  Loved working with Yolanda

  Yolanda made the whole daunting wedding process feel much more doable and helped us with all the vendors, including recommendations. On the day of the wedding, she ran the show which was incredibly helpful so my husband and I could enjoy the day (and our families too). We had the best time at our wedding in large part due to Yolanda’s help!

  Best coordinator !!! 🥰

  Yolanda is the sweetest person you will ever meet in Puerto Rico! She made sure our wedding day was executed so well and she made sure we were not stressed at all during the big day and leading up to the wedding which is impossible but she found a way to make it possible! Our guests complimented her work ethic the entire night because she made sure everything was perfect. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better planner/coordinator who is so supportive of the LGBTQ community as well. Yolanda has a special place in our hearts! Thank you again 🙏🏾

  This is the type of wedding vendor you want on your team!!!!

  Yolanda was recommended to me by the team at my wedding location (Hacienda Siesta Alegre). She was so friendly from the start, patient, professional and fair. She went above and beyond to help us make everything perfect.
  
  I wasn't able to find some sparklers in time for the wedding and she gifted us a couple she had from another wedding, just so I could be able to have the picture that I always wanted with the sparklers.
  
  She is just the perfect type of wedding planner, because she helps relieve stress and helps out a lot in any way she can. She answered all of my questions quickly, making communication with here incredibly easy, even though I am living in Germany and had to plan everything from so far away!
  
  Yolanda gave us such great vendor recommendations! We saved thousands of dollars by switching to her recommended vendors, which ended up being a DREAM TEAM. Therefore, do yourself a favor, don't try to save money by NOT hiring a wedding planner, because with Yolanda you will actually be saving money and stress by hiring her.

  Yolanda was so incredible! She was an absolute dream to work with. She became an immediate member of our family and we stay in touch to this day! Planning a destination wedding is not easy by any means and she put all my worries to rest and took charge the day of the wedding. I loved working with her ❤️

  Yolanda is extremely knowledgable and dedicated. I am so glad I worked with her for wedding planning. She helped me with vendors as well as day of wedding planning. The day of is so much more crazy and stressful than you think it will be, and Yolanda worked tirelessly to make wedding run beautifully. I am grateful for her support and help during wedding planning and day of. She knew my venue really well, so she helped me so much with questions and doubts. She was always available by email or text, very reliable. My husband and I are so grateful to her.

  Hands down the Best!!!

  I'm puertorrican but I live in Kentucky so I really relied on Yolanda to make all the arrangement for me in the Island. She made sure to get me the absolute best vendors (not the most expensive). She didn't push me to pick anybody I didn't feel 100% good about. She gave me direction and made sure everything was taken care of. She went above and beyond to make everything just the way I wanted it fun, not necessarily traditional, I have divorced parents and she helped me to focus on how I felt and what I wanted while being respectful to everyone's feelings. She not only had to deal with me but also with my mom who wanted everything and anything for her baby girls wedding and she did a great job to guide my mom to give me a lot of surprises on that special day.
  I will forever be grateful to Yolanda for making my wedding day one to remember!!

  Yolanda was a delight to work with. Her knowledge and established relationship with the venue and vendors I selected made it an ease to let go of the reigns and allow her to do what she does best. She was there from the very beginning till the very end and made sure everything was executed as I had meticulously planned. She came forth with very nice suggestions that I had not thought of previously which ended up being a wonderful addition to the overall feel of the wedding.   What can I say about Yolanda this woman is awesome. Despite me living and Boston and her living in Puerto Rico she made feel that I can trust her from day for my wedding stuff. When I spoke to Yolanda i told her that I was very nervous, because I normally like to meet anyone that I am going to contract for anything. But she told me not be nervous and to trust her and that she will be here for me that will help find great vendors for all my other things and she was not lying when she said great vendors. Yolanda would always make sure to reach out to me whether if it was just to say hello. But weeks before yolanda was on top me to make sure I had everything done that I had to bring to Puerto Rico and to see if I wanted to add anything else to my decorations. I got married last Saturday June 24, 2017 and I can say I was extremely nervous about everything not because I didn't trust Yolanda, because I was not the one in charge of anything. But let me tell Yolanda made sure that everything came out perfect. My wedding ran very smooth and everything was in order with my vendors and that's all because Yolanda, I'm so grateful for her and I thank her from the bottom of my heart like I told her we are family now. We found Yolanda when our original coordinator had to cancel on us and she was amazing from the start (our original coordinator recommended that we contact Yolanda).   Yolanda helped us from day one. She met with us and heard our ideas and then recommended things to do to let the wedding run smooth. The day of the event she was there early and took control of all the event and all was as planned and on time. She did a great job.

She was helpful and kind and picked a venue for me and everything went beautifully smooth! I was blown away at how beautiful El Oceano was! The music, the photographer, the videographer, all incredible! Everything that Yolanda did on her own was absolutely spectacular and I left Puerto Rico with Beautiful pictures and memories that will last me a lifetime!

Y lo más importante, el día de la boda, hizo que todo fluyera según nuestro itinerario...fue increible cuando organizó todo al final del evento, mientras nosotros disfrutábamos de la fiesta.

  Yolanda was a wonderful addition to our wedding; I can't imagine having done it without her! She and her "team" of wonderful vendors came through to make our wedding even better than I could have possibly imagined. Everything was above and beyond, especially after we arrived (we had a destination wedding). The reason for the 4 stars on responsiveness was because it seemed like a lot of items were last minute; but rest assured that while she didn't communicate every step, it was being done and taken care of. For me that worked fine as I feel like I'm pretty laid back, but keep in it mind if you want more, you should be proactive. I would highly reccomend Yolanda - she is professional, kind, caring and well connected! There are no words to describe how beautiful the venue and ceremony were as a result of her efforts. For what I initially planned as an informal small event turned out to be a wonderful vacation/wedding experience not only for us but for our guests as well. Everyone who attended commented on how it was the best wedding they had been to, the food was the best we'd had during our entire stay in Puerto Rico, the venue was amazing, etc.... Thank you, Yolanda!!!
