Beyond my wildest expectations!

Your Event Florist was dream to work with! They fully understood my vision for my wedding and completely enhanced it with their expertise. They went above and beyond to make the day a dream. All of the tablescapes, ceremony decor and other areas they touched were above anything I could have ever imagined. You are in great hands with Kevin and Shawna and the team!

Fabulous Florals with 5-Star Treatment

From a bride who only cared about all things floral, Your Event Florist was everything and more! Shawna and Kevin literally made all my dreams come to life. First, it was a pandemic and I had already had one florist not work out and Your Event Florist was there to save the day! Completely ready to take on the over the top floral expectations. Second, when I had the first consultation, I walked into the show room and Kevin had Friday and Saturday mocked up based on my Pinterest boards and my comments about the arrangements. As I was walking through the vision, he was literally changing the vases and arrangements as I spoke to capture my imagination. Third, they did a full mock-up with flowers, candelabras, votives and all the goods at the hotel during my tasting! As my husband said this is EPIC! Not only were he and I ecstatic, my parents were more then impressed. The entire wedding weekend was filled with gorgeous flowers and table-scapes that our guests couldn’t get over. Our wedding day was out of a floral dream! Anyone questioning whether their wedding floral dreams could come to life, should only ever go with Your Event Florist! We can’t thank them enough!

Floral Genius

You cannot go wrong with Your Event Florist! After interviewing many florist/event designers for our large destination wedding ( in a venue that was an outdoor blank slate), we immediately knew that they were the one. Creativity, rapport and most of all KINDNESS describes them. Never did they balk at a design change and they continually came up with creative beautiful ideas. Highly recommend them!

Great value, BEAUTIFUL flowers!

YEF did a great job executing our vision on wedding day. They were able to work with our budget and met with us multiple times to better understand our desires. They were flexible and willing to try new styles of arrangements. I wanted to honor my father with a memorial table and Kevin helped design a memory tree with family photos I had framed. His attention to detail was noticeable. I appreciate all their hard work. Thank you, YEF!

Was very happy with the service and overall look of our flowers for our wedding three years ago. We had to change directions from our first florist and we found that Your Event Florist was able to make our vision come to life!

Working with Kevin was a dream come true. My husband and I live in Chicago, so I first enlisted the help of my mom in meeting with some of the florists on our list. She loved Kevin, so when I visited to finalize vendor choices a couple months later, we went to have a second meeting. Kevin is kind, attentive, and was able to understand our wedding vision in a matter of seconds. He showed us ideas, countless photos of previous weddings, and even made a sample arrangement with florals he had in the walk-in. I immediately knew that I wanted to work with Kevin forward and we are SO glad that we did. From our ceremony decor to bouquets to centerpieces, Kevin was detailed and made perfect arrangements- even better than I had ever imagined. In addition, Kevin, responded quickly whenever we reached out and was game for the several last-minute changes I threw his way. Thanks for everything, Kevin! I only wish we could have your arrangements every day!

Kevin and Shawna Reed provided the most outstanding service and designs for our wedding day! Their floral designs made such a beautiful impact on our wedding day and our wedding photos. Kevin and Shawna (owners of the company) are wonderful people to work with. They were quick to respond and professional in their communication. I had a budget that I did not want to exceed, and they worked magic with what I wanted to spend. They exceeded every expectation I had once I saw all of the arrangements/bouquets on my wedding day. The fullness and size of each arrangement was breathtaking, and Kevin created arrangements that were exactly what I had envisioned and described- he actually took everything I described a step further, and they turned out even better then I had envisioned! Worth every penny I spent!

My husband and I were blown away with how beautiful everything turned out! Our ceremony site had to change last minute due to unanticipated rain and we were concerned that the flowers and displays would not be adaptable. We were not happy that we had to move our outside ceremony to indoors but Kevin was not only able to do so beautifully but also transformed the indoor space that we were less than excited for into an amazing setting. They were also able to incorporate my 1,000 cranes, a Japanese good luck tradition, into the decor without making it seem like a Japanese themed wedding. My bouquet was breathtaking! I borrowed my bridesmaids sorority pins to be placed on the bouquet and instead of doing the typical placement on the wrapped stems they were placed within the actual bouquet, something I had not seen done before. Your Event Florist was innovative, personable, and adaptable, especially during the last minute stressful changes. We highly recommend this husband/wife team- Kevin and Shawna are AMAZING!

