Santana G did a great job photographing our wedding on May 18th. I am a very picky person and was very specific when choosing my photographer. Santana did wonderfully and more than met my expectations!!!
His profile photos are gorgeous and are the reason I chose Santana to do our photos. And they turned out so beautifully!!! Seriously, I cannot recommend Santana enough, especially if you like his style. It ended up being a little cloudy on our wedding day, so I was afraid that our photos would turn out gray-ish. But they are still warm-toned and feel so happy and inviting. Photography is the most important part of your wedding, because your wedding really just flies by and the photos is all you'll have left of it!
Not only were the photos beautiful, but he really encouraged us to just be ourselves and have fun in our pictures. We even ended up having way more specific photos than we thought we wanted originally, and he was more than happy to help us get everything we wanted! He is a great person and an even better photographer!
Yellow Paddle is also a great affordable option. -

I absolutely loved working with Yellow Paddle. I had always dreamed of having two photographers at my wedding, and never thought I would be able to afford it. Not only did Yellow Paddle have amazing pricing, but the quality of the photographers are incredible. On top of that, the whole process was so painless!
Santana G. and Amanda Z. are both insanely talented photographers. You can tell they both love what they do. My husband and I are the farthest thing from models, but they both made us feel so comfortable and their direction was so helpful. I had my full faith in them the whole night.
Not only are they impressive photographers, but they are just great people. There were times where my family or the timeline was stressing me out, and they both knew how to calm me and ensure I had an incredible day. I would recommend them to any of my friends! -

Simply book with this company. I can't express how much of an amazing job both April and Julian did. April was so extremely personable and she made my wedding photos-dreams, come true. Having Julian as the .5 photographer was also just the cherry on top! They both took such amazing photos and I loved both their styles/edits when we got our photos back. Not to mention, we got our photos back (and more than we were expecting) so soon after the wedding! Going into this process, I was slightly nervous just because I knew we could not afford the largest package and I have heard horror stories of people missing many photos or it taking forever to get their photos back from other companies. I can reassure you that is NOT something you have to worry about here. I absolutely recommend using this company, and more specifically April and Jillian. We hired Yanni through Yellow Paddle to photograph our wedding in the mountains of Colorado, and he did an incredible job! He captured so many beautiful candid moments of us as a couple, but he also captured beautiful shots of the venue and our guests socializing with each other and dancing. Our venue was partially outdoors, so the lighting changed a lot throughout the evening, but every shot was crisp and had rich color that was just as pretty as real life. Yanni even took a group shot with ~110 people altogether, and directed everyone where to stand and how to pose in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend Yanni to capture real candid moments with perfect clarity in any lighting- outdoors or indoors, daytime or night.Yellow Paddle Photography's reply:

We loved having Santana and Anna as our photographers! We used the 1.5 package, and Santana was our primary photographer. They were highly professional, easy to work with, and punctual. Santana had a video chat with us a couple weeks before our wedding, and he made sure to cover every detail of the day so that we would be happy with the photos! They were very kind throughout our entire day, and they were great with coordinating our family photos so we could stay on schedule. The photos we received afterwards were absolutely gorgeous! Santana and Anna made sure to capture our favorite moments, and even did an extra photo session during golden hour that gave us the most beautiful photos. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! -

