She planned and decorated even brought in the photographer, videographer and Dj with uplighting for my event and it really blew my mind away. You are in good hands with this company

Excellency, Breathtaking, Professional

My experience with Barbara and her team is nothing short of amazing. From the beginning stages when I was introduced to her. I knew the decor for my wedding day will be executed to perfection. Her attention to detail, coordination style, and suggestions made me feel at ease. I was not worried at all because I knew she will bring my idea to life and she did. They are simply the best!

Couldn’t help but see tears of joy cascading down our cheeks after my husband and I saw the decoration Ms. Barbara and her team did for our wedding. It was stunning. They are number one in the DMV area. We would recommend Zehn Concepts again, again and always. Ms. Barbara made our event run smoothly. My 11th wedding anniversary was a blast

We worked with Zehnconcepts for almost 2 years because of the pandemic our wedding date was pushed a year. Barbs as I called her is amazing and very passionate with her work. Alongside her husband they are a great team.. She became a sister in the process. She encouraged and gave me time to regroup when I lost my sister in 2020. It was rough I just wanted to cancel the wedding but with her help and that of my family and friends the wedding was a blast...

What can I say Barbs is the best❗❗❗ If you want a planner/decorator all in one, she is the one! When things didn't go as expected, she always found a solution to get what I wanted within my budget. Traditional Nigerian Engagement Ceremony

I hired Zehn Concepts to provide décor services for my son's traditional Nigerian engagement ceremony. Despite clear communication and increased budgetary accommodations to meet their requirements, the services delivered were deeply disappointing and did not meet the agreed-upon standards.

Key issues included:

- Drapery: We paid for wall-to-wall and ceiling-height drapery, but the coverage was sparse and poorly executed. Additionally, the drapery was stained and discolored in certain places.
- Dance Floor Wrap: The wrap was uneven with visible bubbles, creating a sloppy appearance.
- Stage Setup: The stage wrap was incomplete, and the gold-trimmed steps we contracted and paid for were never provided.
- Lighting: The lighting production fell far short of what was promised.

Zehn Concepts attempted to shift blame for these failures onto other vendors and the venue rather than taking accountability. Communication was chaotic, with last-minute requests for information already provided during previous meetings.

We requested a refund of $3,350 due to these numerous deficiencies. However, they only offered $500, which is wholly insufficient given the scope of their contractual breaches and the negative impact on a once-in-a-lifetime event.

I cannot recommend Zehn Concepts to anyone seeking professional and reliable event décor services. Their lack of preparation, accountability, and execution caused unnecessary stress and disappointment during what should have been a joyous occasion.
