Yumila has truly become part of our family. She’s created the florals for both of my sisters’ weddings as well as so many of our friends’ celebrations, and every single time she exceeds expectations.

From start to finish, Yumi and her team did such an incredible job with our florals. Yumi made us samples of our centerpieces, my bouquet, and the groomsmen’s boutonnières before our wedding day to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. Everything was beautifully done - our flowers were gorgeous! We had a pretty large wedding (~360 people), and I thought the pricing was very reasonable. Yumi is such a sweetheart and treats each bride like her own daughter! We knew we would be taken care of from our first meeting with Yumi. Mary on Yumi’s team was also extremely helpful in the back and forth communication - every detail was clear and executed perfectly the day of our wedding. Highly recommend!

The most beautiful flowers and best team to work with!
My husband and I absolutely loved working with Yumila and her team, we truly don’t have enough nice words to say! From the moment we met Yumila she was so warm and welcoming and she felt like family! She listened to our vision and our budget- she was able to show us so many different options for our centerpieces and bridesmaids bouquets. Yumila and her team were familiar with the Estate at Florentine Gardens which had really helped our vision too. I Remember going to our sample appointment and being amazed, but was even more amazed the day of our wedding! My bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, and centerpieces were gorgeous and all of our flowers were fresh! We loved the candles on our sweetheart table as well.

BEAUTIFUL floral displays and such wonderful service
Yumila was an absolute pleasure to work with! The process was seamless, I showed her a bunch of inspo pics and she made my vision come to life. When I saw everything the day of my wedding I could not believe my eyes, literally it was more than I could have ever imagined. Looking back at my wedding photos and I can really appreciate all the detail and she truly went above and beyond. We went for a rustic glam look, a lot of white/pink roses and eucalyptus greenery. She created our centerpieces, decorated our sweetheart table and our arch. We went with minimal floral arrangements but I would have never thought that because everything looked absolutely perfect. Yumila has a very detailed eye, she really is a creative soul and I could not have asked for anything better!!

Yumila and her team make breathtaking floral arrangements. She explained her process and showed examples so we were confident in our choices. She truly helps work with your budget and suggest alternatives when needed to bring your vision to life. I was referred to her by my friend and her sister who both had Yumila and her team for their weddings. My guest were in awe when they walked into the venue and seen everything. Yumilas flowers are breathtaking. For a bride who didn’t want anything over the top with flowers, she made everything compliment one another. She was willing to work with my requests and even make my centerpieces and bouquets for me to see prior to the wedding. When you go to her with an idea she pulls up pictures to understand the idea completely. She was easy to get in touch with and allowed me to text her with a bunch of last minute changes. The day of the wedding, she was there promptly and took her time making sure everything was set to my specific wants. Her prices are affordable and she does a beautiful job both helping you create your vision and making it happen for you.

I can’t say enough good things about Yumila Weddings and Events Floral Design. When I met with Yumila, I showed her pics of stuff I liked. We soon realized that what I wanted for centerpieces was out of my price range. However, Yumila came up with something that was so similar and stayed within my budget. The day of my wedding, I walked into my venue and started to cry. She did such a beautiful job. Everything was even better than what I imagined and anything that I even showed her. I absolutely loved my centerpieces, my bouquet, the girls’ bouquets, the guys’ boutonnieres, and the ceremony and reception décor. She is beyond the best and I would recommend her over and over.

Thank you Yumila and her amazing team for the beautiful flowers! We had the ceremony in CT and reception in NJ (Yumila did our NJ Reception) - I wish Yumila could have done all the flowers for my wedding! She did all the reception flowers and they came out beyond beautiful! When my husband and I first met Yumila, she had such a kind and warm energy about her, that I immediately knew we wanted her to do our flowers. Her pricing was very reasonable. My mother came with me to do a sample arrangement, and my mother, a very picky woman, nit-picked every single flower - even though the arrangement Yumila prepared was gorgeous. Well, on our wedding day, the card table flowers, the centerpieces and newlywed table flowers looked PERFECT. They made the entire room pop with just the subtle amount of color I envisioned. She used all the flowers I had requested and made the perfect arrangements - even my mother was beyond impressed. If we ever have another event in NJ, we will 100% use Yumila again. Yumi will run a trial with you so you can see what the centerpiece, bouquets and boutonnieres will look like and make any adjustments as she strives to make the day perfect for you. She even let us take the trial centerpiece home! Yumi and her team decorated the mason jars that I gave her for the centerpieces, and blue wine bottles for the ceremony - they were gorgeous! When my husband and I were on the search for our wedding vendors we were really looking for honest people and people who genuinely love what they do. After meeting with Yumi there was not a single doubt that we would be working with her. She is professional, sweet, knows what she is doing, and is just a good person. We met with Yumi several times to discuss our ideas and see the samples. The samples were amazing and she captured exactly what we wanted. Yumi is not only extremely talented, but also the sweetest, kindest person. I had a really strong idea of what I wanted but still spent hours pouring through photos of flower arrangements online. I was so worried I wouldn't find exactly what I wanted. I sent Yumi a few inspiration photos and she knocked it out of the park! Seeing the arrangements in person made all the difference in the world. We played around on the spot adding and taking out flowers until we had beautiful centerpieces and bouquets all planned out. A half hour with Yumi was worth way more than the hours spent online. We even had an idea for a different arrangement that would involve specific flowers that needed to be ordered. I am an out of state bride so Yumi ordered the flowers and Face Timed with us so we could see the arrangement "in person." She was so accommodating and very easy to reach as I had many questions throughout the process. On the day of the wedding, the flowers arrived on time and held up throughout the night. The bouquets and flowers in church were perfect. When I walked into the reception venue my mouth dropped. She really made my vision come to life. The centerpieces were absolutely phenomenal. Yumi and her team do excellent work and are very reasonably priced as well for the quality of work that you get. It is very apparent that she has a passion for her craft and has a lot of experience as well. During our consultation she was even getting excited over the unique things we were doing. I could see how it could become boring doing the same type of arrangements over and over but Yumi takes great pride in her work and still has that twinkle in her eye as she dazzles you with her beautiful floral work. She finds ways to keep it exciting, fresh, and fun. I admire her for that. She has this warm spirit about her that makes you feel special and more than just a customer. You feel as if she has entered into your family and you will never forget her. She just makes you want to smile!

