    Fantastic wedding coordinators!

    Charlene was very helpful throughout our planning process and had regular meetings with us to help keep us on track. The day of our wedding, our coordinator Tia was fantastic and so on top of everything! We didn’t have to worry about the timeline at all, everything ran smoothly and we could just enjoy our wedding. She was also able to make some adjustments to the timeline on the fly without any issue at all. We would definitely recommend Your Day Your Way!

    Absolutely delighted with the services provided by Charlene! From the initial planning stages right through to the big day itself, everything went off without a hitch, thanks to her meticulous attention to detail and sweet demeanor.

    Charlene was an absolute dream to work with. She took the time to really understand our vision for the day and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect was executed flawlessly. Her organizational skills were truly impressive, and it was clear that she had everything under control from start to finish. We can't recommend her enough!

    Helpful and stress reducing!

    We needed someone who could set up our decorations and chairs for our Thursday wedding. Charlene quickly responded to my email and we set up a time to talk over the phone about the details of the wedding. After discussing what needed to be done and how everything should be organized (either through phone or email). She suggested a few changes and I'm glad she did because once the wedding day came everything looked perfect! Charlene and another member from her team arrived early to the venue, ready to start setting up. After Charlene was given the instructions on where the decorations were. The two of them efficiently started working and finished everything in a timely manner. She was wonderful to work with and she has a great team that can assist you with anything you may need help with on your wedding day! If I recommend anyone, I HIGHLY recommend Charlene and her team!

    Stress Reducing!

    I used Your Day Your Way as a day-of coordinator. Charlene was quick to respond, thought of everything I needed to have ready ahead of time, and made any necessary changes. Tia was so sweet to work with day-of. She helped to keep the bridal party calm and things moving. Despite some hiccups she made sure things continued to happen and everyone had a great time!

    Very professional!

    Charlene & Tia did a wonderful job with our wedding. Our previous wedding planner left us in a lurch with 2 months to go to our wedding, and Charlene helped us big time by giving us a check list to go through and then managing the month of coordination for us. It was a huge help and relief! Highly recommended!

    Above and Beyond

    We hired Charlene as a day-of planner. Throughout the 1+ year we worked with Charlene and her team, we consistently found that she went above and beyond our expectations. She provided so much useful advice to us every time we frantically sent her an email about one of our concerns (and we had a lot of concerns!). She helped us think about so many aspects of the wedding that we never would have thought of. She helped us nail down the timeline down to the minute which helped us feel at ease on the day. On the day of, we had both Tia and Shantel on site. Everything went about as smooth as I could have hoped for and they really ran the show and made everything very easy for us. We would absolutely recommend Your Day Your Way!

    Efficient, professional expert and lovely human being and team

    Charlene Gallagher is not only a lovely human being, she is also capable, efficient, and thorough. This is exactly what I was looking for in my wedding planner. She took my idea of my dream wedding and made it a reality within 6 months at my dream venue- the BMA. Her style is simple and to the point-- no gimicks, no BS. From our first meeting she got into the nuts and bolts of my wedding day. I ended-up hiring her not only to plan my wedding day, but to plan all the events of my wedding weekend. Charlene's experience in the wedding planning business, as well as her relationships with vendors in Baltimore, made the entire planning process easy. My husband and I are full-time working surgeons with no availability or flexibility in our OR and call schedules. Charlene knew this up-front and worked around our schedules, coordinated meetings with vendors on our behalf, and kept our wedding planning on track. Her detailed timeline for the weekend was pristine, and everything proceeded with the accuracy of a Swiss train. I am forever grateful to Charlene and her team (yes, I see you Shantel!) for helping me coordinate the wedding of my dreams to my husband, in front of our friends and family. Thanks will never be enough.

    Amazing team work!

    Charlene and her team, Tia and Shantel were so amazing for day-of coordination. They were on top of things during the planning stages and had a quick solution to every inevitable hiccup.     I HIGHLY recommend Charlene and her team

    Charlene came to my rescue when my previous coordinator dipped on me and took my money about a month prior to our date. I had asked for referrals from a vendor, and he suggested Charlene, and she quickly requested a consultation. As soon as we hired her, she jumped into action asking for all my contracts and information I had since I already did most of the things. Charlene was prompt with responding to my emails and asked all the right questions. Charlene did more for me within that month than my other coordinator ever did in the last 2 years. Charlene was kind and direct, and gave many suggestions to elevate my ideas which was very helpful!

    Day of our wedding, I couldn’t have asked for a better turnout. I had an idea of everything I wanted, but gave her and assistants freedom to change anything they saw fit. Charlene, and her assistants Megan and Rene brought all my ideas to life better than I imagined! I was very happy with their service and their friendly/positive vibes. They were very quick with timings and helped me with everything, that I didn’t have to worry about a thing! I wish I had hired Charlene from the beginning, but things happen for a reason! I would HIGHLY recommend Charlene and her team to anyone looking for her services!!

