions. Her good vibes, patience, and positive energy makes you feel good too! She wants to know what photos you "must have" on your special day so I appreciated her follow up emails and questions to ensure that we'd have the photos we truly desired. A ranger at Joshua Tree National Park gave us a hard time for not having a permit to shoot photos, and she handled the situation professionally and calmly. She gives good direction and let's you be "you". I felt at ease with all each session. There is a candid essence to many photos that words can't adequately express. She is very responsive to your needs and always answered all the questions I had. I definitely plan to work with her again in the future (i.e. for prenatal and family photos) and highly recommend her as the photographer for your next milestone or important event! Thank you, Zoom Theory for such beautiful photos of our engagement and our legendary wedding day!

Meredith photographed our engagement session and our wedding. She was great!

To start off, when my wife and I met at her comfy office and showed us her work, we found that her attitude set her apart from the rest. Her professionalism, enthusiasm, and preparedness is what really stood out compared to the other photographers we met. We’ve been to a lot of weddings and we both have been members of the multiple wedding parties. We know that it takes a certain personality to be patient yet upbeat to gather everyone for event photos.

For our engagement photos, she picked the perfect spot, which was conveniently located in Palos Verdes. She was there on time and knew the best spots to snap with the best backgrounds. She gave us great advice on our clothes, our best poses, and the images turned out lovely.

During our wedding she was prompt and brought a very courteous assistant who was just as helpful as Meredith with directing and managing our friends and family members as well as taking photos. She had experience with our wedding venues so she knew the best lighting against location for the summer months. She even picked out a spot along the cliffs for our limo to stop for an extra photo opportunity.

Ultimately, our wedding photos were fabulous and she took more than enough to fill the web based album she provided and a USB stick full of high res images. We totally will use Meredith again and cannot recommend her highly enough.

There are no words to describe how lucky we got getting Meredith and her team at zoom theory to do both of our engagement and wedding photos. From the moment we began to see zoom theory's work on their website we were just blown away. From before meeting four engagement session to during and after to the wedding, everything was extremely easy, Meredith made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, and helped direct us to get the best photographs, lighting, and poses. From the first time we met, it felt like we have known her for a long time. Meredith was also extremely professional and personable, and not only gave great advice for the photographs but also helped us by giving us advice on wedding info. We really were in the best of hands, and we do not think that our photos for both events would have ever been as amazing if we went with someone else.

On our wedding day, Meredith and her team showed up prompt and even helped get us all going and organized. She knew exactly what to do and how to do it, and after seeing the final results of literally thousands of photographs she literally captured every moment we could have asked her to capture and more. There were absolutely no regrets or missing moments from the bunch, which we realized is so important because the day went by so fast and now we have so many memories to always look back on. I do not think our wedding day would have ever ran as smoothly if it was not for her and her team being so organized and having so many amazing ideas for photographs. Her style is so eclectic, elegant, real, and natural we are just still blown away. We still do not know how lucky we got, and cannot say thank you enough for everything she helped with and for giving us someone we will always cherish! Thank you so much!!!

We were lucky enough to have Meredith Gradishar and her team at Zoom Theory photograph our wedding at Madera Kitchen this July. Meredith was extremely accommodating and her photographs are amazing. I ended up with so many photos and they are all wonderful it's hard to narrow them down to fit into a single wedding book. I also felt that Meredith took the time to get to know us as a couple and really captured the spirit of our wedding. I would highly recommend Zoom Theory for weddings or any occasion. Her portrait shots just blew me away!