Kevin was amazing. Went with the flow of having the kids table decorated with a Mexican them. It flowed with our sophisticated Tuscan theme. The arrangements were beyond perfect. My family recommends Kevin to everyone who needs floral arrangements for any event.

We loved the personal attention we received from Your Event Florist. From my beautiful bouquet to the gorgeous flower arrangements on the altar to the halo arrangements for our flower girls. I didn't have to worry about any of the setup at all. Everything went smoothly and couldn't have turned out better.

Kevin and Shawna blew me away.

I had been worried about flowers and decor because it's not my strength. When you sit down with Kevin for the consultation, he listens to your vision and helps you build a plan and explains what flowers he'll use. I am not very flower savvy and hadn't heard of any of them and tried to google things but had no idea what to expect -- because everything is custom and so they don't have a picture of exactly the same thing. In the end, I am SOOOOOOOOO happy that we went with them. The flowers were unbelievable. I loved every arrangement, from my breathtaking bouquet which was exactly what I wanted, the boutonnieres, flower girl baby breath halos, candles, decor for the escort card table, ceremony flowers, rehearsal dinner flowers, etc. I got endless complements on the flowers, candles, and tablescape during the wedding, and honestly many more since via text message etc. They were reliable, easy to work with, very flexible with last minute changes. I had even accidentally told Kevin one table too few for the welcome dinner, and he had an extra centerpiece!

I plan to use them for any and every event in the future. I could not have been happier!

Your Event FLorist was great. My flowers turned out better than i imagined. They set everything up and tore it all down and i never even saw them. It was perfect i was so worried about the stuff getting there and if they knew where to put everything but, it turned out perfect. I would use Your Event Florist again.

Beautiful Beautiful Beautiful!!!! When I saw our big centerpieces I cried! They were stunning!
Working with them was pleasant and breezy! They let me drive them crazy, make several changes and really helped me get to the budget I needed to stay in. I was concerned it wouldnt turn out the way I wanted due to that, but my goodness it was beautiful! They even moved everything from the ceremony to the reception and placed it in extra spots which turned out perfect! Bouquets lasted forever and everyone complimented the centerpieces. A few thought they were fake they were so pretty! Thank you so much for making our day magical and beautiful! Such a pleasure to work with!!! I hope some friends get married soon so I can tell them to use you~!

Picking out flowers seemed like just another task to check off the list until I met Kevin and Shawna. Kevin took my basic description of the colors and feel that I wanted and proposed an amazing artistic vision. It was breathtaking and got me truly excited about seeing everything come together on my wedding day. Shawna was also easy to work with and adjusted the plan several times for me as the number in bridal party changed or I decided to add something. The flowers on my wedding day exceeded my already high expectations and lasted a really long time after the wedding. Everything was gorgeous!

They did such an amazing job with the flowers and centerpieces for my reception. I really appreciated their enthusiasm and dedication to their work. I received many compliments from multiple guests. Additionally, I found them to be great people who were easy to work with. If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely choose Your Event Florist in a heartbeat. Kevin and Shawna of Your Even Florist were absolutely fabulous! They worked with me to fit my flower dreams into my actual budget. They are incredibly knowledgeable about their field and were able to make a great floral design from my poor descriptions of flowers and styles. Kevin's creativity was amazing. He was able to show us several different ideas, just off the top of his head so I could see which I preferred. Kevin and Shawna were such a pleasure to work with throughout my whole wedding planning process, and were so helpful (in particular for a bride who had no vision of her flowers at all at the beginning!). They worked with me to take my general ideas for wedding flowers and used their expertise to turn them into more beautiful florals than I ever would have anticipated.
Their under-the-radar presence the day-of was perfect. The only way that I even knew they were there was the brief moment when Kevin came into the room to discreetly drop off the bouquets. It was enough so I knew they were there setting up but did not distract from the day in the slightest bit.
I received so many compliments on the bouquets and centerpieces - they perfectly complemented the location and worked so well with all of the other decor. I could not be more pleased!

Your Event Florist is the best florist around. My flowers were stunning and a month after the wedding people are still talking about them. They are easy to work with and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Your Event Florist for ANYTHING you need.