    The perfect wedding planner for your wedding

    Charlene from Your Day Your Way was the BEST planner we could have asked for! She was so responsive, organized, and always found ways to bring your visions to life. I became engaged in February 2020- just the start of the COVID uncertainties. Charlene had helped us from pretty much day one. She gave us so many wonderful recommendations for reception venues. At the time, many venues were closed due to Covid, so it was challenging to choose one without ever having visited. This did not stop Charlene. She met me one day to give me an outdoor tour of the venue I had my eye on...this made all the difference! Because of her willingness to give me an outdoor tour, I was able to pick the most beautiful venue for our reception! Charlene is well experienced in the business and has many connections to other local vendors. This was tremendously HELPFUL especially when it came to our caterers! Zeffert and Gold had the BEST food - all of our guests still talk about it! This wouldn't have been possible without Charlene's guidance. Seriously, she is so organized and will have ever detail noted. My wedding day ran so smoothly and perfectly because of her attention to detail and her helpful staff members, Chuck and Tia! Her husband, Chuck was in charge of the Mirror photo booth that they own! It was such a fun touch to our special day! Many vendors can try to sway you in a certain direction, but Charlene always reminded me and the other vendors this is my day, and I will have it my way! She is true to her name! I couldn't recommend Charlene and her team more

    Flawless planning and coordination!

    Charlene and her team (Tia and Rebbie) were absolutely fabulous! We hired them almost a year ago for partial planning and day of coordination. Charlene met with us several times to really understand what we were looking for. We had always planned to have an intimate wedding, but due to COVID had to cut even more - down to 25 guests. Throughout all the changes and different directives, Charlene and her team were prompt to respond to all emails (so so many!!), answer any questions, and most importantly for me, coordinate timelines with all the other vendors. Everything went on so smoothly and all the guests were talking about how perfect it was. Thanks so much!!

    We chose Charlene for our "month of" coordination, and although we unfortunately had to postpone our wedding due to Covid-19, we have been so grateful to have Charlene's help along the way. She is extremely responsive, organized, and thoughtful - she's happy to give advice or recommendations, but is extremely focused on what you want and how she can help support you/ make your day a success. She was very accommodating and helpful during the postponing process - can't wait to work with her on our wedding day!

    Your Day Your Way actually listens to what you want and does everything to make it happen or will give good options. Even through what turned out to be a Covid wedding. Attitude always pleasant. I lot of stress was taken right off our plate.

    Memorable intimate moment!!!

    Wow! Where should I begin. Our wedding day was very intimate and special. The most beautiful and perfect day! Thank you so much Charlene for Officiating our intimate ceremony, providing the space, treating my family like you would your own and the amazing decorations to top it off! I had a beautiful aisle to walk down created from hooks of hanging gold potted flowers, and leading into the gazebo (where we said our I Dos) was rose pedals on the ground. The cake table alone was a masterpiece. It was such a beautiful day God blessed us with and to have you available to provide intimate wedding ceremonies at this crazy time is favor! Your Day, Your Way are great people filled with peace and love!

    Your Day, Your Way (Charlene) is helping with planning and coordinating our October wedding of 100 guest. With the pandemic and things being so uncertain, my now husband, Keshawn and I decided we were ready to tie the knot. Although, we still plan on having our October wedding if the law permits, Charlene was not allowing us to have a courthouse ceremony. Charlene and her husband Chuck opened the doors of their home for Keshawn & I, plus 10 family members. They have a beautiful backyard with a screened-in gazebo, fenced in yard and beautiful flowers. Charlene planned this day from beginning to end staying in close contact and adding things that were special and important for us. If an intimate wedding is what you're looking for and you'd like it to be a lot nicer than the courthouse's in and out ceremony you've found the right place and people to execute.

    precision, organized, caring, and good spirited

    Mrs. Charlene was heaven sent. What made me hire Mrs. Charlene was the fact that she gave advice to me before I even hired her. To me that showed someone that had a good spirit about her. My husband and I wanted someone that understood our vision and that we could trust to get things done on our wedding day. Although I hired Mrs. Charlene as a day of coordinator, she stayed in contact with me. I felt like she was there for me every step of the way. Not once did Mrs. Charlene try to push her opinion on me, she was only concerned with what my vision was and how she could make that happen. Her communication is top notch! Which is very important when planning a wedding. I love the way she and her staff worked throughout the wedding. Mrs. Charlene goes above and beyond for her clients.     Definitely your day

    Hiring Charlene was the best decision I made for my wedding. She made sure that all of my vendors were where they need to be and our timeline on schedule. She's super organized and makes sure that the event stays about you. By the end of the evening I didn't have to worry about anything because clean up and packing up was already underway and taken care of.

    Charlene is the absolute dream!

    I am so glad we made the decision to go with Charlene for our day-of-coordination. We booked Gramercy Mansion as our venue and were originally over capacity on the space. Logistically, there was a lot involved to make everything come together. Charlene handled all of our vendors with ease. Her communication was great and on the day of she juggled many issues and headaches that I did not learn of until weeks after. We had everything from an unexpected torrential downpour in the middle of dinner to a vendor having an emotional breakdown and somehow she kept the entire thing going smoothly. I am forever in debt to how well she handled all of our hiccups. If you are looking for a great coordinator who has been in the business and know her stuff... book Charlene!

    Charlene is amazing !

