This company is a must hire!
Laiken of Your Day Your Way was our absolute hero. We were both pretty unfamiliar with how weddings operate, but she guided us through everything and made it fun. The day of, she was there for us at every turn, not only making sure everything ran smoothly, but looking out for us, getting us food, bringing us drinks, and helping us be at the right places at the right time. She even helped us bustle my dress! We loved working with her and would HIGHLY recommend her to everyone. She felt like family by the end. Thank you Laiken❣️❣️❣️ -

Maaaaannnnn.... let me tell you guys something.... If you're in need of a "day of coordinator" for your wedding and you've come across Shanee' in your searching, just stop right here and don't even bother looking for anyone else. Shanee' and her team are second to none! All the way from the initial contact to the end of the night of our wedding, this experience has been more than we ever expected!
Her and the team worked so hard to make sure that everything was exactly as my wife wanted it to be. They set up all the decorations perfectly, they kept us on our timeline and adjusted as we went in case something didn't quite fall into place at the exact time it was supposed to and they just absolutely killed it with their service.
Frank, her husband, also helps with the duties but is also the head bartender. Toa was also behind the bar and these guys are everything that we could have imagined as far as service and quality. Shanee's communication throughout the entire process was flawless. And her service during the wedding makes it so easy to not worry about a damn thing and makes it easy to just be carefree and enjoy your time as newlyweds. She made sure we had drinks as soon as we sat at our table and made sure to ask us exactly what we wanted on our plates and delivered everything to us.
I seriously cannot stress enough how amazing this wedding was because of Shanee', Frank and the team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Shanee was absolutely amazing to work with. First of all, she's as sweet as can be! Secondly, while I technically only hired her for day-of coordination, she was quick to respond and help with plenty of questions and requests I had leading up to our wedding day. Third, we met once in-person about a month before our wedding day, and she had great tips and tricks that were really helpful in the last minute planning. Most importantly, on the day of my wedding, I was offsite getting ready until the moment I walked down the aisle, so I left every.single.thing in Shanee's hands, and she took my vision and brought it to life so beautifully and seamlessly. I was so thrilled to walk in and see how everything looked! Last but not least, throughout the night, she executed everything behind the scenes exactly as we had hoped. If you want a stress free wedding day, hire Shanee. She's fantastic at her job. -

From the first call I was set with Shanee. She was the first coordinator I had talked to, and I loved her right away. I was set to book her right then, but did my due diligence and talked to a few other coordinators. They just didn't have the energy or connection I had with Shanee. So I checked in with her over the coming months, she gave me some tools and information to prepare for the event. And then, showtime! In the weeks preceding she got all vendor information. Made sure everything was set and ready. I asked her every silly question I had. And day of, she was GREAT. Actually, her AND Amanda were both great. Amanda was with us the night of the rehearsal dinner. Shanee and Amanda were both there day of, and made us all feel completely comfortable, and tackled everything as it came up. Great day, huge thanks to both of you! -

Shanee and her team were a DREAM to work with. I had a home wedding which comes with a lot of complications, preparations, and additional work / planning. Shanee communicated with me every step of the way and coordinated our entire wedding day at almost FULL term pregnancy. She is Superwoman and her team was professional and lovely to work with. She was highly organized without being overcomplicated. She was supportive in my decisions while always offering up best practices / expertise knowledge of what traditionally works best. I can't say enough good things about Shanee and she was extremely reasonable price-wise. If anything went wrong - I never knew it. I can't even begin to tell you how amazing Your Day Your Way is. I booked with Shanee', after about 2 minutes on the phone with her, I knew she was the one! Extremely organized, friendly, and on top of her game. Her husband Frank and lead coordinator LaToya coordinated my wedding. They set up everything I asked PERFECTLY, addressed any and all problems that came up, and most of all made me feel at ease and comfortable that they knew what they were doing. Shanee' was beyond lovely and helpful in the weeks leading up to our wedding and of course on the day of! She made us feel calm and secure the entire time, because she is a PRO and knows what she is doing from start to finish! Thank goodness we had her - she brought up questions beforehand that we hadn't even though of ourselves. We knew we were in good hands, and her positive energy + knowledge made the ceremony and reception run stress free. She was such a bright light that helped carry us through our day and did an amazing job making sure the family and wedding party were comfortable with their roles as well. She, along with her wonderful husband, showed up and took right over with the setup of the decorations and table centerpieces, worked with our vendors, and just made sure everything kept rolling right along the entire day. We couldn't recommend using Your Day Your Way for your own wedding enough-- I was honestly sad to say goodbye to her at the end of the night! Thank you, Shanee'! You made our wedding extra special! -