I can only say the most positive things about Yumi and her staff! On our very first appointment, Yumi was organized, detailed and professional. She asked the right questions, and made me feel confident in my decision on choosing them for our wedding day. Last minute we realized we wanted the bouquet at the house where I would be getting ready, and without hesitation she had someone drop them off. I wanted my bouquet a certain way and she delivered that with ease. She also recommended amazing centerpieces. We loved her work and would love to reccomemend them to someone else.

A Florist was the last vendor that I booked because I had no idea what I wanted to do or where to start. When I met with Yumila, I knew immediately I did not need to look anywhere else. She put together a bouquet the first time I met with her that took my breath away. It was even better than I could have even imagined. And she let me take it home!! She even scheduled an appointment with me and put all our ideas together so I could see it in person before the wedding day. Yumila was an absolute pleasure to work with and she truly cares about her customers. The flowers and centerpieces were even more beautiful the day of the wedding and my bridal party and mom could not stop raving at how beautiful they came out! On top of the amazing work that she does, she is also budget friendly! My wedding was over a week ago and the centerpieces are still alive! I will definitely be recommending Yumila to anyone I know!

Yumila is an absolute artist. Her work is incredible and so is her creativity. Yumi was the ONLY florist I met with who was actually willing to (and did) bring my vision to life. I was extremely worried about my centerpieces being that they were live fish! Every other florist I met with said no to filling the vases and transferring the fish....not Yumi. She not only handled it for me, but she was excited about it! She also was the the only one who, said she would hang the paper lanterns from the ceiling for me. No other florist would. Her wedding arch design was flawless and so were my bouquets! Love her! xx

Yumila came recommended by many people, my wedding was in south jersey so I was going to look down there for a florist. I met with two florist whom we're double the price. My family has friends that own a wholesale distributior so we went to them to ask advise, she sent us to the person she uses - which was ironically Yumila. She was so sweet and accommodating, and she helped all of my visions come to life! My venue wouldnt allow real candles air she special ordered luminaries candles to make them took as real as possible. Needless to say I chose Yumil to do my floral arrangements and they were amazing. Don't think twice about choosing her and her team!

We had gone to several florists for our wedding and although they were all within the same price range for what I wanted (around mid $2000), working with Yumila was different as soon as we walked in the door. We were greeted as if we were old friends and she left us with her I pad with thousands of centerpieces and bouquet designs to see her work and she came back with a fresh bouquet highlighted my colors and ideas, that was mine to KEEP!!
Yumila was prompt and professional when responding to emails/phone calls especially for the season I was communicating the most (around Christmas and Valentines day.)
We came back to her studio a few weeks later for samples of my centerpieces and bouquets and she did so much more than we had envisioned. Being a non flower lover, she really did her best to change my mind and make me realize I DO like flowers.
She arrived on time if not early for the wedding and the flowers were perfect.. over 3 weeks later and my bouquet is STILL fresh (well some of the flowers).
Working with Yumila was fun and easy and her creations are unique and exactly what you want!
i would recommend her to anyone getting married and would give 10 stars if I could!

Flowers were delivered and set up with perfect timing. Yumila meets with you and really listens to what you like/want and provides free trials. She is so open and patient and really works with you until arriving at the perfect flower arrangement. Although we did not need centerpieces for our wedding... all of the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and ceremony pedestal flowers were absolutely beautiful!!! They were a mix of coral and peach flowers to go along beautifully with the turquoise bridesmaids dresses for our beach-theme wedding.
The best part was my bouquet. I didn't have a floral bouquet, instead I had a brooch bouquet. I received all of the brooches at my bridal shower, and Yumila put them all together and made the most beautiful meaningful bouquet I could have ever hoped for! Her hard work, dedication, time, and patience is more than greatly appreciated!!! :)