    We are so happy we found Charlene! She made our wedding day and planning so stress free and easy! We hired her as our day of coordinator but she did so much more than that! She helped us with any questions along the way. I truly don’t know what we would have done without her. Our venue and other vendors said she was fantastic and kept everything running smoothly. Her assistant Tia was just the sweetest person I’ve ever met. We hope to keep in touch with each of them !

    Absolutely Phenomenal

    Charlene was absolutely fantastic. We brought her in as the "month-of" coordinator, but she worked with us well before a month out from our wedding. From day 1, she was very adamant about making sure our day was exactly the way that we wanted it to be, and it was. I couldn't have been happier with the selection my Mother and Wife made in choosing Charlene. She really was the MVP of the process. She went to bat for us with some difficult vendors, she made sure everything was properly coordinated, she put in countless hours for us, and responded to every request at all different times of day and night. There was no question that her hard work paid off. We threw everything but the kitchen sink at her and she handled it all in such an organized, professional, and respectful fashion. I was honestly shocked at the level of customer service that we received because I just hadn't seen someone work so hard for us ever before. Throughout the planning process, any time I would hear someone say "Charlene will handle it", I knew it would not only be handled, but executed to perfection. If you're looking for someone experienced, knowledgeable, professional, honest, and kind hearted, look no further because Charlene is the ONLY choice.     Best decision ever

    We hired Charlene as our day of coordinator and she went above and beyond. I was skeptical about hiring a coordinator because I thought I could do it all myself but she was so detailed and organized, she noticed little things that I would have never caught. She was always on top of reaching out to my vendors, reading contracts, and making sure everything ran so smoothly. I did not feel an ounce of stress the day or my wedding because of her. I will be Sending all my friends and family her way for any wedding planning they need in the future

    Fantastic Day-Of Coordination Services

    Charlene was recommended to me as a Day-Of Coordinator and we were so pleased with her services! She met with me several times leading up to the wedding to make sure she captured everything, did a walkthrough with my caterer at the venue, and conducted our rehearsal with ease (which is not easy to do with a large wedding party and lots of family members present). On our wedding day her team handled everything - the setup, timeline execution, breakdown, etc. - which made our day stress free and we could focus on each other and our family and friends. Affordable, trustworthy, and great to work with - I highly recommend Charlene and her wedding coordination services!

    We used Charlene for our destination wedding at a Renaissance Festival. She met with us over the phone and helped coordinate a unique wedding from a distance; the different elements (including a joust and visit from the Queen) did not give her any issues. She was very professional and worked with the Festival to make sure a schedule was set and followed. Everything went beautifully, and she helped us make sure we had all of the little details covered. The Wedding would not have been what is was if not for Charlene and her support staff.

    Charlene and her day of coordinator Jilly were fantastic to work with. I could have not planned my wedding without them. I hired them last minute and she helped me create a timeline of what needed to be done and gave me a full list of vendors that were available. She was always very organized and asked the questions to the vendors that I would forget to mention. She answers all of our emails promptly and was always more than willing to go the extra mile to help! My mind would have been everywhere the day of the wedding without her. I was able to relax and enjoy the entire day from start to finish with my bridal party. Her pricing is very affordable which is a huge plus as well!

    We hired Charlene at Your Day Your Way as our "day of" coordinator after reading reviews and talking with several coordinators on the phone. We felt immediately that she was the right fir for us. We were not disappointed. From the initial phone call to the end of the ceremony, she was professional, on top of everything, had thought through all the details, and made us feel comfortable. We were stressing out over a lot of details but she never seemed to worry and took care of everything. We were planning a wedding in Baltimore (from New York) in a venue in which had never worked, and she made it all seem easy. She is very detail oriented and handled everything beautifully. We HIGHLY recommend her for not just day of coordination, but for anything--she clearly knows what she is doing (and more importantly, she seems to enjoy what she does!) We should have hired her earlier to do more than just day of planning! Working with Charlene and her team was incredible and our wedding never would have happened without her!     Charlene did an amazing job coordinating my daughter's wedding! From the very beginning she was helpful in guiding us regarding vendors, the timeline and we had several meetings along the way to make sure we were on track! On the day of when a rain plan had to be enacted and many things changed at the last minute, she handled it very well! The value for her services cannot be beat!

    Charlene and her team were awesome! I hired them on as my day-of coordinator so I wouldn't have to worry about a thing and they lived up! They managed every detail about my day so I could relax and enjoy. Charlene is so sweet, attentive to detail and available whenever I needed to get in touch with her. No guests had any complaints!

    Charlene was fantastic, she was with us for all the final meetings, got all of our vendors coordinated and really helped our wedding day achieve and exceed far past our expectations. We will always have fond memories of our wedding and Charlene is a huge part of them.

    I can't enough good things about Char and her superb wedding planning skills ! She made our day so stress free and smooth, my favorite thing was our timeline which was down to the minute in detail ! I thought to myself at least 5 times on my wedding day "what would I have done without her ?!" She truly is amazing, Not to mention, my husband and I just had a blast with her ! We frequently talk about how fun and efficient she was and how our day wouldn't have went so smoothly if it wasn't for her !!

