I love Andra! She is sweet and personable, worked with me on what package fit my needs, and is experienced at what she does. She was quick to respond to all my many questions and communicated well with my family and other vendors. -

Wedding Day Coordinator
Having Andra was one of the best decisions we could have made in planning our wedding! I could not imagine having to have handled everything she did without her! She contacted all of our vendors for us leading up to the wedding day to coordinate pick-ups, drop off, arrival etc and the day was flawless! I was not even aware all of it was happening, meaning I had the time to just enjoy the day. Everything ran much smoother thanks to her! She also did a great job working with us on the order of events; during the reception she consistently checked with us if we wanted to begin whatever activity was next instead of just telling us it’s time for this etc. She was essential to having everything we wanted from passing out favors on the dance floor to organizing 175 people lining up for an Exit with streamers! The sweetest coordinator ever! Her organization and knowledge of the whole process took a lot of stress off me and my mom. Highly highly recommend and so grateful for everything she did for us! -

Andra will make your experience smooth and enjoyable!
Andra was extremely easy to work with in planning my wedding. She attended all of my appointments with me and worked hard behind the scenes to keep everyone organized. Andra was a huge help in getting vendors and presenting ideas to make the wedding flow. The day of the wedding I didn’t have to worry about a thing and everything turned out so beautiful!! I highly recommend using Andra to coordinate your wedding or next event! -

Would definitely recommend Andra to a friend or anyone looking for a wedding coordinator!
Andra is so professional, organized, and trustworthy, I felt like I was able to sit back and relax enough to enjoy my own wedding day and not have a care in the world. She rounded up my vendors and helped with some last minute decoration ideas so that my fiancé and I (and our families/wedding parties) could just enjoy the day and be together. Everything happened so seamlessly at our wedding, and I have a feeling that it's because Andra was working in the background to keep it that way and just took care of any problems before we even noticed them. She also helped us piece together our day-of timeline a few weeks out when we made a few changes to the traditional flow of things. I loved working with her! -

I can't believe how well Andra coordinated EVERYthing. I wasn't actually going to hire a wedding planner because I wanted to do everything myself, but The Jefferson required at least a day-of coordinator. And I am SO glad we hired her. She had everyone where they needed to be and she took care of EVERYthing that day and the weeks leading up. -

Hire Andra for your wedding! She is the best! Andra is reliable, positive, and affordable for the service she provides. Our wedding day ran smoothly because of her professionalism, working well with all vendors, communication always available when you need her! We had our ceremony and reception in different locations and she handled it beautifully. Very easy going, always smiling, always positive and configures your day with ease. Day of was seemless for us! We could write a novel on how wonderful and VALUABLE and VITAL her presence was for our wedding. She's the heartbeat. Love, love, love Andra! Andra was the biggest blessing to my wedding day and planning experience. Not only did she make everything run smoothly and allow me to enjoy my day without worrying, she followed my vision and truly allowed the day to be MINE. My biggest fear was hiring someone who would try to control the day and vision, but from the first telephone conversation I knew Andra would work with me and go with what I wanted - no matter how unique or untraditional it was. The week leading up to the big day, I didn’t speak to a single vendor and I wasn’t stressed or bothered by details, all because Andra handled everything with such ease and professionalism. I had the best experience with Andra. She is so sweet and helpful. She made coordinating my wedding at Annesdale much easier and I’m so thankful for her hard work. It can all be overwhelming, but having Andra made planning and coordinating for our day a lot less intimidating. From our first phone call to the exit at our reception, I loved working with Andra! -
