    It really was the perfect day!

    I am so glad that YPD and April were a part of my wedding day! My wedding venue had an additional wedding prior to mine and I was really concerned about having enough time to turn the chapel over and get my decorations up in time for the ceremony. Having YPD there was so helpful to get the chapel turned over quickly and so my family didn't even have to worry about it! Working with April leading up to the wedding was amazing! She was so helpful to make such a detailed timeline and answer all my questions! She also did beautiful wall draping at my wedding venue! Brittney and Angie were my day of coordinators and they were amazing!!! They made sure that everything was running smoothly! Ran to get me some food from the grooms suite when I was hungry, bustled my dress so I could take photos outside in the snow, unbustled it for the ceremony just to rebustle it again for the reception. Gave me lash glue when I forgot to bring some. They even braved the very cold weather and snow so that we could get pictures outside and made sure that I had blankets to be warm. They were so attentive and just wonderful! Everyone kept telling me that I was so calm and relaxed before the wedding, but it was really because of Your Perfect Day that I was able to relax and enjoy my day!     Your Perfect Day is a Must!

    We couldn’t recommend April and Your Perfect Day enough for any decorating needs for your wedding! They provided all the chairs for our ceremony, swag for the ceiling above our dance floor, greenery behind our sweetheart table, table number holders, donut wall, and cupcake display holder. Everything was set up on time, we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

    April was incredibly responsive and helpful with all our questions and changes we made throughout the planning process. They were setting up the morning before our wedding and we were able to meet them. They were so sweet and made sure everything looked how we envisioned. Definitely use them for your wedding!

    It was truly, our perfect day.

    every single review puts into words how I felt on our special day. my husband and I used to work weddings, and would see tons of couples hire YPD. we are so blessed we got to witness this first hand, because when it came time to plan our own perfect day, we knew April and her team would be the perfect fit for us. Tiffany and Cassie worked our wedding, and let me tell you… IT WAS FLAWLESS. they effortlessly made sure every fine detail was planned out perfectly for us. Tiffany attended our rehearsal where she facilitated everything for us and helped us to understand exactly what our ceremony would look like. We met with April SEVERAL times prior to our wedding day and she was able to help us make decisions, send us reminders on important timing, and most importantly- remind us to be present and enjoy our special day. While I’m sure things went wrong, we had no idea!!! They made sure our timeline was followed, flexed things when needed, helped bustle my dress, pinned boutonnieres, and so much more. They were one of the best investments we made on our wedding day, and we could not have asked for a better dynamic duo to help us celebrate our day. thank you for everything!

    Hire YPD! You will thank yourself.

    April and YPD were one of the best choices we made for our wedding! We hands down know our day was successful because of April! April was phenomenal to work with, she is professional, extremely efficient, confident, and an absolute expert in everything wedding. She helped us stay on track during the planning process and executed everything perfectly at rehearsal and wedding. As the bride, I appreciated April’s approach to keeping me informed just enough on the actual wedding day (so that I could also relax and enjoy), and her confidence to step in and keep everything running exactly as planned – and knowing we were in great hands on our day! I am a type-A person and have very high expectations…April surpassed what I could have ever expected. Even our parents, who were not involved in planning, were highly impressed by her level of professionalism, confidence, and execution on day-of. I was also thoroughly impressed by her picking up and perfectly executing pieces of the planning she was not apart of during the process (DIY stuff, etc.). If you are thinking of hiring a coordinator…HIRE APRIL. You WILL thank yourself. April – thank you for being the reason we have beautiful, joyous memories of our wedding day, it was an absolute pleasure to work with you!

    Your Perfect Day Really Does Make Your Day Perfect!

    April, the owner of Your Perfect Day, is an incredible person! They say your wedding day is the best day of your life, but I always thought that was a cliché. I can now say it's 100% true and much of it is due to YPD. April took control of the day, and if anything went sideways, we never knew. She handled everything with ease and professionalism, never letting us know if something was not as planned, and kept us from worrying about the little stuff. We were able to sit back, take everything in, and have the best day of our lives.

    As a same-sex couple, it was very important to us to hire vendors who were supportive of the LGBTQ+ community. Not only was YPD completely welcoming, but they were also referred to us by another same-sex couple. April and the entire YPD staff were always warm, welcoming, and supportive. Not only is YPD a great company, but they are also full of great people.

    I can't recommend Your Perfect Day enough. They are worth their weight in gold!

    Best-hired vendor

    Your Perfect Day was the BEST-hired vendor for our wedding!!! If I could give them more stars I would. I originally hired April back in 2020 for our destination wedding and when our plans turned upside-down she stuck through all the challenges of trying to plan other dates until our July 24, 2022 wedding date stuck. We used April for pre-planning, day of coordination, decor, linens, and flowers! She is a one-stop shop and is very honest with her pricing. April understands a budget and will help you to stay within that budget. She has creative ideas on how to re-use ceremony decor for the reception to save on costs. For example, she reused our ceremony backdrop as a backdrop behind the reception head table. Furthermore, our guests were impressed with how on time we were with everything, how pretty and perfect the ceremony and reception looked, and how smoothly the day flowed; all of that is thanks to April and her assistant Taylor, who knocked it out of the park!!! April was for sure the backbone of our wedding and the reason why everything went perfectly! If there was a hiccup in the day I never knew about it. You are truly in the best hands with April and her team. My husband originally did not want to hire a wedding planner and after the wedding day, he was glad that we did and said our wedding was absolutely perfect. I cannot say enough GREAT things about Your Perfect Day. You will for sure have a perfect day if you go with April!