    My husband hired Charlene as our wedding coordinator from the start as a gift to me...in the end Charlene and her husband were a gift to us, as friends. We truly would have been lost and without fulfillment of our wedding dreams without Charlene and her team. My husband and I work full-time and are hardly home during the week/ends due to many commitments and interests. We simply couldn't have come close to the wedding we had and loved if we had been on our own. Our wedding was truly wonderful, and the best part was that we honestly got to live the day out in slow motion, savor the moments, reflect, enjoy those around us, and most importantly focus on each other.

    While the wedding itself was grand, leading up to it was also adventurous and exciting -- not difficult and painful -- because of Charlene's desire to help us craft our wedding desires into reality with her organization, planning, attention to detail, and genuine care for her bride and groom. Charlene and her husband are a fantastic team and will get you from an idea, to a process, to the finish line and make sure you're pleased along the way. My husband and I couldn't be more settled in our hearts that we made the right decision from the beginning that truly made all the difference in our hearts at the end.     We worked with Charlene as our day-of coordinator for our August wedding at the Four Seasons in Baltimore. I was on the fence about booking a day-of coordinator, but could not be happier with my choice to work with Charlene. She made the process incredibly stress-free and smooth. She ran the rehearsal on the night before our wedding so that everyone knew how the next day would go. On the day of the wedding, I had many decorations that needed to be placed - Charlene and her team did an amazing job placing everything. It was so wonderful when we joined the cocktail hour and reception after our ceremony to see all of the details that I had been planning come to fruition. I didn't have to make any decisions on the wedding day, she handled everything beautifully - told the bridal party where to be when, when to walk down the aisle, told my husband and I when we needed to be somewhere, found my bouquet and brought it to our sweetheart table, etc....it was a dream to be able to enjoy our special day knowing that Charlene was on top of everything else! I highly recommend working with Charlene and Your Day Your Way - they are a stellar team!

    We used Char as our day of coordinator. Char, is very professional and completely invested in your day. She works around your schedule to make sure you have a chance to fully go through the details and have the schedule just right. On the day of it was so nice not to have to worry about any missteps.     Charlene was worth every penny! I was initially skeptical about hiring a day of coordinator because we were trying to keep costs down for our wedding. I thought that I, as the bride, could handle all the details myself. My now husband convinced me to hire a day of coordinator so that I could be relaxed and enjoy our day and I am so glad he did! We had several meetings with Charlene prior to the wedding and she helped us work out details that we hadn't even considered. On our big day our vision was fully realized and everything went absolutely perfectly thanks to Charlene! She's the best and I can't recommend her enough!

    If you don’t use a wedding planner, I’d highly recommend a day-of-coordinator—more specifically, Charlene, and her assistant Chuck. My husband and I knew we wanted to do the bulk of the planning, and thought we could make it to the finish line alone, but once we made it about 5 months out, the deadlines, to-do lists, etc. became way too much for us, and that’s when we found Charlene. I called Charlene when I found her on Wedding Wire, and even before I signed a contract, she was giving me suggestions about our timeline that I immediately implemented and was extremely glad that I did. Obviously, we signed, and that’s when our lives became so much happier and less stressful. Charlene and Chuck took so many burdens off our plates, including being the mediator among all of our vendors; providing us the line-up for the processional and recessional to use during our rehearsal; giving us tons of suggestions, like games we should incorporate during the reception; doing all of the set-up on the day of, and refusing to let us help at all; resolving any and all issues that arose during the day, including remedying an issue we had regarding being extremely short on tables/chairs, and flawlessly adjusting our timeline after we started the ceremony nearly an hour late; taking care to make sure all cards/gifts made it into our car before she left; getting us drinks and appetizers while our starving stomachs were busy with family photos; and so much more. One thing that we will always value is the surprises we found on my husband’s phone about 3 weeks after our wedding—Chuck cleverly decided to take ownership of his phone at the beginning of the day and secretly not only took pictures during our processional, but also recorded our vows. Charlene and Chuck were so friendly, accommodating, full of recommendations, great problem-solvers, and ultimately, one of the best decisions you could make about your special day. We’d recommend Charlene and Chuck without any reservations!

    Char and her team were incredible! As a detail-oriented analytical person, I had a difficult time deciding to use a day of coordinator. As the father of the bride, the decision ultimately made my day and allowed me to thoroughly relax and enjoy my daughter's big day. Char and her team went well above my expectations -- meeting with us several times. She helped identify vendors, ensured the vendors were on time and on track, coordinated an excellent timeline that went off went out a hitch, and set up the venue to perfection (and we had a lot of items for set-up). For my daughter, Char listened. It was "Her day, Her way." I highly recommend Char and her team.

    The number one piece of advice I got when planning our wedding was to hire a day-of coordinator - I am so glad I did, and it's the advice I'd pass on to other couples as they plan. Charlene was even willing to work with us to help us stay within our budget (although we eventually increased what we were willing to spend in this area and went with a fuller-service package - yes, it is that important). She and her assistants met with us multiple times before the wedding, created a timeline of all the events and traditions we wanted, set everything up for the ceremony and reception, checked in with our vendors and ensured they had the timeline, details, and contact info for the day-of and broke everything down after the event. I didn't worry about a thing, even though a couple of our other vendors ran behind schedule, I never had to hear about it - just enjoyed my time with my family and friends and had the time of my life! Do yourself a favor and give Your Day Your Way a call before you get too far into your planning process. You'll be glad you did!