My husband and I were very happy to find photography in our budget through Yellow Paddle. I didn’t really interact with the company at all, but Mark and Santana were both excellent.
Our primary photographer was Mark Whitrock. He did our engagement photos and our wedding. He suggested a beautiful location for our engagement photos and they turned out great. He used both film and digital which was not something we had an opinion on, but we really loved how the film ones turned out. Mark had good suggestions for posing and was also happy to try out our ideas. He was easy to get a hold of over text as well as having a phone call with us right before the wedding to make sure we were on the same page. He was respectful, approachable, timely and easy to work with. We love how the outdoor photos from our wedding turned out, they were true to life in style/color. He also caught some candid shots that I hadn’t thought of which were a nice surprise.
Santana Garcia was our second shooter and his work is stunning. His editing style was not something I was particularly looking for but I’m in love with how the photos turned out. The style and lighting is beautiful and the vividness of red (our wedding color) still came through. I didn’t communicate with him directly before the wedding, but he was timely, easy to work with, and brought some of his own ideas which we appreciated. He caught detail shots at both the ceremony and the reception I hadn’t thought to ask for. Dancing was a big and important part of our reception and he did an amazing job capturing crisp, beautiful photos of people in motion in dimmer lighting.
We had a panicked moment the night before where we realized we wanted the ceremony to be recorded (not edited or anything special, just captured) and Mark and Santana made it happen for us which was truly above and beyond their jobs and meant a lot to us.

Santana was AMAZING! Professional in communication before the wedding to make sure he understood all the shots we needed, showed up early on the day of the wedding to check out the location and pick the perfect spot for our reveal.
Even when a groomsmen went missing, he helped us problem solve the pics that could be taken and took extra time after the wedding to get all our wedding party photographed.
He went above and beyond to make our day special and stress free. Plus he did an AMAZING job making our diverse wedding party look their best in the finished pictures.

David L was our primary photographer for our wedding, which we found through Yellow Paddle. He captured so many great moments, we love our photos! We had a lot of disappointments around our wedding but our photographers were not one of them! They were amazing on the day and delivered a beautiful gallery!! Santana G was our secondary photographer and we absolutely love his work! He captured some amazing moments from our day and even got some photos on my phone that we got to look at the next day. We are so glad we chose who we did, and very happy with the price! -

Wedding photos were very important to us, but we didn’t have a super high budget so I feel so thankful that we were able to utilize a service like yellow paddle. Unlike other similar services, you are actually able to pick your photographer, which is huge! Everything went as planned. Our photographer was prompt with our initial video meeting and right on time for the day of our wedding. She made us feel super comfortable and we are very happy with our wedding photos! We already received our wedding photos within just a few weeks and the site yellow paddle uses to be able to share photos with everyone is great. My only suggestion would be to be able to hide photos that you don’t want to be viewable to everyone when sharing the link…but they’d have to use a different photo sharing service. I would recommend this company 100%. -

Where do I even begin? When we purchased Yellow Paddle's 1.5 photographer package, I was already over the moon. Having a second shooter, even for part of the day, was something I never dreamed I could afford, and it was so exciting to find a photography vendor where the pricing was so readily available. It's almost impossible to quantify the ways that Lan and Mike contributed to our day, and I am still in shock at how much I paid for how much we got.
Yellow Paddle let us peruse all of their available photographers for our wedding date, and aside from how much we loved Lan's portfolio, there was also so much in his biography that resonated with us as a couple. From the moment we met Lan at our (incredibly well-priced) engagement session, we knew we had hit the nail on the head. Talking to him was easy, we shared tons of common interests, and despite both feeling very awkward in front of a camera, Lan captured our love and excitement with such intimacy and authenticity.
Because of the connection we built at our engagement session, welcoming Lan into our getting-ready spaces was much more like greeting an old friend than meeting a wedding vendor. We didn't get to choose our second shooter with the 1.5 photographer package, but Mike was also an invaluable part of our day. My husband mentions frequently that Mike helped put him at ease just before our first look photos when he was feeling his most nervous. Lan and Mike worked well with each other, too; there wasn't any tension or stepping on each other's toes.
When we got our gallery back (far sooner than the expected delivery date), we were in absolute awe. Lan and Mike delivered far above and beyond what we had ever dreamed of receiving when we started planning our wedding, and frankly above and beyond what we even expected based on Yellow Paddle's pricing/package details. From the staged family photos and accessory shots to the candids of guests and private moments between my husband and me, Lan and Mike truly captured the warmth, intimacy, love, and connection we felt throughout our special day. I am so excited to get to enjoy our photos for years and years to come. I cannot possibly recommend Yellow Paddle, and SPECIFICALLY Lan Vo, strongly enough for your wedding day. -