    I can’t say enough good things about your perfect day. April, and her team, are the real MVPS of the wedding day… and leading up to it. You truly are in the best hands with them. From decorations, to planning, to coordinating all the vendors, the rehearsal and a timeline, you are COVERED! My husband told me it was the best decision we made for our wedding and I couldn’t agree more. April and her team made my vision come to life. Not to mention they are incredibly sweet, they really care, they are a great opinion when you need one, and help solve any issue that may come about. Do not hesitate to chose your perfect day… the name truly says it all… you will have a perfect day!

    You need YPD at your wedding!!

    April and her YPD team are simply the best!! April is so fun and kind and easy to communicate with. If there was anything we wanted, even if it seemed impossible, April would find a way to make it work. She communicated with all of our other vendors prior to the wedding and ensured everyone was on the same page. On our wedding day, I was truly able to just sit back and enjoy everything, even though I had been warned the day of the wedding can be stressful for many brides. If anything went "wrong," I didn't even notice because April surely handled it. The day flowed so well because of her and we are so extremely thankful we had her around!

    We love Your Perfect Day!!!

    We cannot express our gratitude enough and are so happy we decided to go with Your Perfect Day! From day 1, April has been responsive, focused, and personable. We were a couple planning an Ohio wedding from Houston, TX with little to no time to go back home, plus Covid (need I say more?), plus having majority of our bridal party and guests coming from out of town we had little to no margin for error or last minute adjustments. April and her incredible team made this process absolutely seamless!!! April kept track of our vendors, coordinated, set, and tore down our decorations, created a flawless itinerary, and was front and center to execute every aspect of our day. We had the utmost confidence that we would not have to worry about lifting a single finger on the day of our wedding and that’s exactly what happened. All my husband and I did was worry about how we could maximize all of the fun we were having that day! Big or small, in town or out of town, global pandemic or normal life, I would recommend Your Perfect Day a million times over!! Thank you April, Catie, and team!!

    Beyond Perfect Day!

    April and her team are the real deal! When I say they think of everything, they think of EVERYTHING! From their organized and communicative wedding prep to their day of coordinators who are an absolute dream to work with. Brooke and Angie helped us have an easy breezy beautiful day! We appreciate the help and rentals they provided, and have only positive things to share.
    They made sure our dog was involved in our big day, helped our flower girl feel comfortable and secure, and allowed us the flexibility to have SUCH a fun filled day.
    Don’t stress; just hire the best!

    So glad we did this

    We debated on if we would need a wedding planner, but were sold knowing our day would be run smoothly without us having to worry and keep everything on track. We just got to enjoy our day and not worry about hiccups. (If there were any, we didn’t know about it.)

    April was very involved and responsive every step of the way helping us plan and guide us with what we should be thinking about throughout the process and when.

    Haley ran the show the day of like a boss. At one point, I felt like I had my own security squad as some guests arrived late and the procession had already begun. Haley radioed to someone else to stop the guests who intended to take their seat while the procession was taking place. They were stopped in their tracks and for photo and video sake, I was thankful for that.

    Hiring YPD was absolutely worth every penny. It gave us the freedom to be stress free and to thoroughly enjoy our wedding.

    Truly Help us Have Our Perfect Day

    April was incredible from start to finish. Planning a wedding is an extremely daunting task, but add in the complexity of the pandemic, and the process/stress seemed insurmountable at times. Every time we talked to April, we felt reassured and confident with a solid plan moving forward. We found April helped us stay grounded and comfortable throughout the planning process and the day of the event. It was also comforting that all of our vendors already knew her and that they all spoke very highly of her. April is a great problem solver and does everything she can to take care of issues without having to stress you out in the process. For instance, on the wedding day she noticed that our head table looked a bit plain, so she took flowers from the arch after the ceremony and created a brilliant display that made the head table just perfect. She also recognized right away that our baker did a terrible job with our cake, and managed to use flowers and other strategies to fix it so that the cake looked great. She did all of this without asking or involving us so that we didn't even know or have to worry about these problems. Catie, her assistant, was also kind and helpful.

    If you are questioning whether you would benefit from a day of planner, I think it was easily the best choice we made, and we are so grateful we found April.

    Truly our perfect day!

    April is amazing! We had the pleasure of working with April and Lexie for our wedding at The Stables in mid-July. April was great to work with in the months leading up to our wedding. She is a pro, and knew exactly what questions to ask to make sure we had everything we needed for a successful wedding. As our wedding date approached, April was there for us whenever we had questions. She had a rain backup plan, and worked with us on the day of the wedding to ensure our wedding was exactly what we envisioned. It was so convenient using April for our rental items. April and her team did a spectacular job decorating the venue, and made sure to incorporate all of the decorations we created into every part of our venue. Planning the wedding, running the rehearsal, decorating the venue, and coordinating the day-of would not have been as wonderful and stress-free as it was if it wasn’t for April and Lexie. We are so grateful for them, and highly recommend Your Perfect Day!

    Best wedding coordinator ever!

