Andra is worth every penny. Before hiring her, I was worried about finding someone to handle running the day while everyone relaxed and enjoyed the day. I didn't want it to be someone who would also be a guest because I wanted them to enjoy, so I took to Facebook and found Andra recommended by other brides. After our first phone call to discuss her services and pricing, I felt at ease and knew I needed to hire her to help run the day. She was amazing and everything ran smoothly! -

My son and his bride hired Andra for the day of wedding coordination and I hired her for the rehearsal dinner planning and day of coordination. Her bubbly attitude and willingness to customize her services to just your specific need is off the charts. The wedding day went off without a hitch and she was there to make sure every last detail was handled so that the bride and groom could truly enjoy the day. She was so on top of everything yet never looked or seemed like she was hustling...she is that organized. Her communication leading up to the big day was incredible as all of the wedding party were from out of state. She helped me plan the rehearsal dinner for 42 people as I live across the country and provided me with several venues but the one we selected together was absolutely perfect. On the day of, I arrived to find the room completely transformed for the happy couple. You will not be disappointed and I highly recommend her for all your wedding needs. She even recommended a hair salon for me for the day of the wedding that took beautiful care of me. Her pricing is incredibly reasonable and her personality is a true pleasure. I felt like I had known her for years. -

Andra was wonderful to work with leading up to our Halloween wedding! She handled the communication and coordination of our vendors leading up to our wedding day and the day of, ensuring the groom and I did not have to stress about anything. She was crucial in scheduling the day of the event and making sure it passed seamlessly! Even with the surprise rain, our wedding went so smoothly thanks to her. -

Andra was super helpful on everything from planning our timeline to setting up the venue and making sure our day was perfect (which it was)! Andra helped me plan my out of state wedding in Oxford and was amazing. I cannot recommend her enough. She created our wedding timeline and executed it perfectly the day of the wedding. She handled everything that needed to be done and communicated with all of my vendors. Any last minute change she helped us figure out how to make it happen. Our day would not have gone as perfect as it did without Andra’s help! -

Andra went above and beyond to make our wedding everything we ever dreamed of.
If you’re feeling lost about where to start with wedding planning, you NEED Andra. Even if you think you’ve got it under control, you NEED Andra—trust me.
We chose her minimal planning package in addition to day-of coordination because we truly had no idea where to begin. It was the best decision we made!
Andra was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was responsive, organized, and always our biggest advocate. We relied on her professional advice for timeline details and more, but she always made it clear that her recommendations were just that—recommendations. She genuinely wanted our day to reflect what WE wanted.
She was always available for last-minute meetings and phone calls, and her support with vendors was invaluable. Andra asked all the right questions and made sure our wishes were front and center.
She created a detailed timeline for our day, accounting for things we never would have thought of. She explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt confident and informed.
Andra has a true eye for event layout, design, and decor. I gave her a brief description of my vision, and she brought it to life. The decor she recommended was beautiful—far better than anything I could have done on my own. On the day of, she set up every single detail, down to the last tablecloth and candle.
She coordinated seamlessly with all our vendors. We chose several of her recommended vendors, and they were all outstanding, especially the cake vendor. Thanks to Andra’s suggestion, our wedding and groom’s cakes were a huge hit. Not a single slice was left from our four-tiered wedding cake and large groom’s cake!
Before the wedding, Andra picked up our marriage license, decor, party favors, and wedding party gifts, delivering and setting everything up at the venue.
On the wedding day itself, Andra was truly exceptional. She arrived early, checked in with every vendor, and made sure every detail was exactly as we had envisioned. She kept everyone—vendors, family, and the wedding party—on schedule without ever making anyone feel rushed. Her calm, reassuring presence set the tone for the entire day, and she was always one step ahead, anticipating needs before anyone even had to ask.
Whenever a question or minor hiccup came up, Andra handled it quietly and efficiently, so we never had to worry or even know about it. She even solved a last-minute dress emergency with her Bridal Emergency Kit!
Our parents and wedding party also absolutely adored her; she made everyone feel confident and at ease, checking in with them throughout the day and making sure they knew exactly what to expect and where to be.
She also made sure my husband and I had everything we needed, from water and snacks to a quiet dinner alone after the ceremony.
Thanks to Andra, the entire day flowed seamlessly. Every transition from getting ready to the ceremony and the reception felt effortless. I truly felt like a guest at my own wedding, able to relax and soak in every moment, knowing that Andra had everything under control.

Andra made sure my day went without a hitch, and if there was one, neither the guest or I, ever knew. She kept our party moving and did exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Andra! She goes above and beyond to ensure that your special day is nothing short of perfect. It is evident every step of the way. She created the entire timeline for the rehearsal and the day of, and she was always responsive and helpful when I needed to make adjustments. We had several meetings to make sure we were on the same page and everything was planned perfectly. On my wedding day, I didn't have to worry about anything because Andra had everything under control. She was always available, promptly assisting us with any questions or concerns we had. I cannot imagine having pulled off our wedding day/wedding weekend without the help of Andra! I had done so much of the planning myself, but having never planned a wedding before, Andra was a resource to give recommendations and guidance when needed in so many ways. She was thoughtful, on top of so many details I could and would have never thought of, and truly helped make our wedding as special as it ended up being. Having Andra on board allowed me to enjoy my wedding day to the fullest, knowing she was on top of behind the scenes details, was setting up decor like I had requested, and taking care of hiccups before I had the chance to even worry about them. She single-handedly brought several bins to my venue for me, allowing me to show up the morning of my wedding hands-free and worry free. Andra is sweet, SO knowledgable about the wedding industry in Memphis especially, and truly a must-have resource when planning the most important day of your life. -

Wedding Day Coordinator
Having Andra was one of the best decisions we could have made in planning our wedding! I could not imagine having to have handled everything she did without her! She contacted all of our vendors for us leading up to the wedding day to coordinate pick-ups, drop off, arrival etc and the day was flawless! I was not even aware all of it was happening, meaning I had the time to just enjoy the day. Everything ran much smoother thanks to her! She also did a great job working with us on the order of events; during the reception she consistently checked with us if we wanted to begin whatever activity was next instead of just telling us it’s time for this etc. She was essential to having everything we wanted from passing out favors on the dance floor to organizing 175 people lining up for an Exit with streamers! The sweetest coordinator ever! Her organization and knowledge of the whole process took a lot of stress off me and my mom. Highly highly recommend and so grateful for everything she did for us! -

Andra is so professional, organized, and trustworthy, I felt like I was able to sit back and relax enough to enjoy my own wedding day and not have a care in the world. She rounded up my vendors and helped with some last minute decoration ideas so that my fiancé and I (and our families/wedding parties) could just enjoy the day and be together. Everything happened so seamlessly at our wedding, and I have a feeling that it's because Andra was working in the background to keep it that way and just took care of any problems before we even noticed them. She also helped us piece together our day-of timeline a few weeks out when we made a few changes to the traditional flow of things. I loved working with her! -

We had several meetings prior to the wedding and I could call her anytime with questions or concerns. She is so organized and proactive. She went to the church and country club months before the wedding to scope things out without us even asking her to! She called all of my vendors a month before the wedding to introduce herself and make sure everything was lined up. She completely managed the vendor timeline and wedding party timeline for the day of and made sure everyone knew when and where they were supposed to be. She even picked up my wedding dress and my husbands tux the next day after the wedding so we didn’t have to worry about them as we left town for our honeymoon! I literally referred to her as my wedding planning angel! She exceeded all of our expectations and was the glue that held the entire day together. We are so grateful for her!