Alex T. at Yellow Paddle is the best!
This company has a great price for the package. Choosing the photographer is a little nerve racking but if you choose Alex T. you will not be disappointed. She went way above and beyond what I would expect of a photographer. She helped me get through the day on time, cleaned my dress when it got stained, pinned my bustle when it kept falling, brought me anything I needed, was a huge support throughout my day. I HIGHLY recommend picking her if she is available. The other photographers I had for my engagement photos and my 2nd photographer at the wedding were kind and took nice pictures but if you want that above and beyond service, pick Alex T. -

Best Photos I've Ever Seen
My then fiancee and I connected with Yellowpaddle and choose Santana T to shoot our big day. Yellowpaddle made contracting easy & flawless both before and after the wedding. As for our photographer, Santana, he is the GOAT! If you want the best photos of your best day, then you want him. Our photos came out clear, realistic, vibrant, and warm - the man really has an eye like no one else. His timing is wickedly precise, too; he captured dozens of blink-and-you'll-miss-it moments for us. He's a true professional and his wizardry is outta this world. Thank you a million, ST! -

Working with Yellow Paddle was great from beginning to end! We originally went with them due to budget and moved forward with the 1.5 photographer package. I love that you can go through a bunch of different portfolios and choose your photographer. For our main photographer we picked Cassidy, but the day before our morning wedding we found out that, due to last-minute personal circumstances, she was not going to be able to shoot our wedding. Yellow Paddle was great with the communication on the issue, and we were given a couple of choices for our backup photographer. We were able to get in contact with the one we chose, but turns out, we chose wrong and on the morning of the wedding they didn’t show up… However! Our second photographer – turned main photographer – Kiddest, was there earlier than their contracted start as was able to jump right in and fill the spot of our missing photographer. As everyone was contacting the missing photographer and Yellow Paddle, Kiddest was going back and forth between bride and groom to do her best in capturing all the moments I was hoping to get. The morning continued, largely as scheduled, with only the brief disappointment of not having two photographers for getting ready, the ceremony, and cocktail hour / formal photos. Kiddest did a good job jumping into the deep end and stepping up to be the main photographer. After formal photos and cocktail hour, our next saving grace, Katie S., showed up. She came with very little notice after our chosen backup photographer didn’t show up and jumped right into the job of being our second photographer! She was able to capture some great photos and amazing memories and we feel so lucky that she was able to come! After the reception Kiddest and Katie joined us at a different location for more photos. They were both great to work with and I’m glad I had them for my wedding photos. Yellow Paddle worked with me through everything and was able to provide me a refund for the 0.5 of my 1.5 photography package since I didn’t get the time I wanted with the second photographer in the morning before the reception – which is the exact reason I wanted two photographers. I would 100% work with Yellow Paddle again and believe that they are professional and showcase great talent in all of the photographers they have available. -