    April and her team at Your Perfect Day, LLC are the best investment you can make for your future wedding. Guidelines were constantly changing during COVID and April was always up-to-date in order to keep our guests safe, while still creating an aesthetic that fit with our overall wedding vision. She is available at any time of the day whenever you need emotional support. I loved bouncing wedding ideas off her and she has great relationships with all the vendors in the Toledo area. We had some issues with our wedding venue and April took the reins to help facilitate better communication and advocated for the wedding vision we wanted. She is very organized, detail oriented, and gets "shit" done. On the day of the wedding, we felt no stress because April and her team handled everything. She even bought us clear umbrellas for our wedding to use for pictures since it rained which was so thoughtful. Our wedding day turned out better than we could have ever imagined, and we have April and her team to thank. Do yourself a favor and hire Your Perfect Day, LLC to coordinate your wedding. April and her team are the best in Toledo, by far! I know many brides/grooms that have used other wedding coordinators and none of the others even compare.

    Our day WAS perfect!

    April is a superhero. I will say going into it I wasn't always sold on the idea of hiring a planner. I figured I had a strong vision of my own and should be able to execute on it. But when I got engaged to a Bengali man and realized that we would be having at least two ceremonies and receptions, I knew I couldn't do it alone. Your Perfect Day planned and executed our traditional Bengali ceremony and wedding and it was absolutely perfect. She was so great about managing expectations and navigating these uncharted waters with myself and, more importantly, my in-laws. The day turned out beautiful and even better than I imagined. For those who are skeptical about hiring a planner - you will be converted!!

    A MUST BOOK for your wedding day

    I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend booking April from Your Perfect Day for your wedding day. This was my absolute best money spent for my wedding. April has been an incredible help and was there to help in any way needed at any time. With planning a wedding during COVID, she made my dream wedding day come true when I did not even know if it was possible. She took an immense amount of stress off of me and my mom with all of her help planning the day itself, referring me to vendors, and even setting up and tearing down the event. I could not speak more highly of April and her team. If you are at all considering a wedding planner, I would book April!

    They did great work at a great value. We spoke with other vendors that were way too expensive. April's team did an amazing job making our reception look absolutely gorgeous and was friendly and easy to work with on top of it. Can't recommend them enough!

    Your Perfect Day is the best!

    Your Perfect Day is AMAZING! I honestly don’t know what we would have done without April and her team for our wedding day! Our plans were turned upside down with Covid and April helped us contact new vendors, create a timeline, etc. When it came to the day of- Kendra and Ashley were there from start to finish and helped set everything up and tear everything down! They checked in on us throughout the night and made sure everything was going smoothly. I would definitely recommend Your Perfect Day to all future brides!!

    Wow! Stress reliever!

    I can't recommend April enough! She made us both feel as ease and stress free the day of the wedding, it was exactly how we wanted it to be! The last 3 months of our wedding planning was all during Covid-19. She helped to keep all vendors updated with the newest rules and regulations and what my husband and I were wanting to do. We started making a back up plan just in case, she wanted to make sure we could sill have what we wanted! She came to our walk through at our venue, helped us figure out table placements and set ups, reminded us of things we forgot to even look at, and helped to set up the day before! On the day of, she was at the reception venue making sure everything was going great, made sure the ceremony was set up how we wanted it to be, even ran to get us ice! She puts together a whole time line for rehearsal and wedding day which was so helpful and exactly what I needed to see so I knew what to expect and everything! She also had pieces to rent available. We rented our table runners from her because we didn't want to buy them and then not know what to do with them afterwards.

    I would give her more stars if possible! Amazing!! I beyond highly recommend April!

    I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to work with April!! Planning a wedding can be overwhelming in terms of details, but April was there to make everything go so smoothly. We were so blessed to have had her as our wedding planner and pulling off our special day! She truly is a professional in every aspect, including knowing most of our vendors in the Findlay area including the venue. Our vendors also had such positive things to say about April as our wedding planner, which just gives you a sense of ease and gratefulness knowing that you're wedding is safe in her hands! My family and friends have said that this is one of the best weddings they've ever been to and most of it can be credited to April. I will always remember my wedding day as a truly perfect day:)

    I was one of those brides who thought “I don’t need a wedding coordinator! I’m organized and I have experience managing multiple vendors and contacts at once..I got this!” By the time I was in the middle of planning our wedding, I realized I was wrong, so wrong. Overwhelmed and stressed out – I recalled that a friend of mine had given me April’s contact information back when we were looking for a venue large enough to hold all of our guests and she sent me a detailed list of venues and why they would be a good fit. My fiancé and I set a meeting with April and it was the best decision we could have made. April’s laid back attitude put us at ease immediately. She contacted all of the vendors we already had agreements with and helped us make decisions on the matters we hadn’t gotten to yet. In addition to being our day-of coordinator April decorated our ceremony space and reception space beautifully, we used Your Perfect Day as our florist, and we used some of her rental decorations as well. I was showered with compliments on the flowers and decorations throughout the event and I was happy to be able to point to April and let people know she had made it all happen. The most priceless service April offers is her calming vibe and her trustworthiness. I was able to know that “April’s got this!” when our big day arrived, and that allowed my husband and I (and our mothers) to get to relax and enjoy the event – which is truly priceless.

    Your Perfect Day is the place to go for pretty much a one stop shop! From all my decorations to the flowers for the bridal party everything was so amazing. We did not have to worry about setting up or tearing down- April and her team took care of everything without a hitch! Highly recommend them to make anyone’s wedding extra beautiful and stress free!