I LOVED working with both Shawna and Kevin at Your Event Florist! They are amazing people who have a talent for seeing exactly what you envision for your wedding and creating the decor that exceeds even your wildest expectations. They are also very flexible. At the 11th hour I needed to add an extra corsage and a quick phone call was all that was needed. The flowers, candlescapes, centerpieces, bouquets, boutinerres, and corsages were truly some of the most beautiful I have ever seen. They're product and their company are simply the best!! Thank you so much for making my wedding day more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!

I WENT IN W/ MY HUSBAND TO PICK OUT FLOWERS FOR OUR WEDDING. I LEFT FEELING GOOD BECAUSE KEVIN DID SUCH A GREAT JOB- BUT HAD A NIGHTMARE THAT NIGHT!! I WENT BACK IN AND TOLD THEM THAT WHAT WE PICKED ... WAS WHAT MY HUSBAND LIKED!! NOT WHAT I WANTED FOR MY SPECIAL DAY. KEVIN TOOK TIME AGAIN THAT VERY MOMENT AND CREATED THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SETTING!! I could not have imagined having any other Florist at my wedding. The amount of detail and creativity was unbelievable!!!!!! I had been visited 5 florists in the VALLEY and no one, like Kevin, truly took the time to listen to my intrests. He was patient and truly listened to what I WANTED. Other vendors wanted to tell me what was best, but Kevin helped with the ideas I WANTED for my wedding day!

"YOUR EVENT FLORIST" made it more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!!!!!
I can't tell any bride who to pick, but I can tell you how happy you will be if you do decide to choose this company.

From the moment I met Kevin and Shawna I knew they were a great fit for our wedding! I had a vision that they were able to bring to life in ways I did not even dream of. They were two of the nicest and most kind individuals that I worked with during my planning. I was overjoyed when I saw my bouquet (and my girls flowers) as they were hand delivered to our hotel room...they were nothing short of beautiful. They did and AMAZING job at our reception cite transforming the area into a picture that would take anyone's breathe away. My husband had not gone to any of the appointments...but his jaw dropped when he saw the magic they had done! WE LOVE YOUR EVENT FLORIST!

Kevin and shanna were awesome to work with. I even made last minute changes and it wasnt a problem. I couldnt be happier on how the flowers for my daughters wedding turn out..The candleabras were amazing!!! I would recommed them highly.

Your Event Florist provided gorgeous arrangements and a stunning boquet for our wedding. They made reccomendations based on our planned decor and were spot on with every idea. We could not have made a better choice than to have them provide the flowers for our wedding. The bouquets and flower arrangements were absolutely gorgeous, but what exceeded my expectations was how easy it was to impart my vision to Kevin. We wanted simple, elegant, contemporary accents for our venue and without saying those words in our initial consultation, he was able to interpret my comments and thoughts accordingly. Kevin knew we were working with a tight budget and helped guide the floral selection to stay within the limits without sacrificing the quality. Both Kevin and Shawna were extremely responsive to my questions and were a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them without a doubt to anyone in need of their services.

They were so easy to work with for my wedding. They had excellent vision and ideas to create my dream wedding. All of my guests and even the hotel staff said that the floral arrangements were amazing and so unique! I would use them again and recommend them highly!

On a small budget, My Event Florist was able to make both our outdoor wedding site and the ballroom look magnificent. It was amazing how one strand of gerber daisies could be so beautiful. They suggested two tall vases of flowers to be by the gazebo and that just set the entire scene. And then someone brought the vases and stands inside so it decorated the whole front of the ballroom which would have been bare. Then we had very simple tall vases filled with pink gerber daisies floating in water. With a spotlight on them - they lit up and therefore we kept the room dimmed - it was gorgeous and dreamy. Everyone kept commenting on how beautiful the centerpieces were and how did they light up??? Just wanted to thank you - I'd recommend

Your Event Florist was such a pleasure to with while planning our wedding. When I went to pick out flowers and arrangements, we didn't just look at photos, they allowed me to see the real flowers and the vases that they had. It was such a treat to be able to have this visual and hands-on experience. They stayed within our budget and were nothing but professional. I highly recommend using Your Event Florist!