Affordable AND quality photography is possible!
Photography is not something we wanted to “skimp” on, but the fact that most options were double the price for half the time was too good to pass up. And using Yellow Paddle ended up meaning we didn’t have to “skimp” at all! We worked with Mark Whitrock and he was absolutely fantastic. Patient, kind and very talented! He got so many great shots of our important moments during the wedding, the small decor and details, plus some GREAT shots of us and our guests on the dancefloor. Our photographer Jesse L was wonderful! He assisted with our personal and family photos going flawlessly. Yellow Paddle had the best bang for our buck, hands down, of all the options I looked into for our wedding. We purchased their Two Photographer Package and added on an engagement session for less than $200. Julia V. was our lead photographer and also took our engagment photos. We absoltutely recommned her! Ali M. was our secondary photographer, and she has a unique artistic style, different from any other wedding photos I've ever seen, which was really fun! Having both of them at our reception was really the best of both worlds and gave us so many great final photos. All my favorite shots from the night came from both of them in different ways. When we looked into photography for our wedding, most Denver services were out of our budget. Yellow Paddle was so affordable, we were able to hire two! We loved that we could choose our own photographers - we picked a design style that matched the glitzy, victorian feel of our wedding venue. Most of all, these 5 stars go out to our photographers - Ali & Meagan. They were SO lovely and detail-oriented in our conversations leading up to the big day. At the wedding, nothing was forgotten. They got to our venue before we did! They captured our incredibly long shot list, went above & beyond (they were complimented by our other vendors) and caught every detail without ever being intrusive. They were SO friendly and warm. My mom (who was so nervous) said they calmed her down before the ceremony! At the end of the night, Ali took a Polaroid shot so we could take a photo home right away. We were beyond impressed. If you are trying to save some money Yellowpaddle was great. We got two photographers for 8 hours and a print credit for less than some of the photographers we were talking to were charging for 1 photographer for 4 hours. I can't speak for the other photographers on the website, but Amy Ronk and Joe Burns were incredible. They were accommodating and kind and made everyone feel comfortable. We got so many high-quality photos that we are hard pressed to narrow them down at all. We can't speak more highly of these two and you should absolutely book them. -

My husband and I chose Yellow Paddle photography to capture our wedding reception last summer and were SO incredibly happy with the work done by Cara Noelani. After already spending a lot of money on photography for our wedding ceremony in Kauai, we were hoping to find a budget-friendly option that would still provide us with high quality images of our reception that we could cherish for the rest of our lives. I stumbled upon Yellow Paddle and was incredibly impressed by Cara’s portfolio, so we decided to go for it! She shot both our engagement session as well as our reception, and we were beyond thrilled not only with the finished product, but with our entire experience with her as a photographer. We are not the most comfortable in front of the camera, but you would never know it from looking at our photos! Cara’s calm and friendly demeanor instantly put us both at easy, and she had great cues and directions to get us into poses for some really amazing and special shots. She made sure to capture all the moments that were important to us, and the quality was excellent! I would highly recommend working with Cara if you have the opportunity to do so. I also really loved how easy Yellow Paddle made the process. Everything was clearly structured and organized, and their photo checklist was really helpful to ensure that we didn’t miss any photo opportunities at our event. Overall, we were very happy with our experience, and absolutely adore our photos! We will definitely cherish them for a lifetime! -

My partner and I have had a great experience with Yellow Paddle Photography. Ali Mai was the photographer for our engagement session, and she was lovely to work with. It was our first time doing any kind of photoshoot and we're both a bit shy, but Ali made us feel super comfortable and at ease. She was also super accommodating by including our dog and helping us get permits for our desired location. We had the excellent opportunity to work with Ali Mai as our wedding photographer through Yellow Paddle. Ali made our wedding a breeze. Great value! We were bummed with how expensive an established photographer was going to be for our tiny wedding, but were so happy to find Yellow Paddle. They provide an opportunity for photographers just starting out to get some experience, so you're helping someone get their start and saving your budget. We hired Joe Burns and Karlie Ginther with the two photographer deal, and absolutely loved their work. They were so creative, detailed, and having two photographers let us see our day from two artistic points of view! I would absolutely hire them again if we had to do everything over. They were on time, made sure we were remembering to drink water/eat on our super hot wedding day, and gave us beautiful photos for an amazing price. -

We used Cara as the photographer of our wedding in April of 2022, and we could not have had a more positive experience working with her. Cara communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and once the actual wedding day arrived, we already had a pretty clear idea of what was going to happen with the pictures. Cara demonstrated a calm, confident, and professional demeanor at all times. It was clear that Cara has done this quite a few times before, and she knew what to do. Cara also did a really great job of knowing what shots she wanted and getting them in an efficient manor, but was also flexible and was able to easily adapt and adjust when things didn’t work out perfectly, such as a grumpy neighbor asking us to not take pictures in a certain area or lighting not being quite up to her standard. All in all, Cara did a fantastic job of capturing tons of priceless memories on one of the most special days of our lives, and I cannot imagine how anyone would have done a better job or been more pleasant to work with than her. If you are in need of a professional photographer for any occasion, I cannot recommend Cara highly enough.

