Great experience! I highly recommend Yes I do.

Serena and Stephen have been so great to work! They are genuine in the care they put into the whole process. Serena was very welcoming to my guests and I when we arrived for my appointment. We discussed what I was looking for in a dress. My price range was at or below $1,500 plus alterations, bustle, tax, etc. There were so many gorgeous dresses at or below my budget! Serena picked out several dresses while we browsed and grabbed a few more. While trying on dresses, Serena was very helpful in explaining the fit of the dresses and discussing some customization options if there was something you wanted to change. I chose to customize the neckline and sleeves of my dress. I told Serena and Stephen what I wanted and they nailed it. I think I cried a little when I saw the sketches. My dress is so beautiful!
Throughout the process of trying on dresses, I didn’t feel rushed at all like I did at the other bridal shop I visited. The dresses at Yes I Do were very good quality. I noticed a difference when trying on dresses in the same price range elsewhere. They were very up front about alteration/bustle costs and give you options to ensure the most cost-effective choices for you. They offered a discount for bridesmaid dresses with the purchase of your wedding dress. Serena and Stephen take pride in what they do. Their knowledge and great communication made the experience easy and enjoyable. I truly felt like I was in good hands.

Truly wonderful couple, best vendors I've worked with

I cannot say enough praise for Stephen and Serena!!! They are one of my favorite wedding vendors I worked with. So professional and very warm, I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them. The original shop I bought my dress from messed up my waist measurements, making it way too tight and said they couldn't help...Serena was my hero and worked hard to fix it so I could breathe!! Highly recommend this wonderful bridal shop.

A great experience

I can't say enough good things about Stephen and Serena at Yes I do Bridal. They go above and beyond to make sure your dress is perfect. They helped me through a really crazy process of multiple fittings after the COVID pandemic postponed our wedding and I my weight was fluctuating. They did so much for me with no extra charge. Serena really knows what she's doing with alterations - she is an expert you can really trust. They're both so nice and fun and their selection is AMAZING. Loved the experience of working with them.

I have nothing but great things to say about Yes I Do Bridal! Stephen and Serena were amazing and so sweet every time I came in. They were not only sweet to me but my baby girl and my mom. Yes yes yes!

SOO happy I went to I do bridal for my dress alterations (I had already purchased a dress prior to moving here). They are very friendly and professional. The seamstress sketched up my dress alterations in about a minute to show me the changes and the prices. The prices are very reasonable!!! Everything wedding is so expensive so it was much appreciated. She made my dress fit me perfectly and enhance all my good features. She added the bustle to pin my dress up as well as added applique to cover a tattoo. She made suggestions such as I shortened the length so I wouldn't trip over the dress. It was absolutely perfect. I have received so many compliments on my dress and how I looked in it. I felt the most beautiful I've ever felt, which is how you should feel on your wedding day!! I definitely recommend checking them out!!

Finally found the one!

The most stressful part of the wedding for me was trying to find the perfect dress that fit the princess bridal moment I’ve been dreaming of. I started to lose hope that I was ever truly going to find the one, after countless stores and dress I finally found my perfect dress at Yes I Do! The entire appointment was effortless, the owner was amazing and kind! He helped me find the perfect dress and was able to have the dress tailored to MY body, I wanted one that actually was customized to my exact measurements rather than ordering a size and then having it altered to fit. They gave me that opportunity to feel like a true princess and I can say that I found my dream dress!

Great and No Stress!

The line of brands they hold is unique. Not very many store have it. So, try this store if you want a unique dress. Also, you can look up online for more designs. I chose my dress from the makers' website and they made sure I got it on time. Plus, no extra worries on cutting or adjusting the dress. They'll take care of you.

Seamstress Extraordinaire!!!

I could not be more thankful to have come across Yes I Do Bridal to help make my dress the perfect fit for our big day! Serena and Stephen were absolutely amazing from start to finish, making sure every small detail was accounted for and just how I wanted! They were beyond knowledgeable and so patient with my mom and I through the whole process! I received so many compliments about how beautiful I looked in my dress, I couldn't keep count! Wedding Dress

I bought my wedding gown from Yes I Do Bridal. It was such a beautiful dress! I customized a Casablanca dress Incorporating 2 into 1. This created the dress of my dreams! Everyone at my wedding loved the dress. It was such a truly fabulous experience working with Stephen and Serena in their shop. They are 2 of the nicest people I have ever met! I am sad that all the wedding planning is over now as I will miss working with them, designing my dream gown. The prices are very reasonable.

