We cannot say enough good things about Adelaide and Zeffert & Gold! Every member of the catering staff is helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure our guests were comfortable and taken care of. The team makes the process of selecting your food, tasting, and confirming final headcount easy and stress-free. The food is tasty and is well-worth the value. Adelaide is one of the BEST VENDORS you will ever work with - she is organized, professional, kind, and knowledgeable. To give one example, when another vendor sent over a lopsided wedding cake on the day of the event, she fully re-frosted and re-deisgned the cake so that we could have our cake cutting ceremony. We loved working with Zeffert & Gold! Our guests were so impressed by all the food at our wedding. Everything was delicious. Our tasting was delicious, but it was about 9 months before our wedding so we were unsure if the food would be as good as we remembered, but it was better! We had guests chasing down servers for their favorite small bites at cocktail hour and waiting for refills of the mini desserts. Absolute best
We never write reviews, but we absolutely cannot thank Z&G enough for all that they did for our wedding. Our wedding planner was clearly out of her depth, but the Z&G staff stepped in and helped with setting up the reception space, breaking everything down at the end, and taking care of us the whole night. Matt, Victor and Lisa were professional and made sure we were having the best time. Our guests commented on how this was the best wedding food they’ve ever had and on the friendliness of the staff. Adelaide and the Zeffert and Gold team are amazing. Not only was the food delicious and the service stellar, but putting together a wedding menu was absolutely fun and I was confident they would knock it out of the park and they did. If you don't want to have worries about your wedding food or beverage service, hire them. They are the experts. We even had a snafu with some signage we expected someone else to make and two days before the wedding Adelaide made beautiful signage for us. Several of our guests mentioned the food was the best wedding food they had ever had. They took special care to make sure my now husband and I got to eat, drink and enjoy the food and drink at our wedding, too. They greeted us immediately after we walked down the aisle with glasses of prosecco and a plate of appetizers. They had our signature cocktails waiting for us in the bridal suite. They assigned two staff members to check on us throughout the evening, making sure we had the food we wanted. A lot of brides and grooms don't have time to eat at their weddings. The team at Zeffert and Gold made sure we did. At the end of the night, they provided us with takeout containers with leftovers of almost all the food options. We got to enjoy the wedding food for days after our wedding! It was really special. Adelaide is great and will steer you right. Definitely get the Berger Cookie cheesecake bites for dessert and the chicken & waffle appetizers. HIGHLY recommend! You won't be disappointed!
The team at Zeffert & Gold was absolutely amazing to work with. Throughout the process, they were extremely responsive, helpful with larger picture wedding planning questions, and impressively accommodating about our own and our guests’ long list of dietary restrictions, putting us at ease about one of the biggest components of our wedding. My partner and I both pride ourselves on being foodies, and it was important for us to make sure we had excellent food without breaking the bank. Zeffert & Gold stepped right in, and so many of our guests have continued to compliment how good the food was. All their team members, all the way to the bartenders and serving staff were very fun, yet professional and efficient. We were so, so impressed by Zeffert and Gold. The food and service were great. Some highlights:
The sweet potato biscuits were incredible, as good at the reception as they were at the tasting
The fish was cooked shockingly well, despite the large quantity
They worked with us to get us appetizers that fit a cuisine we like
They had plenty of people working the tables
They had one person who specifically checked in with me and my wife throughout the night
They communicated with us promptly
They helped us quickly price out items and options that we wanted to explore
They dealt with a variety of eating restrictions
They charged a perfectly reasonable price

We recently worked with Zeffert and Gold to cater two of our wedding events in August 2024. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to help us plan everything seamlessly.
The food was absolutely outstanding—every dish was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Equally impressive was the level of service. The staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making our events perfect. Their attention to detail and ability to anticipate our needs made the entire experience stress-free.
We went with the BYOB option and bartenders were great. They prepared the signature drinks ahead of time and there was never a long line for a drink.
If you’re looking for a catering company that combines exceptional food with top-notch service, Zeffert and Gold is the way to go. They truly helped make our wedding celebrations unforgettable! -