I would Highly Highly Highly recommend Your Event Florist. The wedding flowers were beyond perfect. Everything was fresh and lasted much more than just through the event. Their prices are incredible. I was able to do much more than I even imagined without going over budget at all! The are flexible and can make something beautiful with even the smallest of budgets. They are creative and have a lot of rental items in stock so you don't have to worry about buying 30 vases or mirrors that you will never use again. They were very responsive and answered emails and phone calls within minutes. They are very friendly and easy to work with. We had a wonderful experience.

I met with several florists in preparation. Kevin was the first person who actually understood what I wanted. He had experience working with succulents and understood that I wanted them as the focal point, not just accents like everyone else kept pushing. In addition, he was very respectful of my budget, suggesting alternate (and much cooler) options for the accent flowers to the more expensive versions everyone else suggested. The result was phenominal, and I received tons of compliments!

Kevin and Shawna at Your Event Florist really knocked it out of the park. I had a specific idea of the flowers I wanted at my wedding - orange cala lillies, orange fire roses, etc. As soon as I explained what I wanted to Kevin, he "got it" and gave me different options of what to try. We ended up going with a huge display at the altar with lots of different flowers, branches, etc. We did a mix of flowers/candles/centerpieces on each table at the reception and everything was gorgeous. The flowers really brought my wedding vision together. The flowers were just as I requested, fresh and beautiful. I did not have to do a lot of work - I just told Kevin what I wanted and that's exactly what I got. Definitely recommend Your Event Florist!

Kevin was low key and calm. He listened to our vision of what we wanted for our wedding, showed us pictures, shared his ideas, made suggestions and recommendations and once we signed the contract, we felt comfortable to trust Kevin that it would all be perfect on our wedding day ... and it was! Gave me great ideas. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and they were able to make something very similar for 1/2 the cost! Was very responsive, followed through. This was especially hard since I was planning a wedding in Arizona from Chicago

My wedding flowers were truly everything that I could have ever wanted! I loved working with Shawna and Kevin; they made all of my dreams come true! The flowers were fresh and beautiful and nothing fell apart or had any problems! I would say that the company is slightly expensive however, you do get what you are paying for and they are well worth the splurge! As a bride who hated flowers, I'm so glad I went with Your Event Florist because they changed my mind about flowers at a wedding!

Your Event did a great job on my flowers and was able to work within my budget. The bridal and bridesmaid bouquets were gorgeous and they doubled as the cocktail reception flowers. The centerpieces for the reception tables were unique and pretty. During our appointment, we actually went in the back (flower prep) room and they showed me different arrangement options. So cool! Everything was on time and looked great!

Your Event Florist was wonderful to work with.

Before the wedding, Kevin really tried to get a sense of what we wanted at our wedding, rather than trying to force us to use specific flowers or a specific style. His prices were good and he was really good about working within our budget. I also really liked that Kevin brought us back into is workshop to show examples of vases, candles, and what different floral options would look like. It's much easier than having to imagine it.

Most importantly, the flowers at our wedding were beautiful and everything was delivered, set up, and oved on time with no fuss. The bouquets looked perfect with all of the dresses and made the whole reception come alive. Your Event Florist also did all of the centerpieces for the rehearsal dinner and those were beautiful as well. I would definitely recommend that other brides use Your Event Florists.

My circumstances were a little different, I planned my wedding in 5 months in a different state from where the ceremony/reception took place. I had to send my Mom and sister in to meet with the florist and didn't actually "book" them until 2 weeks before the big day. With these reasons, I HAD to be a flexible bride. Although everything was beautiful and I recieved many compliments on our floral arrangments, the end result was not 100% what I thought it was going to be. In the end, I was the only person that could point out the little mishaps of the wedding and honestly, guests only remember if they have a good time or not. Mine did and that's the important part.

Working with Kevin at Your Event Florist was very professional. During the initial meeting he showed us many arrangement options and really listened to what we wanted. The flowers looked amazing on our wedding day from everything to the table arrangements to the bouquets, they were spectacular.

The downside to this company is that they are clearly lacking office help. The responsiveness to emails and phone calls is horrible and their timing is unprofessional. There were times we had to track them down by physically going to the office in order to communicate with someone. It was very stressful working with them and I had booked them far enough in advance that I thought I could avoid last minute stresses, but due to lack of communication, that did not happen.

It's hard to recommend them for this reason, but the work they do is amazing, the flowers truly looked beautiful.