    We worked with April from Your Perfect Day for our wedding in August 2017. My husband and I would HIGHLY recommend using Your Perfect Day. So you have some insight on our wedding size, we had a large venue with 500+ guest. So there was a lot of planning that took place, and we owe so much thanks to April and her staff from Your Perfect Day on making it all come together seamlessly. They helped us coordinate all decorations, room layout, and all linens. April herself was VERY professional and fast when it can to communicating with us. *Bonus, she has an amazing fun personality. Which is the type of people you want to work with during this exciting time in your life;) She also communicated with our venue directly so she had the chance to introduce herself and directly coordinate time frames for her business to arrival for setting up, tare down etc. That made one less things for us to worry about, because she took care of it all on her own. Your Perfect Day was amazing to work with prior to the wedding and on the wedding day! They had invoice to us ASAP (even when we made changes) and also had online payment options which was great and convenient. For the wedding weekend, everything was set up the day before, and taken down the next morning; once again April herself set this up with our venue then notified me if that time worked so we didn’t have to worry about a single thing with scheduling. Before we knew it everything was set up and taken down in no time. So if you are seeking a very organized, professional, great personality and amazing staff to work with during this big and exciting time in your life.     Had no problems at all, they came and set up then tore down. Perfect combination on your wedding day when you have no time to worry! They did our chair covers and head table backlighting.

    When my children first got engaged, I said the most important thing to do is to hire April. Her organized and thoughtful ways have made it to where even the mother of the bride/groom can thoroughly enjoy the wedding process.

    Since the very first day I hired April to be our wedding planner, she has went above and beyond to make sure that my dream wedding would become a reality.

    Like every other bride, I had many questions and concerns regarding budget and detail. My biggest concern was being a bothersome and/or a diva when emailing April. Not once did she ever make me feel like I was a bother and she would respond to my emails promptly and generously.

    Leading up to the wedding, I felt more and more relieved that we hired April - not only I was stress-free, but my family and husband were as well. It is the best feeling to know that all of the "little" tasks or the "day of" tasks were being taken care of and executed by April and her staff.

    My biggest advice to an engaged couple is to hire a wedding planner, specifically, Your Perfect Day. Put your worries and stress aside and leave all that up to April and her staff to handle because every bride deserves to have the wedding of her dreams!

    When my wife and I got engaged we knew that we wanted our wedding to be fun and laid back! Our wedding was an outside event at my father’s farm so there was a lot to think about to make sure that happened. It wasn’t long after our planning commenced that we realized that in order to ensure that our wish for it to feel laid back and fun for our beloved family and friends that we would have to be “not so laid back” in our approach to wedding planning. We knew we would need to work hard and fully think out and plan for every detail. My wife and I thought that it might be worth it to hire a day of coordinator to help us. We are so grateful that we did! As a LGBT couple we knew that priority number one was finding a coordinator that was not only tolerant but would also celebrate that aspect of or marriage. I cannot express how happy we are that we found April at Your Perfect Day! She was everything we were hoping for and more! Hiring April was by far the best money we have ever spent! April is attentive, passionate, and warm; in a word April is superlative! We cannot recommend hiring a day of coordinator with more sincerity. When the big day arrived, our job was done. She ensured that everything went just as we were hoping it would. It wasn’t until the reception ended that we even knew about the fires she put out. Can you imagine that? We didn’t have one care in the world the whole day, which, let’s be honest, is pretty much unheard of these days in the wedding world. I felt a pang of sadness when she left that day because I couldn’t express in that moment just how much that work she put into our wedding meant to me. Thank you, April and Your Perfect Day, for living up to your name and making our day just PERFECT!

    April and her team are simply amazing. April took ALL off the stress off of us for our wedding day. We actually were able to ENJOY our wedding instead of stressing over things that she was able to take care of for us. She bent over backwards to make sure everything worked out perfectly. She meet with us to discuss details on what we wanted, and she recommended things to us we never even thought of! I cannot explain how important and priceless it was to have April part of our big day!!

    Oh-my-gosh. I don't know where to start. BRIDES--stop looking. April is the girl. I was so very lucky and appreciative to have her along the way to assist with my wedding planning. I a from sylvania but have moved it of state since high school graduation so to have her help with wedding planning from far with my parents loving I sylvania was so easy! So responds quick and my parents just adored her! She helped us to plan it all and offered ideas that we didn't even think of! She saved us from a small minor detail on weddings day that I never knew about until the end of the night!!---the party ended up at st joes maumee o stead of Sylvania she called him and took care of it! I had no idea this even happened till the end of the night! She contacted every vendor ahead of the wedding to give them the timeline and when/where/time to be! My family and I did nothing! She took care of everything on the wedding day! She knew to gather "so and so" for the speech, picture etc. it was like a literally personally assistant! I wish I could have her for my everyday life assistant! She was natural and easy and so sweet! PLUS/- at the end of the night, when we went to a local place near the reception to continue the celebration --she joined us and we joked and reminisced about how fun the day was! She even offered to pay for my snack because I left my clutch at the hotel! She is so down to earth. Great money well spent!

    We chose April and her team to help us with our wedding lighting and decor as well as our Day of Coordinator. Neither of us wanted to have to worry about what was going on in the background and all the little details that needed to be tended to. April and her team did a fantastic job at making sure the venue space looked magnificent with lighting and some hanging linens. Everything throughout the day that was their responsibility was flawless and beautiful! I couldn't have asked for a better group of professionals to help with our special and amazing day! Thank you!