Zeffert and Gold were amazing from start to finish. Lisa, specifically, was so helpful and accommodating. She answered all of our questions promptly, and helped soothe my anxiety. The all-inclusive pricing was very fair considering all that was included. We looked at other catering options, and there was a lot that Zeffert and Gold offered that other caterers did not. The food was so good, and our wedding guests couldn’t stop talking about it. Sarah also was very attentive on our wedding day, and was always available to bring us food and drinks. As a foodie, having delicious food at our wedding was important to me, and Zeffert and Gold did not disappoint. Even months after our wedding, I still get compliments about how amazing the food was.
Lisa and the team were incredible to work with! From the tasting to the big day, their team made the entire process easy and enjoyable.
We opted for a station set up and every dish and component was beautifully presented, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious. They also offered great options for our guests with dietary restrictions, which we truly appreciated. Our guests really enjoyed the espresso martini signature drink set up, and it was the perfect end to the night!
The service on the wedding day was impeccable. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that everything went smoothly and that our guests were well taken care of.
I especially appreciated that Lisa was flexible when I decided to change from the original buffet menu we had tasted to a stations menu, and scheduled an additional tasting to make sure all the food was to our liking.

Zeffert and Gold's standard of excellence at my 150 person wedding was unbeatable. They are worth every penny and I would hire them again in a flash.
Pre-wedding: My now-husband and I worked with Matt Gold directly for about two years leading up to our wedding. Matt was incredibly responsive; helpfully honest in answering our food, drink, and decor questions throughout the planning process; knowledgeable about our venue and what layouts/flow worked best from his experience; accommodating of one-off requests; and willing to quickly research availability and pricing for specific decor requests.
Day-of: The Z&G team was on time and handled transitions from the ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner to dessert seamlessly. My husband and I even had a dedicated server (shout to Sarah!) who met us after the ceremony with flutes of champagne and stayed by our side throughout the evening making sure we tasted the appetizers, enjoyed dinner, and always had a beverage in hand.
Guest perspective: Cocktail hour included passed and stationary hors d'ouevres, and dinner was served family style. Our guests raved about the food and the frequency with which servers were circulating passed appetizers. At dinner, guests were specifically impressed by how the servers noticed in advance when a table needed refills of sides or mains. Some servers gently instructed guests how to dine family style ("This is a marinated flank steak. Please help yourself and then pass to your left.") which is a small yet important detail to ensure all the dishes made their way around the table. Lastly, the bartenders were fantastic. We didn't have a specialty cocktail and yet a lot of guests had bright pink and purple drinks in hand... The bartender had concocted their own specialty drinks in the moment and they were a hit! -

We recently got married, and Zeffert & Gold was our caterer. They did an incredible job managing everything and making our vision come to life. I contacted a lot of caterers in the wedding planning process, and Z&G was one of the best at communicating things clearly and concisely. When I reached out for a quote, they asked relevant follow up information and shared clear proposals with pricing laid out. Some other vendors would only give vague price ranges, but Z&G sent me custom proposals with price break downs for the various components needed for a wedding. It really helped me understand the value we would be getting with them as our caterer.
We worked with Adelaide Kachur specifically, and she was excellent. I cannot understate what a pleasure it was to work with her, and how easy she made things the day of our wedding. She truly is an event designer, and she worked with our coordinator to pull off the event of our dreams. The dining space for the reception looked wonderful, and everything was exactly what we wanted.
Overall, the catering staff was helpful and kind. When one of them overheard my new husband and I lamenting we hadn't even tried the appetizers during cocktail hour, they brought us a tray with all the apps on it, just for us! They also made sure we had enough water all night, and re-supplied us with cocktails as needed. They were so thoughtful.
Also, the food was absolutely PHENOMENAL. We did a tasting before booking, but it was all great. We had the teriyaki salmon, greek stuffed chicken, braised short ribs, and chickpea cakes as entrees offered at our wedding and got rave reviews about all of them. Z&G also made us little to go boxes of all the food since the wedding day flies by, so we got to enjoy all of it the next day too.
With Zeffert & Gold and Adelaide, every detail was considered. They leveraged their expertise about how weddings work and used it to ensure our wedding would be as enjoyable and beautiful as possible. We are so, SO grateful we chose them, and that they delivered in such an exceptional way. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a caterer or event planner! -