Can transform any dress

Serena and Stephen are the best in the business! Serena has a very unique eye for creating a dress that fits your body and is able to transform any outfit into an exceptional masterpiece! I initially went with just one dress and after seeing her work with my wedding dress I took four more dresses to her and she delivered! They are very professional, time cautious, warm and supportive, and really go out of their way to make their clients beautiful. They became part of my family as I was planning my wedding and it was always a joy to go back and see them. Make sure to visit their shop in downtown Chandler. They are truly exceptional!

I can not say enough to explain how amazing this place is!!! I just had my first fitting for my custom dress and I am so in love!! I went to several places looking for dresses with my mom and wedding party and couldn't seem to find everything I wanted in one dress. Serena and Stephen were able to take all of the elements I wanted and create a custom (and perfect) dress for me. Serena is even more of a perfectionist than I am when it comes to the details and I swear she can read my mind. The owners are warm, and sincere, and honest, and have taken any stress out of finding the perfect dress. No matter what you are looking for, I would recommend them ten times over!

Serena and her husband are amazing!! they were always there to cater to my needs. Serena even helped me make a necklace out of left over belts and she custom made my veil! they are amazing people! I was so blessed to have found them!

There prices were so affordable I was able to get two dress with my 3000 budget!

I came to Yes I Do Bridal to get a traditional qipao wedding gown - the only bridal salon in the valley to offer these dresses that I know of. Serena helped me find the perfect dress! They had several styles to choose from, and for these specialty dresses, she had me pick the style I liked and then a fabric and color to make it in. She then would send the order to China to have it made by seamstresses there. In the end I decided to design my own qipao (borrowing the style of one dress, the embroidery of another, etc), and not even this was too hard for Serena! She sat with me and drew exactly what I wanted. It's not every day you get to design your own wedding dress - and for such great value! I was concerned that sending instructions off to China, some details might get lost along the way or I might end up with a "cheap" dress, like other "made in China" clothing experiences (like buying a prom dress on ebay), however the dress came back PERFECT: just the way I ordered it, beautiful, strong material, and fitting like a glove. On top of this, Serena included with no extra charge a few minor alterations (as it is important for a qipao to really fit perfectly). I hope that one day I can pass the dress on to my daughter for her wedding. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the salon. The staff were friendly, helpful, and great listeners!

Rarely do I ever give 5 star reviews but this Is definitely the place that I wish I could give more. What all the great things the other brides are saying are pretty spot on which is how I found them. Serena and Stephen are unbelievably amazing.

Serena was almost like my mini wedding planner. There is so much knowledge she has let alone the great tips she gave me. Much needed since I am not a bride who enjoyed all these details. They all saved me from some potentially bad decisions from me. She gave me so many tips that I am so glad I went to her.
Her talents go beyond tailoring. She does hair and makeup, makes jewelry, flowers, and the list is endless. I got skin care advice, she helped look for shoes for me, made a bracelet out of leftover bridal belt, fixed my barefoot sandals, and so much more. She makes cheongsams/qi paos (Chinese traditional dresses)!
Stephen doesn't go unnoticed either. He's so patient and always welcomes you with a big smile. With all us crazy brides, it is so impressive that he still keeps it all together. So laid back.

I could go on and on so instead I say you just go and experience this great team yourself. I really doubt you'll regret it. And yes, the prices are affordable and worth it for all the things they did for me. Thank you Serena and Stephen for EVERYTHING!!