    Your Perfect Day was our best decision for the wedding day. April was so easy to pre-plan with - always responsive, prompt and had great suggestions for probably one of her most indecisive clients :) Additionally, until crunch time, you don't realize how many minute details and questions there are to be answered - or how many (loving) family and friends forget what a stressful day it can be. ALL of those things - the last minute details, catastrophes, millions of questions - were so tactfully handled by our day of coordinators, Brittany and Andrea. For example, we completely forgot to check in to our hotel, which is where our gifts were being taken that night. Brittany and Andrea took it into their hands and I got to re-focus my attention on my hair and makeup - which is the extent of stress that a bride should be dealing with on their wedding day! :) Then, the weather was not going to cooperate for our outdoor ceremony. Brittany and Andrea arranged the reception hall to accommodate, had an impromptu rehearsal with our bridal party while myself and the Groom did our First Look photos -- I didn't even know any of that was happening! I honestly can't even tell you everything else they did because they handled it before I even had to know about it- I just know that my day ran so smoothly, my family still gushes about them by name, and they truly helped us enjoy our day to the fullest. Thank you so much for making our day extra special!

    I cannot begin to tell you how happy I was with everything April & her team did! Everything looked absolutely amazing! The flowers were beautiful, the backdrop, the linens...everything was gorgeous! Nazareth Hall commented that it is the best that they've ever seen the Gabriel Ballroom looking and their owner wanted photographs! She truly took my vision and brought it to life!
    April was great to work with. She was very attentive and patient, and she was open to change (as I changed my mind a few times throughout the process!). I am thoroughly impressed. I gave April A LOT of information and exact details how I would like things. On my wedding day when I walked into our venue, I was blown away! She got everything exactly how I wanted it! And a special shout out to her florist on staff. Our flowers were BEAUTIFUL!
    I cannot thank Your Perfect Day enough for everything done to make our night perfect and beautiful. April made the entire process stress-free. I would have been a wreck without her if I had tried to do this all myself! I will definitely be recommending her to anyone I know looking to get married.

    My husband and I recently won a Military Wedding Giveaway and April was sweet enough to provide her services to us. She helped us figure out the timing of everything and worked so hard to make sure the rehearsal and wedding day were perfect for us.     YPD was a great decorator for our reception. We used them for a head table backdrop and ceiling swagging and lights. April worked with us to pick a design that was exactly what we wanted. She uses plenty of pictures to make sure that you are on the same page throughout the entire process. She is very prompt to respond. She made everything stress free and the end product was fantastic!

    We used Your Perfect Day for our decorating needs! They sashed and lighted our head table, sashed the cake table and gift table and added decor to the ceiling of our venue! They also set out rose petals for our ceremony! I absolutely loved everything! They did such a great job, all of the decorations really added a special touch!! We highly recommend..worth every penny!

    Your Perfect Day truly made our wedding perfect. We hired April for our decorating, flowers and day of coordination. It was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. April and her team did a fabulous job setting up, organizing and making the night so memorable. All of the wedding details were admired by all of our guests and most said it was the most beautiful weddings that they have been too.     Planning the big day can be very stressful at times, but our choice to go with Your Perfect Day was the best choice we made throughout our planning process. April and her team show a very high level of professionalism and take the stress out of planning so that you can enjoy every second of your big day. April and her team require very little attention during the process due to their lengthy experience coordinating weddings and they are able to quickly put together and manage the best day of your life! You will get caught up in the moment and you will forget several things, but April’s team is there to remember them! It’s such a good feeling knowing that you don’t have to worry about your day going smoothly, instead you can take that time to enjoy every minute with your loved ones while April takes care of EVERYTHING!

    Your Perfect Day made it extremely easy to plan our wedding. With their quality network of vendors, I never had to look far to find what I wanted. April and her team were also very pleasant to work with and were very reliable and consistent throughout the process.     Where do I even begin with how AMAZING April and her team at Your Perfect Day are?! From our very first meeting with April I was beyond comfortable with her and knew everything was going to be perfect. We originally planned to April do our flowers and decorations. During that time April was so helpful in truly looking out for us and trying to find the best options and ways to stay within our budget and or save money in places. That was a breath of fresh air, as I felt everything else was extra expenses since the word "Wedding" was attached. That definitely is not the case with April. She is close with many other vendors in the area as well, so she was always working with them to make sure everything was just as we wanted. During the planning process we had a slight hiccup and lost our Wedding venue. Of course as any bride would be I began to get nervous. The second April found out she was reaching out to me to make sure I was okay and kept reassuring everything was going to be perfect! At this point we hired April and YPD as our Wedding Coordinator and I am so beyond thankful we made that choice. A huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders at this point. The amount of little details April looks into is amazing and things I never would have thought about. She truly knows her job and the wedding industry inside and out! The day of our wedding could not have went any better. We truly did not have a single thing go wrong that day, and I believe April and her team at YPD are behind that!! I do not know what I would have done without them. They were there through every step of the day making sure everyone was taken care of and everything was going as planned! I cannot say enough about how Wonderful they all are. Our Big Day was truly a PERFECT DAY! Thank you April and Your Perfect Day! The flowers were simply amazing, the church and the Toledo Club looked so beautiful!! April totally brought our vision to life, finding everything we needed to make it happen.     As a very laid-back and DIY type of bride, I never thought I'd want (or need) a wedding planner. But as soon as my husband and I met April from “Your Perfect Day,” we wanted her to be a part of our big day. Even then, though, we had no idea how integral her role would be in making our day truly perfect.
    We booked the “Day Of” package, where April took over a few weeks before the wedding to check in with the vendors and make sure the day of the wedding went smoothly. This allowed my mom and I to still have our DIY side to the wedding, but no stress on the big day. My mom was skeptical at first- because the price was so great she figured there were strings attached and April would try to “sell” me new ideas that would add to the cost, but this was far from reality; April was more than willing to recommend ideas, vendors, and other contacts for no additional price. This was especially helpful for my husband and I since we are not originally from the area.
    Most importantly, though, when the big day finally came, April had everything covered. She gave our officiate (a friend who got ordained just for our wedding) advice that put him at ease, created a timeline that kept everyone on track (and helped my mother relax), helped us re-stock our water and other bar supplies when we ran low early in the reception, cleaned up after the reception was over, and even gave us a ride home when it was all done. The rehearsal, ceremony, and reception all went smoothly due to April and her assistants’ help.
    Overall, it is clear that April is not only great at what she does, but that she really cares about her clients and wants their day to be perfect. Our wedding truly was our perfect day, and I recommend April and “Your Perfect Day”