TOP VALUE with a bright smile!
Shanee' is such an awesome wedding planner. Every review starts like this I'm sure, but read on—it's true. I hired her for partial planning services. From our first meeting, I was first and most impressed by her bright smile. That set such a comfortable tone for the rest of the evening. This was the first major appointment I had for anything related to my wedding, so I was nervous. But as Shanee' talked, her professionalism and genuine interest in my life spoke for her, and before our conversation even concluded I definitely felt that she was the right one for me.
She communicated frequently, sending several suggestions for different vendors every time I asked. The day of the wedding, she was ON. EVERYTHING. Even with all the hiccups that inevitably arise throughout the day, her quick thinking showed her capability to handle it all, and she continually made sure that my husband and I were enjoying ourselves and remembering that OUR day was about US. Her business is aptly named!
I know this profession is near and dear to her heart, and she continually puts her all in this. You really cannot go wrong with Shanee'. You definitely get top value for all her work, as your big day should!! -

Our Day was really done Our Way
Shanee’s team was phenomenal, but let me give you some more insight into this statement. I’m basically the “troll” in “Con-trol freak” (I’m also the corny joke king). Being the polar opposite of your standard nonchalant groom, Shanee and her team had to deal with my Kanye moments (pre-Trump era) during the planning stages of my wedding. I actually gave Shanee a 12-page, single spaced, SOP-like document outlining the finest details of where what must happen and when it should be...hopefully you get the picture. The team performed like seasoned veterans during a championship game. Shanee made sure that our day was really done our way. Her team was coordinated down to the finest details with each of our vendors, and made sure that our venue gave us our deposit back (which is every working bride and groom’s concern). Some people don’t really understand why you need a day-of-coordinator...until you realize why you should have had one. The number of details that Shanee and her team oversaw made every single penny worth it. Consider it the cost for a “peace of mind” on the most important day of your life. Thank you Shanee! Your team really helped us enjoy the most important day of our lives. -

Our friends raved about how much they loved having Your Day Your Way as their coordinators and we had a great time working with them since we were singing at our friends wedding and involved in the behind the scenes. We knew they were the perfect fit months later when our wedding came up! We couldn’t be happier with our special day and Shanee made it go so smoothly. I didn’t have a worry at all the whole day and they went above and beyond to even putting all our stuff in the getaway car and driving it up for us before we left. They were so fun, easy to work with and they love the Lord and understood the importance of what marriage is all about! If you’re getting married - Your Day Your Way is the perfect fit! ❤️

From our initial meeting with her until the very end, my husband and I were iimpressed by her organization, knowledge, kindness, and her ability provide us with calmness during the process. She was there for us every step of the way and answered every question we had (no matter how big or small).
Shanee treated and cared for my wedding day and the months, weeks, and days leading up to it, as if it were her own and that meant the world to me!
Shanee' and her team took care of everything the day of. My wedding day consisted of waking up, hanging out with my bridesmaids, laughing, drinking, laughing some more, getting dressed, and walking down the aisle. I didn't have to worry about anything except for having fun and enjoying my day.
Your Day Your Way made it possible for my husband and I to enjoy every moment of our wedding day and create some amazing memories with my friends and family. Your Day Your Way is that and so much more! They are AMAZING!! -

From the moment I reached out and until the very end, Shanee and her team was there every step of the way. Great communication, quick responses, endless resources, uplifting support, and best of all budget friendly!
They made my wedding planning so easy and effortless. All I had to do was wake up, get ready, and walk down the isle. Leaving everything in their hands they executed what I envisioned down to the T.
Shanee and her team took care of EVERYTHING.
Literally everything!
-provided and researched vendors that stayed in my budget
-stayed in contact with all my vendors once they were booked
-collaborated with my venue/reception personnel
-coordinated the wedding rehearsal
-coordinated the wedding schedule