Serena and Stephen are AMAZING!!! They were the first shop I shopped at, and really helped make the dresses I tried on look like they fit me so I had a good idea of how they would feel once I had a dress in my size. I had an appointment at another shop that day, and I did not feel the same in any of their dresses. I could not stop thinking about how amazing I felt in the first dress I had tried on at Yes I Do Bridal, so I called Stephen, and Serena so I could go back to their shop and order a dress from them! Stephen & Serena are amazing! They really care about their customers and treat every Bride like their own daughter! One of my friends who came to the shop when I found my dress got engaged recently after visiting the store and went to Yes I Do first to shop for her dress because she was also so impressed by the level of service and general sincerity and honesty about prices (PS she found her dress here also!!!).
3 Reasons to stop by Yes I DO:
1. They offer CUSTOM designed dresses without the cost of a customer dress! They work with companies that allow brides to customize their dresses. You want to add sleeves with beading… no problem.. and you we be surprised at how inexpensive the extra cost is!
2. They can order CUSTOM sized dresses! Serena kept saying “put your money in the dress.. not the alterations” and wow was she right! I was able to put an extra $400-$500 into the base cost of my dress (which got me the most beautiful beaded bodice ☺ ) where at EVERY other bridal shop I would have to carve that money out of my wedding dress budget to pay for alterations!
3. Serena’s expertise and eye for detail! Serena is a pro at what she does and she gives the best advise about what dress shape is flattering on different body types and what small details may add that extra umph factor!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this wedding boutique and the owners! We went to most every store in the east valley but kept coming back here. The shop is small but has a wide variety of gowns from the most current styles to the tried and true traditional. Prices are very affordable. The owners went above and beyond for us – they even brought back some beautiful crystals from Taiwan to decorate the shoes to match the gown. When my daughter lost weight after the final fitting, they quickly made the necessary alternations despite the time crunch. They make you feel so special and always greet you with smiling faces and genuine care. We will be returning here when our second daughter gets married!

I absolutely LOVE how my wedding dress turned out, it is gorgeous!!! I am so incredibly happy that I bought my dress through Yes I Do Bridal, Serena and Stephen were amazing to work with!! One of the best services they provide is the tailoring. They will tailor your dress themselves rather than you having to take it to a separate tailor yourself and pay outrageous fees. Stephen and Serena are the best!!! After leaving a bridal shop nearby thoroughly unimpressed, we walked in to Yes I Do. The experience was amazing from the start! Serena helped me find several styles like I liked. When I found "the Dress" they worked directly with the designer to alter it with a different back and neckline. They have gone above and beyond, even helping my mom with her dress. I recommend them to everyone I know that is engaged.

Stephen and Serena helped my three cousins and sister with their weddings and have all had great experiences with Yes I Do, so I came all the way from Boston to pick my dress. Serena is a good listener, very intuitive, and after hearing what style I was looking for, recommended a dress that I LOVE. She was sensitive to my venue (outdoor vs. indoor, concrete vs. grass, etc) and honest about the pros and cons of the last two dresses I was trying to choose between. She also happens to be a terrific seamstress so she is able to make adjustments to fine details (like lace placement) to fit my preferences. She keeps style tips on her Pinterest account as well, so she's able to clarify and suggest hair/makeup options. Stephen is a professional photographer and even gave tips on how to best show the features of the dress for wedding photos. They were also able to measure me for a custom-made qipao with a traditional neckline, paired with a western skirt. Their prices are fair and they are friendly and never pushy. I highly recommend Yes I Do for any future bride to be!

WOW!! Stephan and Serena are absolutely amazing!! They went above and beyond my expectations. I went from having a wedding next year in August to deciding this past Monday to have it on Saturday. Mind you, I had just found my dress at their boutique the week before. I was set up to have the fitting appointment for alterations that next Friday, I called to see if they could move the fitting up to Tuesday and if it was possible instead of ordering a new dress (that would take six months) to use the one on the mannequin since we only have 5 days before the new date set for the wedding! They we're so accommodating to this semi-crazy request and pulled it off for my special day!! Without them, I'm not sure we would have moved forward with our special day! I can't thank them enough, their kindness means the world to me!

Serena was absolutely AMAZING!! I am from Chicago but on a whim visited her store in AZ on vacation since it was across the street from my hotel. I obviously didn't have an appointment since I didn't even know the shop was there, but Serena was happy help since no one was there. (She told me she had a client coming in about 1/2 hour which was also respectful to them!) Not only did I find the perfect dress I was looking for, but she worked overtime to get the floor sample tailored so I could bring it home with me the next day! Not pushy, very honest. Very fair pricing. Great selection. I can't say enough nice things! I have received so many compliments on my dress!!