    After my wedding, one of my friends remarked that I seemed so calm on the day of, not worrying about who was doing what and if certain people were doing what they needed to. The first thought after hearing this was that it was thanks to Charlene, from Your Day, Your Way! Not that I didn't already know how much she had helped our wedding go smoothly, but I didn't realize how many other people noticed too. As soon as I spoke to Charlene for the first time on the phone I knew that she knew her stuff. She asked me great questions, some that I didn't even know to think of, which just made me feel even more confident that having a day of coordinator was the right thing to do. I had so much fun at my wedding and much of that was thanks to Charlene. She and her assistant worked so hard and really allowed a weight to be lifted off of my shoulders. Not only my shoulders but my families and friends as well. She is warm and connected to the planning process and I highly recommend her.

    We had the pleasure of working with Charlene Gallagher for wedding planning services and it was truly an invaluable experience!! My husband and I decided to get married at his parents' property in the Long Green Valley area in MD; a private venue – hence we had to do everything. We expected 120 guests and the event was a combination of an indoor/outdoor occasion. Originally, one of the areas we planned to budget/cut was a wedding coordinator - despite the abundant advice I received from family and friends to the contrary. In my final meeting with my florist she echoed the many sentiments of others to have a day-of coordinator to help assist us, given that our event was at a private venue. She pulled Charlene's card and strongly urged us to consider.
    My hopes were low, as we were only 3 weeks out from the wedding date, but I reached out to Charlene. With a huge stroke of luck, Charlene had our date open (it was the only Saturday of the month she was not taking an event; however, given her kind and considerate nature, she did for us!). Reconsidering was one of the best decisions we ever made!! Looking back - I truly do not know how we would have been able to achieve the beauty, elegance, and organized nature of our wedding without Charlene and her team.
    Charlene is professional, incredibly organized, attentive, and truly all about her bride and groom!! She is thoughtful, considerate, and helps the couple feel so very much at ease. Charlene considered details that had not even crossed my mind and she saw it to that every important detail was nailed down. She amazed me with her ability to join us so easily, even though the plans were already very much underway. She hit the ground running and did not stop!! Her goal was to create our vision perfectly and do so in a way that kept us very much at ease and stress-free - a service that is worth a line in the budget!! I highly recommend Your Day Your Way if you are considering a wedding planning service!

    I had Kelsey for day of coordination and she was great. There were a lot of curve balls thrown at her last minute and she handled everything really well. She even took some artistic freedom with the decorations for the reception and everything looked great! She joined on a few calls prior to the wedding with vendors and asked all the questions i wouldn't think to ask.

    Charlene and Andrea from Your Day Your Way are fantastic! We had our wedding at a non-traditional venue and needed some extra help to make sure the day went smoothly. Hiring Charlene and Andrea for our day-of coordination was absolutely the best decision we made for the wedding. Andrea was extremely helpful throughout the planning process. As with every wedding, we had a few "surprises" here and there, but Andrea and her assistants took care of all of it so that I could sit back and enjoy the day. I would highly recommend this company!

When the venue did not set up the tables, she handled the situation and took charge.     We had most of the planning done before we realized that it was crucial for us to have help with the day-of coordination. When I first met Charlene of Your Day Your Way, I could instantly see how passionate she was about helping couples plan their weddings. I could also tell that she had the take-charge attitude to deal with the various vendors and to make our wedding day perfect.

    I was able to meet with Charlene several times before the wedding and she was always available by email or phone if I had any questions or information to provide to her. In the days leading up to the wedding, Charlene confirmed all of our vendors (dance floor, cake, DJ, photographers, etc.), finalized our timeline (from getting ready through the end of the reception), and kept me calm.

    Our wedding day was perfect! That does not mean that there were bumps throughout the day. We had issues with flowers, the bar set up and the cake table being bumped so hard that the groom cake topper fell off the cake. Perhaps there were even more issues, but we didn’t know about them. Fortunately, any bumps along the way were handled expertly by Charlene and her assistant, Katie, so that my husband I could continue to enjoy our evening.

    I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed working with Charlene and Katie. Their professionalism, expertise, organizational skills and passion for what they do played a large part in making our day the happiest day of our new life together. Thank you Charlene, Katie and the entire Your Day Your Way team!!

    I came to Your Day Your Way just 3 weeks from my wedding date. At this point, I was very overwhelmed with planning my wedding in only 2 months and just losing my mom to cancer. Charlene went the extra mile to see that I had a planner for my wedding.
    My wedding was absolutely beautiful, more than I ever thought it could be! Kelsey was completely AWESOME!!! I know for a fact, I couldn’t have gotten through that day without having her. She took care of everything. I didn’t have to worry about a thing other than enjoying my day.     Charlene helped me plan my wedding through a 2 and a half year engagement. And because my husband was stationed overseas, she was my go-to for opinions on almost everything! I had absolutely no clue what I wanted, and Charlene was able to help me plan the wedding of my dreams. She has great vendor contacts and is VERY organized with payments and deadlines.