Bianca Sent on 07/03/2018TRULY AMAZING!!! I am so glad I found them and hired them for my wedding! Shanne was a gem from start to finish. I had so many questions and concerns for my big day and anything I told her she knew how to calm me down and assure me everything will be okay. Although she did my initial meeting and setup her workers Worked my event and they were phenomenal!!! Amanda was such a sweetheart and kept me relaxed the whole time from planning to the very second of walking down the aisle. They all communicated with each other and worked so well that I give them full credit for making my day PERFECT! My main concern was not having my family or myself stress or worry on my wedding but Enjoy the party and the moment, and they made that happen. They took care of my husband and I PLUS all my family making sure they had everything they needed as well. Amanda, Tania and Frank conquered every little detail I asked and was on point with everything! Brides you won’t regret hiring them because I know now why ladies transform to Bridezillas and if you want to look beautiful on your pictures made sure you get a team to help make that happen. All my guest noticed how organized and beautiful everything came out to be. I cannot stress enough how thankful I am for this INCREDIBLE team!

From the day that I first spoke with her to the day of our magical wedding, she was right there to help coordinate, answer questions, prepare us for everything, set up, tear down, vendor coord, etc. I can’t brag enough on how well she was able to manage everything. Every time I thought there was so much to do, she appeared and reassured me that it was all handled. Our wedding was literally every girls dream...and it went to perfectly. My sister got married at a venue that required a day of coordinator and we were so blessed to find Your Day Your Way Coordinators! After this entire wedding experience, I've come to realize that it should be mandatory that every bride has someone else running the show behind the scenes, and Shanee' and her team are hands down the best of the best! My sister and her now husband didn't need to sweat any of the small stuff and had an incredibly beautiful wedding. To this day, we still have people ask about our wonderful coordinators, as they were both professional with their jobs while still being warm and inviting to all of our guests. HIRE THEM, YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

I spoke to so many coordinators and all of them left me feeling like they were just in it for the paycheck. Shanee' really listened to all our needs and I felt that she genuinely wanted to give us exactly what we wanted. Planning a wedding can be so stressful and Shanee' and her team killed every detail of our wedding. I would recommend her to anyone! Besides choosing my husband, Shanee' was definitely the second best choice I made.

Shanee and her team were absolutely the most professional, organized group that I have ever worked with. Our on-site coordinator could not get our Rehearsal together and was so mixed up in his instructions. Shanee stepped in and handled it like a boss, but with a smile! A great big smile! . She handled every detail and she and her team put up my decorations as I instructed, and everything came out beautifully! On the day of my wedding, she took the reins from beginning to end and kept me in the loop as I was waiting for my guests to arrive. She's proactive but not pushy, flexible and always anticipating what else is needed. She brought me drinks and made sure my night was stress-free and that I was having fun! It was great night, everything went smoothly. Shanee and her team also put away my decorations and packaged everything up in the bins for us to pick up the next day. I did not have to ask family members to do this for me which was a relief! I love the way Shanee handled the coordination and I absolutely would recommend her to anyone looking for an honest, professional, organized, detail-oriented and friendly, sweet person! Unfortunately, our experience with Your Day Your Way was far from what we expected. We had high hopes going into our wedding planning, but Laiken failed to deliver on several key aspects of the event.
Firstly, she did not manage any of the tasks we had discussed leading up to the wedding most of it was done by my mother, me, and my husband. One of the biggest disappointments was how the decorations were handled. She left them outside in the rain after we asked for them to be covered by the tents we purchased, which completely ruined several key pieces of the décor. This should have been one of the most basic responsibilities for a wedding planner, and it was clear that no care was taken to ensure things were handled properly. Regardless of the weather, as a wedding planner this is your job to ensure the day goes smoothly. We supplied everything necessary to combat the weather and understandably there are some things that are out of everyone's control in this situation but this was complete neglect on their part.
Even more concerning, when we needed Laiken the most on the wedding day, she disappeared multiple times without explanation. There were moments when she was nowhere to be found while crucial things were happening, and it ended up being our photographer who had to step in and coordinate much of what was supposed to be her job. This led to unnecessary stress, confusion, and delays, all while we were supposed to be enjoying our big day.
Overall, the lack of professionalism and the absence of support from Laiken on such an important day was incredibly frustrating. It's hard to understand how someone can be so detached and negligent, especially when this is their area of expertise. We would not recommend their services to anyone, as we simply did not get the help or attention we had paid for.