Where do I begin? I was recommended to Yumila by a co-worker of mine when we found ourselves suddenly in need of a florist for our upcoming wedding. From the minute I walked in there with my mom, she was nothing but accommodating. She was welcoming and made us feel right at home. She was super easy to work with and really took her time and was so attentive with everything.
Once we sat down and were talking with her, I gave her some vague ideas of what I wanted. She then preceded to hand me her iPad so that I could look through recent photos of weddings that she did. She excused herself and when she came back no more than 5 minutes later, she had a beautiful sample bouquet. It was exactly what I wanted. I don’t know how she got that from such a vague description that I gave her but it was perfect! She even incorporated old pearl bracelets that were my grandmothers into my bouquet.
We then talked about centerpieces and different styles for the wedding. She made notes of everything and told us that she would set up a sample table of exactly how it would look that day and to come back in a week to see if we liked it. I went back with my parents that next week and the sample table was stunning! It brought a tear to my eye. We decided on everything and signed off on everything. When we left the shop, I sent pictures to my bridesmaids. Their responses . . . if those are samples, I can’t even imagine how it is going to look that day!
Our wedding day came and everything was set up so beautifully that when I saw everything Yumila did I was speechless, literally speechless. Her creativity and design was breath-taking.

Yumila was an absolute dream vendor to work with!! She is very sweet and kind but also incredibly professional (she's been in the flower business for at least 20 years), so you know you're in good hands. In our initial meeting, we brought a few pictures of what we envisioned for our big day. She excused herself saying she was going to go throw "something together" to show us, and within minutes, returned with what was one of the most beautiful flower bouquet arrangements I had ever seen! So impressive!
She and her crew also handled communicating with our church and venue to get everything set up on time and we received so many compliments on how beautiful all the flowers were (our photographers even commented how great my bouquet smelled while holding it for a picture they were taking!). At the end of the night, our guests were encouraged to take the centerpieces home and many of our guests did, despite having to carry them which sometimes people don't want to do after a night of partying. Her prices were more than reasonable and the work pretty much speaks for itself.

After our family has used Yumi for past events we chose her with no question for our wedding. Being our event was in Southern NJ and we were more comfortable using a florist in Norther NJ we worried we would have a hard time finding a florist. Yumi and her team were ready and willing to take on the task of delivering the flowers, setting up for the ceremony and then setting up for the reception. Every single piece of our day from the boutonnieres to my stunning bouquet were perfect. The centerpieces were stunning and really added that something extra to the room. Overall, we couldn't be more satisfied then we were with Yumi and I foresee using her in many future events!

Aside from the fact that she is one of the nicest people I worked with throughout our wedding planning, she went above and beyond and her work was incredible! Before we even signed on for anything, she made samples of the centerpieces and bridesmaid bouquets for me to see in person which was something none of the other florists I met with were willing to do. I don't know where to start with all the praise for Yumila. She was patient and kind with my husband and me as we stumbled along our way in planning our wedding. Even when we weren't sure if we would use her or not, she willingly went ahead and created a sample bouquet and centerpiece for us to see. Some florists we met along the way would only do so if you paid them. I'm sure it was a risk on her part because we could have easily went somewhere else. But once we saw her work, her dedication to providing us with what we want and her desire to make things absolutely beautiful at our wedding, we were sold.
Anyone who uses Yumila for their wedding will definitely not be disappointed at all. I wholeheartedly recommend her!

I was married on June 21, 2013. May I say Yumila has a gift that the other florist I have visited could not provide. I explained to her that I love nature, I love plants but not a fan of the typical flowers used at weddings. To be honest I was not entirely sure of what I wanted but I knew that I didn't want the original plain-Jane bouquets and centerpieces. Sure enough, I came in for the trial after an hour of blurting out of things I like and don't like but not giving her a set idea of what I wanted. She responded "Don't worry I know exactly what you want". I came in for the trial two weeks later and SHE DID IT! I went to other florist and decorators and they just didn't have the vibe and understanding like she did. I expected to go in to the trial for another dissappointment. SHE DID IT PERFECTLY! I am a picky person, worst of all, I'm not sure of what I want but I know what I don't want or like and she did it. I was left speechless! She has a gift. My wedding was so much fun and the best part of it all, I knew I didn't have to worry for the flowers and bouquets, etc. She was on time (even earlier) everything was done as directed! Professional just like I like things done, the right way! Blessing! Thanks YUMILA!!

There is no one better! Yumi was my favorite vendor to work with! She is an artist, super organized, and very dynamic, her work is beautiful! I have used her for several events and I am happier each time!

Yumi was great to work with throughout the entire process! When I started looking at flowers I had no idea what I was looking for or what flowers would be best. The first time I met with her I showed her a couple of pictures from my Pinterest board and in 5 minutes she came back with a sample bridal bouquet that was near perfect!!! She was flexible and her eye for designing flower arrangements is impeccable. My flowers were fresh and gorgeous and many of my guests were raving about my bouquet and the centerpieces. I couldn't have been happier, good price for good quality. Thanks Yumi for helping my day turn out beautiful!

Yumila's floral design was a great value. She worked with us and gave us suggestions based on our pictures and ideas. AT the day of teh wedding, we were surprised at how amazing everything had turned out.