    April and her team were nothing short of amazing when it came to coordinating, decorating and providing flowers for our wedding. She worked with us to finalize timelines, confirm vendors, and of course bring it all together the day of the event. On our wedding day she was there for the whole day, from set up to tear down, and was available anytime we needed her. Aside from providing an amazing level of service, April was a lot of fun to work with - she had some great ideas that worked so well with what we'd envisioned for our wedding. Your Perfect Day is worth every single penny and will make your planning process so much easier. It was the best decision we made. Thank you April!!

    April was awesome! Within the last month before my wedding I needed a new planner who was more responsive and professional. It was a very frustrating and an uneasy time and April stepped in and made me feel at ease. I flew her in for my destination wedding and she went above and beyond! Thank you so much for making my day low stress and rescuing me in the last month!! :) I would definitely recommend April. She is professional, friendly, flexible, and takes charge when needed. Don't know what I would have done without her!!

    Using YPD was easily the best money that we spent on our wedding. We were able to use YPD for wedding coordination, flowers, and decorations, and all were done fabulously. One great aspect is that YPD relieved the stress of having to work with multiple vendors. YPD was especially helpful since we got married at a venue (my parents' backyard) that didn't have anyone else on staff. YPD was able to answer all of our questions, help our guests, and, most importantly, allowed us to enjoy our day without worrying about anything. I would highly recommend April and YPD! Thank you so much to YPD for making our day so beautiful, memorable, and truly perfect!!!

    I cannot say enough great things about Your Perfect Day. We were so pleased with everything April provided. The great thing about Your Perfect Day is she can really provide whatever you need within your budget from flowers, decor, bartenders, planning and advice. I was the type of bride that wanted to be able to do a few decor items myself and a lower price point and we were able to easily make it work. It was beautiful. It was a very easy process to plan with April and her team setting up and tearing down was huge!!! It's really the smartest and easiest decision I made in planning. We ended up renting most of our decor, which was so much easier and affordable. I would and have recommended Your Perfect Day to my friends and clients.

April was there to help us every step of the way, from helping design our flowers and color scheme, to helping me find a hair stylist when mine backed out the day before the wedding. Even the day of the wedding she went above and beyond what I expected in SO many ways! My husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing the entire day because she was there. Even the little things (like taking our gifts up to our room), really made a huge difference to us so we could relax and enjoy the night. Our flowers and centerpieces were so beautiful and exactly what I pictured for my wedding. I'm SO glad we picked Your Perfect Day for almost every aspect of our wedding!

    Our wedding was July 25th, 2015. Your Perfect Day is absolutely amazing! April is so sweet, nice, and super easy to work with. Before my mom and I met with her, we were both nervous into how everything would get taken care of the day of the wedding. But after meeting with April, all of that stress disappeared! We are so glad we hired Your Perfect Day and they made wedding planning easy! There were times when my mom and I were worried about our florist, because our florist would tell us they would contact us in 2-3 weeks with information, but wouldn't hear from them for 2-3 months. When we would meet with April to update her how the wedding planning was going, expressed our worry to her and she told us not to worry, she'll take care of it. We had other little worries, but April had answers for everything. She assigned Anne and Ashley to our wedding, and they were wonderful!! They took care of everything and I have no idea if anything even went wrong on my wedding day. If it did, they took care of it! Everything was perfect. They made my wedding perfect, just like their name. Future brides and grooms, hire them. You'll be glad you did!! My wedding day was stress free and yours will be too with them.

From day one over a year ago she helped us work through the planning process with so much ease. Any question I had April answered quickly and efficiently. There are many details that go into planning a wedding and so many things you think you "have" to do, but April makes sure that you get everything you need and want. I will forever look back on our day and know that it all went perfect and without Your Perfect Day it would have never been as wonderful and ran as smoothly as it did!! The amount of relief I felt from day 1 working with April and her staff is indescribable. Thank you so much for giving me the greatest wedding I could have ever wanted and making every vision I had possible.

    Your Perfect Day LLC was an outstanding company to work with throughout our entire wedding planning process. April was on top of the entire event and helped both my wife and daughter plan a "perfect day" and enjoy it besides. Her work took place during the rainiest day on record for our date in June but it was truly a beautiful day in every respect.

    April also provided the flowers and they were outstanding, high quality and very competitively priced.

    As the father of the bride I can highly recommend Your Perfect Day to make the experience memorable for all involved.