Save yourself the hassle and come straight here and look for the owners, Stephen and Serena. I live in Hawaii but came all the way to AZ for my bridal gown because they're THE BEST!! I purchased a blush silver colored Casablanca gown and they did a custom cut gown for me for a very reasonable price! Many stores that carry Casablanca gowns fail to tell you that the gowns can all be customized. Uh uh, not here! Serena will give you her honest opinion as to what type of dresses fit you best and what types of customizations should be made to fit your style and make the dress look most flattering on you. I only had a few weeks to find a wedding dress and they were very accommodating and very helpful! They went above and beyond to make sure I loved my dress and the fitting/altering of the dress couldn't have been better. Great place to get a wedding dress from!

Yes I Do Bridal is simply wonderful!

I had been to 5 shops looking for my dress, after dealing with consultants that were unhelpful, and uneducated at some locations I was getting very burnt out, my mom and I came across Yes I Do Bridal by chance. Being short and curvy dress shopping was not fun, because I know what looks good and how things should fit on my shape. As soon as our appointment began it was very clear that Serena knew exactly how gowns need to fit and can be altered, which was hard to find at other locations. Not only did I find the most perfect dress for me, but I was able to custom order a different top to better flatter my figure and custom order measurements, I did not need a hem which is unreal being that I'm 5'1"!

When the dress came in I needed more fittings than the average bride, and every single time Steven and Serena greeted and welcomed me in with open arms and patience. They know their product and truly have a gift for their craft. Make sure you call to make an appointment ahead of time so you can have their full attention, they are the lovely to work with and made my mom and me feel like family. Cannot thank them enough for their work and helping me find my perfect gown!

I made a wrong turn and found this place by accident. Now it feels like fate. Serena and Stephen were amazing!! They helped me pick out the best dress for me. "Yes, I Do Bridal" was the best decision I made in preparation for my wedding in Maui. We decided to elope and to do it a few weeks after my fiancé popped the question. I immediately began my search for the perfect wedding dress. Since there was not time to special order a dress, most wedding dress boutiques were not able to help. I just happened by "Yes, I Do Bridal" and I am so happy I did! A wonderful couple owns this boutique. They work together to provide the best experience possible. They both went above and beyond to be sure my wedding dress was just amazing! After I decided on my dress (they have a big selection to choose from ), they altered it, steamed it and prepared it for the trip to Maui. At the last minute I decided to make a change to the dress. I wanted a belt or sash. I couldn't find one that appealed to me. So they created a custom made a sash-a very unique sash that personalized my wedding dress! I was in the boutique many times, trying on my dress and such. I always felt as if I were spending time with dear friends! I highly recommend "Yes, I Do Bridal"!

The owners are some of the friendliest people on the planet. They not only listened respectfully to my wishes, they immediately wiped away all wedding-dress-trying-on-jitters. Showing genuine regard for my personality and tone of my wedding, I found a dress that far surpassed anything I could have dreamt of and add the cherry on top that the manufacturer they work with custom makes each dress. If you want people who will treat you with respect and laughter and not pressure you at all, go to Yes I Do Bridal. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Forget those stuffy places with plastic employees that only care about their commission and image.

I found my dress at Yes I do bridal. Serena saw the styles I was looking st longer than others and came to me with one she said I had to try on. As soon as I did I knew how right she was! Her and Stephen have been wonderful throughout the process. During the measurement process to order the gown it was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing and Serena explained why they would suggest each intake or strap so I understood and felt comfortable. Stephen has been wonderful with open communications and scheduling flexibility when some things came up. They even gave me hair do advice while they found the perfect veil for the dress!

Steven & Serena were so sweet to me from the first moment I walked in to the shop. I actually ended up buying the first dress i tried on( after coming back about 10 times to try on, they were so patient with me) as well as a beautiful veil. My bridesmaids also ordered their dresses through Yes I do. Once agin super helpful. Especially to my friends that live in different parts of the country. I wish we can get married all over again just so I can keep coming in to see them!