We had a hiccup with our original caterer 3 months out from the wedding and had to pivot quickly to find a suitable caterer that provided what we needed. We received multiple recommendations for Zeffert & Gold and were so happy that they were available for our day. The staff were incredibly kind, food was delicious, and overall service was perfect! We chose to do a buffet with passed apps and a few stationed ones as well as an open bar and all of our guests raved about them.
They were attentive, professional, and efficient and helped make the cocktail hour and reception go incredibly smooth. They set up a small tray of apps for my husband and I that was ready to go immediately after the ceremony along with our signature drinks to enjoy in private before entering into the cocktail hour to mingle. They continued to check on us throughout the event and made sure we had plenty of food and drinks. Absolutely loved them! -

The best catering team out there!
The Z&G team exceeded our expectations to ensure our wedding day was flawless! From the tasting to the big day, Lisa Schatz and her team took care of every detail we envisioned. The meal truly reflected our style, offering something unique compared to typical wedding fare. Guests are still texting us, raving about how delicious the food was! The Z&G team made us feel like we’d known them for years, Julie’s spicy margaritas were a huge hit, and they ensured we never ran out of Natural Lights! The service was even more impressive. Before my husband and I were out on the boat for photos, the team prepared an orange crush station and a picnic of appetizers for us to take along, making sure we didn’t miss out on the cocktail hour experience. I couldn't recommend Lisa Schatz and the rest of the Z&G team more! -

The only choice!!!
We highly recommend booking Z&G! My husband and I are from outside of Philadelphia, so we were unfamiliar with many of the vendors local to our Maryland venue. We were required to select our caterer from an approved list our venue supplied and we are SO glad we chose Zeffert & Gold. Lisa was incredible through the planning process and was SO accommodating. After the tasting, we couldn’t believe how delicious the food was and we were so excited for wedding day. The food was phenomenal (both the cocktail hour and plated dinner options) and our guests continue to tell us this was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. Not only was the food amazing, but the staff was so attentive throughout the day! My husband and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our wedding day. Absolutely would hire again and again!! -

Zeffert & Gold did an absolutely incredible job! Samantha was amazing to work with -- responsive, kind, professional and gave us excellent advice. Day of our wedding, all of their employees, servers, and bartenders did a wonderful job!
I will also say we have heard over and over again from our family and friends how much they LOVED the food! A lot of them have said they've never been so well fed at a wedding as they were at ours -- the food was delicious, the portions were so big (had to get fuel to keep us on the dance floor!), timing and presentation was flawless. Amazing job and we would absolutely recommend working with Z&G for your big day. -

Out of all the caterers we tried, the food from ZG was on another level! We were hesitant on the cost but after the whole event we fully believe it was worth it. They had a dedicated server to hand us drinks and apps before mingling during cocktail hour and made sure I never step foot at the bar. The reception was set up beautifully with all the details we discussed beforehand and Adelaide was so responsive to every email I sent prior to the wedding. Highly recommend! -

Zeffert and Gold was the MVP on our dream team of vendors! The quality of their food and service is truly worth every penny! Lisa was our point person, and she amazing throughout the wedding planning process. I knew I could trust her to give me good advice, to respect our budget, and to make things as streamlined as possible. By the time we left our tasting, I felt like the whole day was pretty much planned! On our wedding day, Lisa, Matt, and the rest of the catering team were very attentive and made sure my husband and I were well fed and hydrated. We can not say enough good things about Zeffert and Gold. Adelaide and the whole staff were very helpful from the start and were very good about calming our nerves while planning the wedding. It was difficult to decide which menu options to choose because all of the food from the tasting was delicious. They could not have been more wonderful on the day of the wedding. They made sure that my husband and I had enough food to eat and made sure that we had a drink whenever we wanted one. They went above and beyond to help one of my guests who was pregnant and realized she could not eat the food she had chosen because she was not feeling well. The staff worked with her and gave her an entire plate of mashed potatoes because that is what she could eat at the time. They also worked very well with our Day Of Wedding Coordinator. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the leftovers that they gave us and we were glad that we were able to try the food that we did have time to enjoy during the reception. We wish we could plan another big event so we could hire Zeffert and Gold again!