    I contacted April so that I could enjoy my daughters wedding day as much as everyone else would and initially wanted her to help the day of only, just in case something would not go as planned as they often do. We had all of our vendors pretty much figured out, and after talking with her initially, my daughter and I used her expertise and services in many other ways and are SO glad we did! From the centerpieces with real flowers, to back drops, help with invitation/shower wording, vendor review with contracts, assisting at rehearsal and the ceremony itself, to providing last minute chair covers-without any hesitatiion, to just being a relaxing confident with any questions we wanted to run by her answered. We sure are glad we took her advice on all of them too! Believe me, I have two more daughters coming up and am so glad we found April. I will use her and Your Perfect Day again but this time from the initial start of the wedding planning! Couldn't have had a more perfect wedding experience with Your Perfect Day and alll of our vendors! Thank you!!!

    We could not of asked for anyone better. I cannot begin to express how amazing this company is. They called me back within a couple hours of leaving them a message and we met shortly after that. The first meeting went well and I knew instantly this company would be perfect for what we needed. April knew just exactly what my wedding vision was and matched it perfectly the day of. We used their company for the day of, which she was at our ceremony to help us on the day and also set up and tore down our ceremony and reception. I dropped off all my decorations to her a couple day before and told her where I wanted them placed. I told her she could also add her own spin to things. She went above and beyond.

    Your Perfect Day did all of the decoration and coordination of the Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Ohio's annual spring fundraising gala. This event is one of our most important events of the year since the money raised goes to support our mission of education, awareness and providing support to our survivors and those affected by ovarian cancer. Month's later I am still hearing about the amazing décor and overall how wonderful the event went. I have been chairing the gala for 3 years and we have never used a coordinator until this year. It is no coincidence that this years Gala was the most fun, well ran, beautiful and successful event to date. Not only that but I can attest to the fact that the amount of stress that April and Your Perfect Day removed from me was HUGE! I highly recommend you take advantage of all of the many services Your Perfect Day has to offer, for a wedding, or any special event that needs to be perfect!

    I never really thought I would hire a wedding planner, mostly because I didn't think I could afford it. But once I started the planning process, I decided to meet with April of Your Perfect Day based off of a recommendation from a friend. It was definitely the best decision I could have made (besides saying yes when he popped the question, of course!). We went with the day of package and it made the whole wedding day less stressful. Plus, April was available for assistance during the whole planning process with vendor recommendations, helpful advice and solutions so that every detail was covered. I also rented some decorations from YPD that helped dress up the traditional banquet hall. And most importantly, it was so much more affordable that I ever thought! For all the services April provides, the day of package was a huge value! My peace of mind and eliminating work/stress for our parents was well worth the price! I would highly recommend Your Perfect Day!

    I 100% could not have done it without Your Perfect Day! They were the very first vendor I hired for my wedding day! The services you receive are one of a kind and we never worried about a thing!

    I would recommend every bride have a wedding planner who is an expert in this field. Your Perfect Day has so many resources which is so beneficial and keeps the stress down!

    I did not want any of my family members worrying about who was going to do this or do that. I wanted everyone to just come and have a great time and not worry about a thing! We didn't because Your Perfect Day took all the stress away!

    I would like to say that I was really involved in our wedding process, but like any good groom I knew it was my brides day. April and her team were great with everything we asked them to help us with. From organizing everything the night before and making us feel confident it would go smoothly to taking complete control the day of. I woke up in the hotel room with groomsmen sleeping on the floor to a text message from April that was so great it is still saved in my phone. After that the day and night went better than we could imagine and we didnt have to worry about a thing. We were always where we needed to be without having to think and just enjoyed ourselves. She also knew just when we needed anything and it was there without asking. I would not just recommend Your Perfect Day for your wedding, I wouldn't recommend having a wedding without them. Their name held true for us and I'm sure it will do the same for you!

    We rented our chair covers from YPD and from the beginning April made sure we had exactly what we wanted. The value is better than any other chair cover rentals we found in the area and they were beautiful! She was also wonderful, offering to help in any other areas that we may have needed it! I would reccomend YPD for any services they offer, we may not have used all of them, but working with April left us wishing we would have given more thought to a wedding planner.

    We had the BEST experience with 'Your Perfect Day!' I was a month away from our wedding, feeling SO overwhelmed with all the last minute things to do, and wondering how they were ever going to get done, and we stumbled across April just in time! It was so great to have someone "on our side" and who really knew what they were doing since we had NO CLUE! She did so much running around, was very helpful with suggestions, and the whole week leading up to our wedding we were counting our blessings that we had hired her!! She is so reasonable in price and so personable. I definitely felt like I had a girlfriend there right along with me (to help with all the things my girlfriends and our families were too busy to help with) The minimal stress you can have during this process, the better, and the more you are able to enjoy it! ANYONE could fit this into their budget... even us, who paid for our wedding almost entirely on our own! I have already referred 'Your Perfect Day' and will continue to!!     A wedding planner was a necessity for us...both because of our venue and because my husband and I live in Washington, D.C. and were planning the wedding long distance. All I can say is that after our experience, I would highly recommend working with April Gladieux at Your Perfect Day. She was literally the perfect day-of planner from start to finish and I feel lucky that I found her. April is personable, professional and extremely capable at her job. She had fantastic ideas and vendor connections which she offered up without hesitation before the wedding. She was always available to my frantic emails and calls in the weeks leading up to the big day. And most of all, she basically handled every single bit of coordination on the day of and made me feel like I could truly trust her with all of it.