I stumbled upon YPP when I was searching for affordable Colorado wedding photographers. I was not happy with prices I was quoted from other photographers and needed something more affordable. I loved being able to see pricing, availability and portfolios ahead of time and I knew exactly what I would receive for the cost. Totally affordable for 8 hours of professional photography, 800+ edited photos, and a very quick turnaround from event to getting our photos (3 weeks) We chose Marissa based on her bio and photography style and she exceeded our expectations. I was nervous choosing a budget-friendly option for our big day but, our pictures are AMAZING and she was beyond wonderful to work with! Would recommend YPP over and over again!! Stunning Photos and Incredible Service
We loved our experience with Yellow Paddle! We has Caitlyn as our photographer and could not be HAPPIER with our photos! She did both our engagement and wedding photos and we were absolutely impressed. I am not a huge fan of taking photos, but she made it so easy and was really open to helping us find the perfect locations to shoot at. It was so nice to go into our wedding feeling confident that she was going to get all the important shots. She has a great eye an aesthetic and was really organized before and during the wedding. I loved that we could search our wedding date, and read the bio's of available photographers for our day. I was soo excited to meet her on our wedding day! And she did not disappoint! All of her photos came out flawless and she captured our day perfectly. OMG!!!! Erica Steinhouse is an AMAZING person and photographer!!!! My husband and I absolutely LOVED working with her. She went above and beyond with our wedding. She squeezed us in her busy schedule to take some last min engagement session photos as well as our wedding! She is so fun, over achieving and an all around great human being. If we could do it over again, I would chose Erica in a heartbeat. She made us feel sooo comfortable in front of the camera and it shows in her photos. I 12/10 recommend using Erica as your photographer for any event. She is very timely, AMAZING at communication and well organized. Our wedding was 9/30. We chose Katie and Cara to be our photographers. They were wonderful! They helped wrangle our family (including our 2 dogs) and made sure we got the pics we wanted while staying within our timeframe. We were absolutely blown away by Yellow Paddle Photography. We LOVED how affordable it was, with truly quality photographers. We particularly liked that you could choose your package to best fit your needs (we did the two photographer package) and that you could pick your photog based on your personal style. Amanda was so flexible and understanding when it came to all the COVID stuff, and communicated so well and worked with us to ensure we were able to keep our photographer after changing our date twice. As to the photographers, you CANNOT GO WRONG with Katie K and Erica S. They were incredibly joyful to work with and their pictures are just stunning. My Husband and I chose Yellow Paddle Photography for our wedding in May and we could not be more happy with their service and photographers! Not only do they offer very affordable packages but they have incredible photographers working for them! Erica Steinhouse was our main photographer and she was absolutely wonderful! I cry every time I look at our photos they are so stunning and she truly captured all of the emotion, love and joy from our day! All of our photos show the beauty of the venue and the nature that surrounded us! We are so in love with them! She is so talented and had so many unique and beautiful ideas for photos I cannot recommend her enough! Jackson Lowry was our second photographer and he was awesome too! His photos are so vibrant and beautiful! I didn't get to take in our venue enough or our décor sadly because we were so busy during the wedding but Jackson took so many lovely photos of our tables, flowers and cake I got a chance to take it all in now and enjoy it which I am so grateful to him for! I definitely recommend both of these photographers they are truly spectacular and getting a second photographer is very helpful so while your main photographer is with you the other can be taking photos of the reception space and things like that. Thanks Yellow Paddle so much!