My god, where do we even start with how amazing Adelaide and the entire Zeffert and Gold team were? We had our wedding at Gramercy Mansion on May 11. Having been to lots of large events, we didn't have a lot of confidence that large-scale catering could truly wow anyone, but Z&G proved us wrong, and we're so glad they did!
From the first contact, Addie was flexible, responsive, diligent, and enthusiastic. These traits only proved to be a cornerstone of our wedding day. The tasting was absolutely incredible. Addie suggested changes based on our dietary restrictions and personal preferences, no matter how seemingly minute. She was only helpful, never pushy. When Ilana said she liked a salad we tasted, but did not like the beets, Adelaide said it was no issue to swap it out for carrots. And that was our first course at our wedding, just like that. When we were considering which vegetarian dish to add to the menu, Adelaide helped steer us to something that our vegetarian friends might enjoy more because it was a bit different than what they might be used to having at weddings. We appreciated that thoughtfulness. Addie helped us think through the details we never would have considered, making the planning straightforward and easy. And they worked with us on creating fantastic signature cocktails and mocktails! Adelaide and Z&G have a lot of experience, and it's always on display in a comforting way.
As for the food itself, the short rib was exceptional, and the teriyaki salmon main course was exquisite. I had people with distinguished taste say how much they like the mac and cheese appetizer. When I had the Natty Boh French Onion Dip, I was sold on Zeffert and Gold. They had such a good variety of food options for every course, and you couldn't go wrong. Their add-on packages were also transparent and all looked great. They were flexible when we wanted to change things in our package, like adding a champagne toast. At the same time, they made sure that non-alcoholic cider was available for the non-drinkers among us, which we expressed was important.
Adelaide and Ally (who was assigned to us, the bride and groom, to make sure we were always happy!) made sure we got a little bit of anything we wanted while we were scurrying around the day of. We were actually able to sample all of the apps, which they set aside for us despite the fact that we were busy with photos for the whole cocktail hour. They made sure we ate during the reception, and gave us a care package at the end of the night with samples of just about everything and some of each flavor of cake we had. They also dropped everything to help coordinate with my designated friends who were leaving early, about taking home leftovers from the event to their fridge. UNREAL. Talented, professional, and a pleasure to work with, Zeffert and Gold and Adelaide are just next level. -

We had one slight defect in a table Select Events Group provided Z&G, but Z&G handled it even under pressure. Our guests are still raving about the appetizers over 1 month later. From the initial inquiry all the way through our wedding day, the Zeffert and Gold Catering team was an absolute pleasure to work with. We worked primarily with Adelaide, who is one of my favorite humans of all time; she is truly like family to us! I cannot stop raving about her. She acted as a day of planner and supported us throughout the stressful and crazy wedding process. She was incredibly kind, professional, understanding, responsive, and organized, which made for a seamless planning process and provided a sense of comfortability throughout. She worked with us consistently until the menu and wedding set up was exactly what we wanted it to be. My priority was a nacho bar, and she and the chef worked with me to make sure that it was perfect, which it was. My husband and I tried multiple catering companies before settling on Zeffert and Gold, and really what pushed us was their amazing food, supportive team, and Adelaide of course!! Every single bite of food was phenomenal! Our wedding guests RAVED about the food and stated that it was some of the best wedding food they had ever eaten!
At the wedding, we had Jane as the day-of manager, who was absolutely incredible! She made sure the wedding day progressed smoothly and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Additionally, Zeffert and Gold assigned a personal assistant to provide drinks and food for us throughout the entire wedding day. This was such a unique touch and showed us how much Zeffert and Gold cares about their couples. I cannot put into words how much we appreciate all of their hard work to make our wedding day so special. We were so grateful to have Zeffert and Gold be a part of our big day and provide such phenomenal food and décor. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone 1,000 times over! WOW! Zeffert and Gold was truly incredible on our wedding day. Months later and people still can't stop talking about the food at our wedding! 10/10 recommend splurging on the prime rib because it was out of this world. People also loved the donut bar! From the moment we reached out, Matt was incredibly helpful and always communicated quickly. He helped us not only select a perfect menu, but walked us through every minute of our wedding day and made sure we had thought through everything so it would run perfectly smoothly. They thought of everything, from making sure drinks were ready to be passed out right after the ceremony ended to helping us with a special toast! Zeffert and Gold took care of so much for the set up and the day of servers were always around and making sure the bride and groom had everything they needed. We had an outdoor summer wedding and asked Zeffert and Gold if they could help us serve champagne with popsicles in it and Matt worked with us to make sure this would be affordable and do-able. Zeffert and Gold supported our corporate gala which boosted a Roaring 20's theme (12/9/23). Zeffert and Gold had a tremendous part in the success of the gala, as the food and setup was everything we planned, and they delivered exceptional customer service during the planning and execution. This is our second time using Zeffert and Gold, and both times, they truly delivered a magical evening. Working with Matt at Zeffert & Gold was a dream come true. As two foodies, we searched high and low for the right caterer--hoping to find something that could feel both elegant and casual, up-scale and a bit whimsical. Z&G did all that and more. We worked with Matt and the team to personalize our menu to include a "Father of the Bride Station" featuring some of my dad's best recipes, like a 24 hour marinated flank steak and peachy corn gazpacho. We were blown away when we did our tasting in Baltimore. The quality and care the chefs put into bring our vision to life was immediately evident, and the food was impeccable. We are fortunate to have eaten at many top restaurants across the US and are happy to say that the offerings at our wedding were every bit as memorable as those. We STILL dream of their crab cakes and the mashed parsnips and short rib. Just as importantly, the staff was all professional, kind, and down-to-earth. They are a team of very dedicated and talented servers and we are so grateful they were a part of our event! -