    Since Charlene had done my daughter's wedding, when my son became engaged, I immediately knew I wanted her help with his wedding. My daughter-in-law was so impressed with Charlene. She assisted with all the vendors; the hotel, the flowers, photographer, dj, even with the menu. I would ask about things as they popped into my head, and was always told it had been taken care of. Such a relief to not have to worry when you want to concentrate on your kids. I would highly recommend Charlene and her staff. Not only was she our wedding planner, she is now our friend.

    Charlene was reccommended to me from my sister in law who used her for day of coordination. Charlene planned my entire wedding with me. For the past year and half we have been going on venue visits, lunches, etc. She handled my budget and suggested vendors based on what type of wedding my husband and I wanted. She completely got us and I have to say that she could not have delivered a more perfect wedding. She handled vendor conformations, dealt with questions, and made sure I was on track through out the year as the wedding approached. She knew what questions to ask at vendors that I would never have thought of. I found my florist, DJ, photographer, and beauty team from her suggestions. The day of she was there and everything went exaclty according to schedule. The day was so smooth people kept commenting they felt like something just had to go wrong; but not with Charlene. The wedding was gorgeous and the most fun day of my life. I got compliments on compliments that this was the best wedding people had ever been to. I am so happy we used Charlene because she is absolutely amazing!

    Your Day Your Way did a fantastic job for our wedding. I can't thank Charlene enough for all the effort, the great management, being on top of everything and so flexible. Our wedding was fabulous and it would not have been if it wasn't for her awesome planning. She was there for me every time I had a question and did everything I asked for. We had an Iranian- American wedding and we had to put all of the pieces together to make it so customized and unique. Charlene and her crew were so organized and took a note of everything and the day of wedding everything was done based on the schedule and timeline she put togwther. I can't describe how much I appreciate what she did for us! I would definitely recommend her and she is a must if you want to have an organized and with no stress wedding. She is the greatest to work with and the moment I saw her I knew she was capable of making our wedding the best. People had a great time and many of them told us that our wedding was the best they went to and this would have been the case if it wasn't for Charlene. Your day your way rocks and it is MUST for any type of wedding. I really recommend Charelen and her product is the best.

    Charlene was amazing! She thought of all the little things that only an experienced wedding planner would know. I only needed wedding day coordinating but Charlene went way beyond that to make sure we had everything planned out and prepped! She contacted my vendors and kept them on time and on task. On the day of my wedding my family and I didn't have to worry about a thing! Charlene had it covered! She was very professional and organized. Charlene and her assistant Andrea were absolutely wonderful and so professional; they made sure that everything flowed smoothly for our special day!     We simply can NOT overstate how crucial Charlene was to our happy day, and how wonderful she was as a partner and colleague. She was organized, warm, resourceful, creative, loyal, reliable and unflappable. We had an outdoor wedding and a reception under a tent in our back yard, and four hours before the wedding there was a torrential, hurricane-like deluge that hit unexpectedly. With Charlene's help, the wedding was as perfect as it could possibly have been, even on a sunny day! She was easy to work with, never pushy or insistent: she allowed our daughter to have exactly the wedding she wanted, and just made it easier and more stress-free for all of us. She thought of a million details we would have missed! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is not eloping! She was a wonderful partner on one of the happiest days for our family ever!

    Let Your Day, Your Way worry about the details of your wedding so that you can enjoy your wedding day. Your Day, Your Way helped my mother, my husband and I (“us/we”) achieve the perfect wedding day which allowed us to enjoy the event we had planned for nearly a year. As our wedding day coordinator, Charlene and her staff provided the knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm to help the event run smoothly. Her wedding day timeline and her suggestions helped us to maximize our budget, and to maximize the time we spent with our guests.

    We worked with Charlene before, during and after the event. We held the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception on 6/18/2011 from 11am – 3pm at Hotel Monaco, Baltimore for approximately 80 guests. We also took all of our photos at the Hotel. There was another wedding later that day, so it was vital that the event started and ended on time.

    Prior to my wedding date, Charlene met with me several times. She asked me probing questions to determine my vision for the wedding, and she asked how she could help me achieve that vision. She worked with us extensively for several months to create a detailed wedding day timeline that helped every person know the exact timing of the day’s events. Also, Charlene made recommendations that allowed us to maximize our time and budget. She gently suggested we skip the receiving line and greet guests during the cocktail hour. Instead of renting linen overlays for every table, we rented napkins and linen overlays for the cake and gift tables. Charlene used her extensive vendor contacts to get us the best quality at the best price.

    During the wedding, Charlene and her staff ensured the wedding started and ended on time, and they solved problems as they arose. Charlene worked with the photographer to coordinate the pre-nuptial pictures, ensured every guest was available for group photos, and she gathered the bridal party together to ensure a timely start to the ceremony. Her assistant, Corrine, distributed corsages, boutonnieres, programs, and she sprang into action when my husband's bow tie was too small; thus the silver buckles showed. Without missing a beat, Corrine artfully folded white tissue paper in such a way that it covered the buckle and the tissue disappeared into the tuxedo.