    April’s experience was also evident as she consistently anticipated problems and solved them with the calm demeanor of a pro (i.e., she noticed that we were running low on tequila due to so many margarita drinkers at our summer wedding in time for the bartender made a liquor run just before the store closed)! She also had good working relationships with many of our vendors from previous events which helped the entire event go more smoothly. My new husband particularly liked that she was ready and waiting with a wet towel for him when I smashed cake in his face! Plus, she even provided additional services like taking late night pics after our photographer had gone home.

    I cannot give April a positive enough review. She is extremely likeable, professional, and attentive. She is also fun, enthusiastic and was able to be in the spirit of the occasion. She exceeded our expectations and is worth every penny of her very reasonable fee (and then some)! If you are getting married in or around Toledo, she will truly help to make your wedding less stressful and more enjoyable. I have already told all of my friends!

    April was the second planner I hired after my first planner was horrible. I was planning a long distance wedding practically via email and phone and April was able to convert all my wishes into a reality. She actually out did my expectations. She was able to not only meet when me when I was in town, but towards the end when I began calling her in a bride panic she was able to calm me down and take care of all my concerns. She made my day amazing and I really do not know what I would have done without her services.

The day would not have gone so smoothly without her. A bride can only plan so much, things are bound to arise and April and her team were there to made my plans perfect!     I contacted April at Your Perfect Day the week I got engaged because 3 of my friends used her for their weddings. She helped me to get started with the selection vendors that were professional and in my price range. She also provided me with decorations and flowers (which were gorgeous and affordable). I did not stress one time throughout my entire wedding planning process. The day of the wedding, she took care of everything from lining up my bridal party, to delivering items to the reception hall to keeping us on schedule the entire day. My husband & I were able to enjoy the entire day without worrying about anything. My wedding day was PERFECT and it was all thanks to April.     April was wonderful the day of our wedding! Thanks to her help I was completely stress free that day. The day was not without bumps, but April was there and took care of them, allowing me to continue being the carefree bride.

    When I told family and friends that I was hiring a day of wedding planner they thought I was crazy to pay someone to do things that surely we could take care of ourselves. At the end of the wedding I had so many people comment to me on how nice it was to have April there. My mom was especially grateful. April was so professional and efficiant that we all felt confident in trusting her to take care of any issues that came up. This enabled us to just enjoy the day without missing out on anything. My only regret...purchasing the "Day of Package" only, instead of having her there throughout the entire planning process!

    April was great to work with. As a florist she really captured what I was looking for (very simple backyard/country) and didn't try to oversell me like some others I contacted. The best part is that she arranged everything, and decorated the day of (as part of the coordinating package), which she did so much better than I could have done. And I got to relax and actually eat lunch on my wedding day!

    Her coordinating was great too... She delivered gift bags to hotels for me and ran our rehearsal making the wedding weekend much less stressful for me. There was one minor snafu with the music during the ceremony, but we had set the sound system up with in a few hours of the actual ceremony. It was upsetting at the time, but now I can laugh at it, knowing I will always remember my ceremony because of that moment.

    The very best part of hiring April was that I asked for the time twice all day. Everything else just ran on time because of her, and I went where I was told when I was told. So much better than trying to run things myself!

    April and her team saved the day! She took all my ideas and created a beautiful reception site. I had no worries the day of my wedding because I knew if anything were to happen she would take care of it. Best decision I ever made!!

    Was happy with the rentals that I got from this place. It really helped to save money. The flowers that I also got looked great. My only criticism was that throughout the day the flowers started to come out of the planter/bouquet and that many of the flowers either looked wilted or the Lillys I got never opened up

    There were some hiccups along the way but April was really flexible! I changed my mind more times than I can count but there was never any fuss. The hall looked fabulous after her team was done setting up my ideal wedding!
    Not only did they do my decorations but they also created all my bouquets. They were beautiful and full! Would recommend them to anyone who is looking for affordable flowers.

    Wedding planner fail

    We hired what we thought was a wedding planner, coordinator and decorator. We were very excited to work with April and your perfect day and had heard good things about this company. I was then informed that she would only coordinate the day of the wedding and decorate but not plan. So I planned everything myself, but yet was still charged by her for a planning fee. She had told us that she would be the coordinator for our wedding the day of, but very rarely and poorly communicated with us so I felt she had no idea what was going on. I had to call/email her multiple times as she would communicate with my vendors old or inaccurate information without first checking with me to see if that was still correct. At our rehearsal, April was not present but sent two of her employees in her place, without informing us. I had no idea who these two people were as we were not aware of the change. They seemed very inexperienced and didn't know what to do. My wedding photographer stepped up and was more assertive in coordinating then the two wedding coordinators we paid a lot of money for. We also hired april to do drapping decorations in the ballroom, but I specifically asked for the curtains to cover the walls and ceilings like a tent, but they weren't thick enough so you could still see through them. Our vendor wedding coordinator Julia with Maumee Bay was much more of a coordinator than this company. I was very disappointed in April's services or lack there of, and think it was a huge waste of money.

    I see all good comments so maybe she was just off her game but even the vendors agreed she made things harder for everyone else. You couldn't get a hold of her, she just had excuses when she didn't do things that she was supposed to do and she pretty much stopped caring after we didn't use the photographer that she suggested. I think I'm being generous with this review. We had to keep making contact when she was supposed to be telling us what to do next. She didn't contact vendors in timely manner so they were confused. She didn't bring the itinerary to the rehearsal so everyone knew what was going on and claimed there wasn't tine to give it to them when there was plenty of time prior to the rehearsal. Reception line up was a disaster because she didn't inform the DJ of the names and lots of other little things that turned into bigger things.
