  Delicious cakes and cookies

  I hoarded a wedding shower and purchased several Pastry and cookie platters. The everything was so tasty, fresh and so beautiful! They went far above my expectations. I love that this is a family owned bakery. Will definitely use again!

  I went to many cake tastings, and after having a vendor act unprofessionally I was scrambling to find another bakery who would be able to make our wedding cake. Main criteria: taste. Yasaman did not disappoint. Unlike other weddings where there is leftover cake, we had non left over! People went for multiple slices as we picked different flavors per tier. We are so happy we used Yasaman, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the bakery. Note: I am unsure of design skills, as we did not use fondant - and had a simple 4 tiered cake with pearl borders.

  We ordered the cake a week beforehand. It was just what we needed for our budget. This is an Iranian Bakery, which serves the taste of the community we were catering to.

  My fiancee and I are looking at different bakeries and use them for our other special events in anticipation for the wedding, so we can see what's out there. But then, he walked into Yasaman Bakery. Big mistake. This is the review I left them on Yelp! Please don't trust them with your wedding cake; we lucked up with it only being a birthday cake:
  My fiancee purchased a simple white cake. But when we tried some of it it tasted like paper. I told him he should return it. This is with two slices missing. He explained the taste and they said that it must of been in the freezer too long. They then gave my fiancee a new cake. However, with the second cake, the stale paper taste was the same! He came back to return it a couple days later, because they're closed one day out of the week, and they refused him. This time with only one slice missing. It tasted like paper! He asks the owner if they tasted it and she said no because no one has ever returned anything. She then said that she wouldn't even have taken it back the first time, but she wasn't there. But her staff that day understood and knew that this is something that happens when items are left frozen for too long. But the owner couldn't grasp that! The owner was super rude and indignant.