    After the wedding, Charlene collected all of the gifts, cards and centerpieces and brought them to my mother's room. As an added help, she ensured that all of the items that needed to be returned to the vendor were returned. She even offered to deliver our left over cake to a local shelter.

    We enjoyed working with Charlene and her staff, and we happily recommend her services.

    I contacted Charli at the last minute, it was the time when I couldn't figure out what to do with the timeline on my wedding day and I decided to get an extra pair of hands to help me pull things through. I did most of the planning and most of my vision were already laid out but I needed someone who could understand my vision of a perfect wedding and help me execute on the day itself since I know I will be busy freaking out on somethingelse.

    I had a very small wedding but I have a lot of details to take care of especially on the reception. I basically passed the buck out to Charli to handle setting up my reception and ceremony space. She took over following up my vendors and made sure everything went on as I planned. She tied all the loose ends and other details I overlooked. I was really lucky to have met Charli and her assistant Cheryl. Our wedding day wouldn't be perfect without their help. Every single detail done to spec and I am a very detail-oriented person.     Charlene Libertini was informative, providing guidance and support throughout the planning process. On an ongoing basis she made alternatives suggestions. Under her guidance the wedding was seamless. As the Mother of the Bride, I was thrilled at the outcomes and would provide recommendations to future brides. I did not know the full service of the Wedding Planner. We used Your Day Your Way for the Wedding Day, but should have contracted for full services. Her professionalism, and time on task allowed our wedding party to stay on task and as a result we have received accolades for having a great wedding which was made possible by the services rendered by Charlene Libertini.     We had a rather large wedding.     Charlene Libertini of Your Day Your Way helped my husband and I organize, plan, and have the most wonderful wedding! After our initial meeting with Charlene, we knew that she was perfect for us! She was extremely knowledgable and organized, took the time to get to know us, and genuinely cared about making sure our day turned out just as we wanted it! We hired Charlene for "day of coordination" and she really gave us much more than we could have asked for. Charlene met with us every other month so that we could go over details and make sure we were completing all tasks! Anytime we had questions or concerns between our meetings, we were able to call or email Charlene. She was always quick and responsive. Charlene also recommended reliable and quality vendors to us, of which we used several of them!
    Charlene and her assistant, Cheryl attended our rehearsal the night before. She was prepared and kept everyone organized.
    On our wedding day, Charlene was with me from start to finish! She arrived several hours early, equipped with everything and anything a bride or bridesmaid may need in a pinch! She was always right there to help me and my girls out as soon as anything came up. Charlene's experience and expertise were quite evident! She helped me feel relaxed and as unworried as I could be before the ceremony. Cheryl met with my husband and the groomsmen prior to the ceremony and helped take care of any details with him. I really felt confident between Charlene and Cheryl that everything would be taken care of.
    Charlene's attention to detail and really knowing what was important to my husband and I kept our day flowing seamlessly. She made sure that everyone was where they needed to be at the right time and all our events took place as we wanted them to happen.
    I can not imagine planning my wedding without Charlene. She is such a professional, yet I always felt like she was a friend as well! I would highly recommend Charlene and her company, Your Day Your Way to any bride getting ready to plan her wedding. You will be great hands! I guarantee it!

    Charlene was excellent to work with. She met with my daughter several times and always was on top on every aspect of the wedding. Her recommendations for other vendors as hair stylist and make-up artist was exactly what we needed.

    On the day of the wedding Charlene had the whole evening flowing perfectly and on time. We had to change our venue from an outside wedding to indoor due to rain and she was on top of everything.     Just having our wedding coordinator review our contracts was worth the money. She found two discrepancies which could have been embarrassing and expensive.

    She did a very good job coordinating the rehearsal (herding cats), but having her there the day of the wedding was priceless. As mother-of-the-bride, I could relax and let her take care of the details.

    I love Charlene and her team. I used her services for partial planning and they were great! Char is very well connected in the wedding industry and knows a lot people. I booked a couple vendors myself and I was scared that they would not show up. I did not worry about Char's vendor. I had faith in her relationships with them, plus ALL of her vendors were very talents and reasonably prices.
    Char is very flexible with the planning. I had so many ideas and changes and she was okay with all of them.

    Charlene was WONDERFUL and choosing her to be our day-of-coordinator was certainly one of our best decisions (out of a gazillion) in the planning process. My husband and I both being mixed babies chose to have a dual-ceremony wedding (both in one day), which we knew would be a challenge - for ALL involved :) The ladies started getting ready around 10AM and the night ended around 11:30PM. Without Charlene and her assistant Corrinne, the day would have been an absolute zoo.

    My husband and I were amazed at how much time Charlene spent with us the months coming up to the wedding. It was SO helpful to have monthly meetings with her because it kept us on schedule with what we had to get done (in not a whole lot of time). While we thought we had "thought of everything", Charlene was there to bring up questions on things that hadn't even crossed our minds and would remind us of what high priority tasks/decisions needed to get accomplilshed by our next meeting (gotta love action items!)