Our favorite vendor - would sing from the hilltops!
We LOVED our experience with Zeffert & Gold from beginning to end. We worked with Matt Gold, who does lots of events at the American Visionary Art Museum, where we had our reception. Matt helped us every step of the way, and made the experience a breeze for my husband and I (both type-A people)! He even helped us with stuff not totally related to catering like reception configuration. From the get-go, Matt was very helpful and flexible. Whatever we wanted, they were ready and willing to tailor their services to help us. We wanted the day to be low-stress for our families, and Z&G took care of set up, tear down, linens, dishwear, bartenders + mixers, cutting the cake and so much more! They even helped our parents load up the cars with the stuff we had brought in after the reception. We had several folks with allergies/restrictions, and they were so very accommodating, free of charge. The prices were up-front; nothing was a surprise. We asked their advice about an add-on service, and they provided honest advice that actually down-sold us! They even had a designated server to make sure that my husband and I ate on the wedding day! And to top it all off - the food was incredible! Which, to be honest, was not my priority when considering cost, dietary restrictions, etc. But it was the best wedding food I've ever had, and multiple guests have commented on it since. They even sent my husband and me with a doggy bag after the reception! I would book Z&G 100 times out of a hundred. -

We had two caterers for our Indian fusion wedding, and Zeffert & Gold was our main service provider as well as the provider of the western style dishes (lasagne and salmon). Our guests loved the food and continue to tell us about it. We were so happy with how they worked with our second caterer, Bollywood Bistro. They even made a special Caribbean drink called sorrell on my request that was excellent. I was so happy with their service. We worked with Adelaide who was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process. The only minor complaint we had was that we asked for the leftovers to be packed up at the end of the night because we donated the leftovers. We were told some things got thrown out, but there might have been a misunderstanding/maybe those items were contaminated etc. Regardless, the soup kitchen staff were delighted to serve the leftovers we did provide. We would highly recommend! -

We hired Zeffert & Gold after a wonderful initial phone conversation with Matt Gold about our wedding at the Baltimore Museum of Industry. We had actually initially emailed Matt and thought they would be out of our price range, but we revisited the budget after a less-than-great experience with another caterer. We are so glad we did!
Matt was an absolute pleasure to work with--he knows the BMI very well, and it showed in every conversation we had. He answered our detailed questions, and he always gave his professional opinions and the reasons behind them, often saying something like "if you want this, we will make it happen, but here is also something to consider..." We found this to be super helpful and not at all pushy, which was not the experience we had in every vendor conversation! Matt worked with us to accommodate a number of dietary preferences and allergies among our family and friends (including a vegetarian bride--highly recommend the cauliflower steak with curried chickpeas!!) like it was no problem at all. The Zeffert & Gold team also worked with our DIY projects, setting up our centerpieces, escort table, and gift/guest book tables without a question.
On the night of the wedding, we were brought a selection from cocktail hour to enjoy after pictures took most of that time from us (despite our best efforts...), never had empty drinks, and enjoyed a full (hot!) meal at dinnertime. Our guests loved the food, from the appetizers to the ice cream sundar bar--everything was delicious and plentiful!
I wish I had more photos of the food, but these few I'm attaching show some of the amazing job they did at our wedding. We highly recommend Zeffert & Gold for all your catering needs! -