Steven and Selena are WONDERFUL!!! They were more than helpful. Selena designed the entire top of my dress because I wanted it to have lace sleeves and it was strapless, it turned out better than I could have imagined! Serena and Stephen are a husband and wife owners of what I would call "the best" bridal shop in Arizona. My daughter and I looked at many bridal shops in Arizona and in the state of KY, where she is living, but is having the wedding in Arizona. We stumbled upon this amazing little shop just down from a much larger shop on the same street, where you were just another person looking. What a wonderful find! "Yes I Do" which is the perfect name for a bridal shop that gives you many choices for wedding dresses along with two wonderful caring people that are showing and recommending exactly what you are looking for. Serena and Stephen make suggestions also as they learn what your personality is like. You will never be treated like just a dollar sign, they are truly interested in you as a bride and want your dress and day to be perfect.
We bought a beautiful dress and was very pleased with the price. The dress was a perfect fit when my daughter flew back to try on the dress before the wedding (she had one day to fly in and out). Serena waited until after the fitting to put a hook on the back of the dress to bring up the train for dancing at the reception.
Always with a smile and nice things things to say and suggestions! This is the perfect place to shop for your wedding dress and accessories. I have recommended "Yes I Do" to many other young brides to be that I see in other stores looking and longing at bridal dresses. Thank you both from the bottom of mine and my daughters heart for making her the most beautiful bride, and taking the stress out of getting a wedding dress!

Serena and Stephen are amazing! They are the perfect people to own a wedding shop. Serena was able to make my dream dress a reality. I had a vision of what I wanted for my wedding dress that took quite a bit of extra altering and Serena did not let me down! She is an amazing seamstress and she did a fantastic job fitting my dress perfectly to my body. She did everything she could to ensure I was happy with the end result. They were very accommodating to my needs. Not to mention all at a very reasonable price tag. I expected to pay a lot more for all the work Serena did. I am so thankful for her. Serena and Stephen are two of the nicest, most friendly people I have met. Without any appointment I strolled into their adorable store with my mother, father and sister and had such an amazing experience! They made me feel so special and took the time to hand pick dresses for me. That day I found the wedding dress of my dreams! After that I had made many appointments to try on my dress. I wanted to see it with my jewelry one day and my hair and make-up trail the next. I think I went in a total of 5 more times to try on my dress. I was so in love! And they were so patient with me, always making me feel like I was their number one customer. Throughout that process Serena guided me through it all. She is so talented and really knows her business. She gave me honest opinions and helped me decided on all the details. She really cares about you and wants to make you perfect for your wedding day.

I was so happy with the service I got from Yes I Do! My dress came in when it was supposed to. It need some alterations and they were very flexible and willing to work with my crazy schedule to get them done.

I found the dress when I was on the road for work. I did not want to order in another state, I wanted to be near the place I was buying from. I am very glad they were the shop that I ended up going with!

I originally went to Yes I Do Bridal because I passed the window and saw one of the most gorgeous dresses. When I went in for my appointment, I tried on the dress in the window and a few others that were chosen for me by the shop owner because of my body type and description of what I wanted. The first dress I tried on (which wasn't the one in the window) ended up being my wedding dress. They were spot on!

I was able to buy the sample dress given that an order wouldn't be ready until well after my wedding date. I was also able to come in a several times for fittings and they even helped me choose the perfect jewelry. When I came in to pick up my dress the day before the wedding, I tried it on again and found that it needed to be taken in a few more inches due to some weight loss. Not a problem for the folks at Yes I Do. They did the alterations and had the dress ready the morning of my wedding at no additional cost! I'm even taking the dress back this week for a complimentary cleaning.

In all, my experience with Yes I Do was amazing. They were friendly, professional, and made me feel like they were invested in my wedding. I was so pleased with the service I received. I would highly recommend Yes I Do Bridal to any bride.

