I recently had the pleasure of visiting Zazou's Bridal Boutique, and I am absolutely thrilled to share the extraordinary experience I had, thanks to the outstanding assistance of Jodi and Ally. From the moment I stepped through the door, I knew I was in for something special.
The atmosphere at Zazou's is nothing short of enchanting. The boutique exudes elegance and charm, creating the perfect backdrop for any bride's journey to find her dream dress. The selection of gowns is extensive, catering to a variety of styles and preferences, making it easy to find something that suits every bride's unique taste.
What truly set my experience apart, however, were the phenomenal consultants, Jodi and Ally. From the outset, they made me feel like the most important person in the room. Their genuine enthusiasm and passion for their work were palpable, creating an environment that was both comfortable and exciting.
Jodi's expertise and keen eye for detail were evident as she listened attentively to my preferences and gently guided me through the racks of dresses. Best Bridal Shop around!
The ladies at Zazou's helped me find the PERFECT dress to fit our vision. Not only have they helped me once, but multiple times. I bought my dress, an extra dress, and my bridesmaids dress for my sister's wedding this June. They always make me feel amazing about myself and they always welcome you with a smile! -

I cannot say enough good things about Zazou’s! I worked with Courtney & she was absolutely amazing. I had had a poor experience at a different store before coming to Zazou’s, because I did not fit the image. Zazou’s had try-on dresses that work for all sizes.
Courtney made me feel so comfortable & like I was beautiful no matter what dress I tried on. She made sure to have me try on several different styles to rule out what I did not like and narrow down my options. Courtney also suggested trying on styles I had never considered before, which also helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. She was the ultimate HYPE woman & made me feel gorgeous! Not only that, but not once did I feel pressured to make a quick decision or buy something I truly didn’t love!
Not only did Courtney & the Zazou’s staff help me find my dream dress, but they also helped me put my vision together for my bridal party. I wanted a mixture of fabrics and styles in the same color. They unfortunately did not have the velvet fabric in my color, so they went out of their way to order it in to have in store to put my vision together. I couldn’t have appreciated that enough! Courtney helped during several visits to put looks together and even take everything under different lighting. It felt amazing to have someone who cared so much about my special day and making my vision come to life! GO TO ZAZOUS & ASK FOR COURTNEY ❤️ -

This place blew me away from my first interaction with them! I was browsing gowns online to try to get an idea of what I might like when I found one dress I fell in love with. The website directed me to stores carrying that particular line, and that is how I connected with Zazous. From my first phone call to their store they went above and beyond for me. When I arrived at my appointment they truly made the whole experience all about me. After trying one on Catherine (I believe that was her name) asked me what I liked about the dress, what I didn't... and would grab gowns from the store based on that feedback. She knew the dresses in that store like the back of her hand. She was bubbly and really made the whole experience for us. She grabbed jewelry, veils, and swatches and seriously made everything come together so easily. I would 10/10 recommend her and Zazous. I bought my dress there and even though it was a bit of a drive from where we live, I wanted to give them our business because they had provided such an amazing experience so we ended up also ordering all of the bridesmaid dresses through Zazous too (even though we had originally planned on getting them through a bridal store closer to home). They blew me away and I would recommend Zazous for anyone within a few hours drive. -

Zazou’s helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding day. They were easy to work with and made me feel comfortable trying on dresses (something I was nervous about at first), and they worked with me every step of the way to make sure I found a good seamstress and got my dress steamed and that everything looked great for the wedding. I couldn’t have asked for better. -

I had the absolute best experience at Zazou’s! Ally made my experience a blast and I couldn’t believe how fast I was purchasing a dress. She listened to my likes and dislikes and found the PERFECT gown for me. I am in awe at how well things went and I couldn’t have done it without Ally. We were even able to find bridesmaid dresses for my girls, and my mom and soon to be mother in law were able to get theirs as well. All in a 2 hour appointment! I can’t wait for the big day to wear my dress and show it off! -

Great selection and price + stellar staff!
I had a great experience finding my wedding dress at Zazou's. Jodi listened to what I wanted but also pushed me to try a style that I hadn't imagined for myself, and I ended up loving it! You can't beat their service, prices, and selection of beautiful and unique gowns. 100% recommend! -

Excellent experience!!!
Hannah was so helpful and fun! I had so much fun during my whole experience and had 3 favorites at the end but had another appointment so I went to that other appointment and Hannah let me come back in the afternoon to retry on my 3 favorites to finally say YES to my favorite dress! It was amazing that 3 of my 4 bridesmaids and my mom could come with me and help make my experience completely UNFORGETTABLE! -

I went to Zazou's with my best friend looking to just try and find what type of dresses work with my body type. Little did I know I would not only find a dress that fit my body type, but I would find THE one. Jody and Lauren were amazing and didn't even care that I didn't have an appointment. They only showed me dresses within my budget and I found the best dress I could have asked for! My friend (who makes her own clothes) even sold Jody some of her custom shirts! It was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend Zazous for all bridal needs! -

I had a wonderful experience at Zazou’s when I bought my wedding dress. I shopped at a different store and it was a very bad experience. I told them over the phone while making my appointment that I am plus size and that I wanted to make sure they had dresses in my size to try on. They had soooooo many! The service was amazing. I told them it was an outdoor wedding so we went outside to see how to dress looked in natural light. She even knew my exact size without asking. She brought me the perfect dress and I was able to buy it off the wrack that day. I tell all brides that I know to go there!