Zeffert & Gold is best-in-class for wedding catering! Not only did they provide delicious food for my June 2023 wedding at Belmont Manor & Historic Park, but they were true partners throughout the wedding planning process. They are super responsive and helped me navigate everything from rentals, linens, cutlery, signature drinks and floor plans. Guests left raving about everything from the appetizers (i.e., sweet & sour meatballs, tuna tacos, etc.) to the entrees (i.e., teriyaki salmon/beef tenderloin with garlic mashed potatoes/asparagus). Food came out hot and fast for an 175+ wedding. The beef also was perfectly medium rare, which is no easy feat for that number of people. I cannot thank the entire Z&G team enough, including Monroe and Lisa, for ensuring my wedding day was a SUCCESS!! Highly recommend this highly professional and knowledgable team!! 10 out of 10!!!!! -

Zeffert and Gold was the easiest and best decision we made during our wedding planning process. We knew that Z&G was the most commonly used caterer at our venue, Gramercy Mansion, and liked the idea that they would be a well-oiled machine when it came to understanding how to work with the venue’s indoor and outdoor spaces.
We already had high expectations given everything we had read. That being said, Adelaide (our point of contact at Z&G) managed to blow our expectations out of the water. Her professionalism, promptness, and expertise relieved so much stress and made us feel confident going into our wedding. The fact that Z&G manages all the rentals relating to the food (cocktail hour tables, dining tables, table cloths and runners, napkins, silverware, etc.) made it so much easier to coordinate all the pieces for how we envisioned our reception. Even when we had a last-minute change of mind, Adelaide was able to quickly change out the colors of our fabrics. Throughout the entire process, Adelaide was always looking out for us and giving us recommendations based on our budget. It never felt like Z&G was nickel-and-diming us, and we got what we wanted without having to pay for numerous extras.
Our food was the best wedding food we’ve ever had. Right from the tasting, we knew we were in great hands. Our guests have continued to remind us that the food and drinks were memorable and set the standard for wedding catering. Plus, the signature cocktails were strong! Additionally, we had a dedicated server (Talia) during cocktail hour and dinner who made sure that my husband and I stayed hydrated and got to eat during the chaos and busyness of it all.
Overall, we cannot recommend Z&G enough!

Zeffert and Gold is a stronghold in our area, for good reason. We had a 172-person wedding on Saturday and Z&G was excellent. Their communication leading up to the weekend was wonderful—attentive, responsive and answered all our questions. On the day itself, they were professional, friendly, and courteous. The food was excellent—truly no complaints, it was fantastic—and the service was amazing. As the bride and groom, we love food but were anxious about missing out because of how busy we’d be. When we came in from the ceremony, they had a tray of apps prepared for us, so that we could be sure to enjoy the apps while they were fresh, before heading out to pictures. My attendant, Kim, was fantastic. I later learned that she also designated herself as the support person for one of my guests who was unexpectedly in a wheelchair due to recently breaking her foot. The guest shared that Kim was always coming by to ask what she needed and was attentive. Overall, we are very happy. We were told we couldn’t go wrong with Z&G and we were right. -

Hiring Zeffert & Gold to cater our wedding was a no brainer! From start to finish, we worked with Adelaide, who was absolutely fantastic. She was responsive, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, experienced, and all around awesome to work with. She went above and beyond to work with our other vendors and we are so grateful. Even our tasting was amazing and stood out to us in comparison to other caterers we considered. Our food was PHENOMENAL and we continue to receive compliments about it! At cocktail hour we had 3 stationary apps: a raw oyster bar, a charcuterie table, and crab dip. All wonderful. We had 5 butlered apps: a petite crab cake, lobster mac and cheese (got so many compliments on this), a tomato soup shooter with a grilled cheese wedge, a shrimp taco, and a bacon wrapped scallop. For dinner we had 3 stations: a Chinese food station in takeout boxes (my husband's favorite food -- this was SUCH a hit!), a traditional carving station, and a risotto station.