I absolutely recommend you visit Yes I DO bridal when you're looking for your wedding dress! I visited MANY different stores in the valley and out of state when looking for my dress and I could not have been more happy with the dress I chose or the service we received at Yes I Do bridal! They have a huge selection of Casablanca dresses and just wonderful customer service! I live out of state and returned to AZ just 4 days before my wedding to discover my dress needed to be taken in a few inches. Serena not only got the alterations done in time, but she didn't even use a pin to mark how much needed to be taken in! She is a PRO! She knows what she's doing! Great prices as well! I've heard from other brides their bustle would not hold up through the night, but once we secured mine it sat perfectly all night long! Serena and Stephen are amazing! They will make sure that your attire is perfect for you. They are very patient. I told them what I wanted day 1 and we pulled different dresses in the same family as well as dresses that were very different. I needed to find the perfect dress. I found the dress I loved and they told me to go home and think about it. They wanted to make sure I was positive(which I was, but love the low pressure). I had to go in several times for my fittings. Each time they were very sweet and wanted to make sure that my dress was perfect for my wedding. Serena has a wonderful eye and was continually asking if she could do something else to ensure that I looked amazing in my wedding dress. She would see one more thing that she could do to make my dress....mine! She helped me pick out my veil as well! I got many, many compliments on my gown and veil. I miss stopping in and talking with Serena and Stephen. They are the best!

Steven and Serena are wonderful individuals and run a very good business - the dresses are of very high quality, they order from vendors that custom cut/configure their dresses on request and they have a great eye for flattering styles for different body types. Serena is an excellent seamstress and can make any necessary adjustments to the dresses - my dress was sleeveless with a sash, and we ended up using the sash material to add cap sleeves because I didn't like how much of my upper back was exposed in the dress. The only difficulty that I encountered, and it may be because of the complexity of what we were doing is that we had ended up scheduling quite a number of fittings where we added, removed, moved, adjusted the sleeves so that the dress wasn't ready until the week of the wedding (I ordered it 8+ months in advance). Which made me nervous. But the dress was ready on time, beautifully pressed...and Serena herself even came to the hotel to help get me into it since it had a corset back! Talk about good quality service!
I was a little surprised that the day I returned the slip that I borrowed from them, after the wedding, they told me that they forgot to charge me for the addition of the sleeves. I had already paid what I thought was the total for all of the alterations (which was pricey, but I understand that wedding dress alterations typically are), and it was a little shocking that they'd ask me to pay the balance afterwards because they forgot. I would still recommend them to anyone in the market for a wedding dress - you won't find two people who care more about each customer, or better quality dresses than the ones they sell at Yes I Do. I was so glad that I randomly walked in to Yes I do Bridal because at that point I had tried on many a dress for a couple of months and never really came across a dress that I was willing to commit to. However, the third dress I tried at Yes I do Bridal was a cassablanca and it was perfect it had everything I wanted and they were more than helpful during the whole process including tailoring. The tailoring was amazing! my dress had to be shortened and taken in and you would have never know that anything had been done to it, it looked like it was made for me.

Serena and Stephen were nice, but I definitely did not get what I wanted from them. First, I left my dress with them 10 weeks before the wedding with a pick-up date 2 weeks later, which was changed to 4 when I called later. When I went to the appointment 4 weeks later, it was still clearly not done and she said she needed "extra measurements" - about which I had never heard. Another 2 weeks went by and the dress was again not yet finished, and actually looked worse with a lot of bunching up of material in places that leave obvious bulges in the silhouettec.g. I had an appointment 1-2 times every week after that, and 3 the week before my wedding (overall 10 meetings) and the dress still did not look complete. I was told that my breasts were not large enough and multiple layers of cups and padding were added, which caused the cleavage to gap very unnaturally, and she told me in the end that it was the best she could make it look. The final price was twice the given quote, which may have been fair given the amount of work she did and the number of appointments we had, but still I was very unsatisfied. With 3 days to go before my wedding I decided to take it to a different tailor who was flabbergasted at what was done. This other tailor was able to make the dress look like it actually belonged to me and my body type within 2 days, but not having a dress until the day before my wedding created a lot of stress.

Overall, I believe that Serena and Stephen mean well and they did try their best, but they did not do justice for me or my dress, and it became very stressful and expensive to fix. This issue may have been avoided if they were more timely with communication and on schedule with the dress, which may have given me time to go elsewhere as was needed in the end.