    Charlene offered many good recommendations for various vendors, which helped us find our most delicious cake (SugarBakers) and our great caterer. She was just phenomenal at reviewing our contracts and reaching out to each and every one of our vendors the week-of the wedding - so great!! When husband and I had a hard time making a decision or coming up with an idea, Charlene was there to offer an objective 3rd-party view and that was always appreciated. Having two ceremonies in one day meant a lot of detail... (think two programs, two dresses, two suits, two sets of vows, two priests, you get the point...) and Charlene handled it just swimmingly.

    It was very clear how passionate Charlene is about weddings, people, and really...making our day, our way! She was consistently timely, professional, friendly, thoughtful, caring, and not pushy or rude what-so-ever. She listened to what we wanted, and on the day of, she made it happen. It was simply beautiful to experience it all and watch the day unfold, one past-decision at a time :)

    The day was hot, the guests wanted to watch the world cup, and yet Charlene was able to "herd" everyone where they needed to be, when they needed to be. On the day-of, I really only needed to worry about my own un-preparedness...like printing vows :) Otherwise, I didn't even think about what was happening elsewhere, I had full faith that Charlene had everything under control (and I have control issues!) and she certainly did.

    We are forever grateful we found Charlene and had the opportunity to work so closely with her in planning our wedding and making our dream come true. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

    Charlene was great, incredibly organized and very responsive to email. She has tons of experience and I was totally comfortable with her managing vendors and organizing set-up and break down. My only critique is that she was all business and sometimes she came off a bit cold. It wasn't ever an issue though and I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

    Charlene was great for our wedding on 10/20/2017! We used her services to decorate our venue and she did everything within 3 hours which was fantastic. She placed the linens, centerpieces, glasses, runner, etc. on the tables. She also set up our ceremony decorations. You cannot beat the price for peace of mind that everything will be set up and done correctly. She was so helpful and I would recommend her to anyone in the area looking for a decorator.

    Charlene Libertini was a pleasure to work with. I had hired Charlene because I was worried that the wedding venue would not be providing help with the wedding ceremony for the rehearsal and the day of. As we got close to the wedding, that was actually not the case. So Charlene and her assistants helped out with the little odds and ends. I utilized their services for the day of the wedding. But leading up to it, we emailed each other back and forth and met in person twice. I didn't have to worry about anything the day of, because there were so many hands helping me!

    Charlene and I communicated via email mainly, which was great and convenient for me when I was at work. She was very fast and answered all my questions. She gave a lot of good advice and her point of view with weddings was very helpful from the ceremony line up to if we should do a receiving line. She was a breath of fresh air to ask all these wedding questions to because what Maid of Honor or family member wants to be bombarded with those questions!

    I would highly recommend Charlene to anyone that needs a wedding coordinator.

    Working with Charlene was wonderful! My husband and I hired her to be our day of planner four wedding, but she went above and beyond just our day of planner. She coordinated with our vendors directly, was full of great ideas to incorporate into our day, and was incredibly organized making our day to go off without a hitch. I would absolutely recommend to her to any bride who wants to relax and enjoy their big day.

    Things would not have ran smoothly if it weren't for Charlene & her team! Ricky & I stayed on time & enjoyed every second of our wedding because of the great help we had!

    My wife is very detail oriented and we had a lot of hard work/detail put into the centerpieces. They weren't replicated the way we wanted them even with pictures printed out to reference. We wanted a couple chairs out for my mother and grandmother-in-law. There were 2 full rows left out that can be seen in our wedding pictures and left a sour taste in our mouth. Overall though good service and a definite recommendation. She took so much pressure off of my then fiancé and I. I think that the issues were a mix between a miscommunication between us and the amount that we were trying to get done on the day of the event.

    We used this service for day-of coordination, for just the wedding reception. Charlene was very accommodating and willing to meet a few times before the event. She was flexible with setting up a package that met our needs. Always available to help in any way that she could/ She really helped make our day stress-free for me and my family!

    I had no intention of hiring a "wedding planner" for my daughter's wedding believing that we were quite capable. As the day came near, I started worrying who would make sure that all the lovely traditions and special plans would happen. I had an army of friends and family offering help, but learned of a "day of" coordinator. I found Charlene on-line and decided not to burden my guests with organizing the day. It was the best decision I made. Charlene went to a lot of trouble learning about OUR traditions and OUR requests and never tried to discourage my daughter from having the wedding she wanted. Although some folks thought she was bossy, she was soley responsible for making all our "special" requests come to be and the wedding move smoothly. Our guests are giving me all the credit, when it was really Charlene behind the scenes making it all happen.

    Charlene was very responsive and helped out tremendously a few weeks leading up to the wedding, which I was happily surprised about because she was my day-of coordinator. I had a mostly DIY wedding and hadn't properly anticipated just how much time, effort, and money went into DIY. Charlene kept me on a timeline leading up to the wedding to make sure I was getting everything completed and made a timeline for the day that was super helpful. She reached out to vendors to make sure everyone was definitely on time. Only thing that could have been improved upon was that I had a lot of orthodox Jewish elements to my day (my husband's side of the family) and Charlene does not have much experience with that style. However, she was willing to learn and was up to the task. Her pricing was also great compared to others in the area!
