Dhara and Niraj Wedding Weekend
We truly cannot recommend Yaadein Events enough!!! 😊
We hired them for day-of coordination, so they officially got involved about 4 months before the wedding — but honestly, Meet felt like a friend from the day we signed the contract. Even before the coordination period officially started, he was always available to answer our questions, give advice, and help us navigate the planning process. That level of care immediately made us feel like we were in good hands.
Once we hit the 4-month mark, we started having regular meetings with our destination lead, Kunj, and he was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. He was thorough, responsive, detail-oriented, and so intentional with every recommendation he gave us. Whether it was helping fine-tune timelines, coordinating with vendors, or even recommending songs for both of our wedding entrance walkouts, he genuinely cared about making every part of our wedding feel special and personal.
What stood out most was how much Kunj advocated for us — not just with vendors, but also in helping us navigate conversations and decisions with family and friends during the wedding weekend. He truly treated our wedding like it was for a close friend or family member, and that level of care meant so much to us.
During the actual wedding weekend, Kunj, Priyank, and Roma completely ran the show. They handled everything so seamlessly that we barely noticed when issues came up behind the scenes. They kept everything on track, kept us calm, and were so patient with us throughout all the chaos and excitement of the weekend.
Looking back, we genuinely can’t imagine our wedding without the Yaadein team. They made the entire experience feel smooth, organized, and so much more enjoyable for us and our families!

Yaadein Events was a godsend for us. We had the pleasure of working with Meet, Charmi, and Priyank for our wedding. Priyank spearheaded our wedding, and went above and beyond for us in the months leading up to the wedding. He held so many meetings with us to make sure we were on top of our game, introduced some fantastic ideas that we ended up using, and gave us so much perspective that we could not imagine. Just a few examples: He helped us make our wedding event pamphlets, helped design our logo (which we loved), and, most importantly, was our hype man during the event. Everyone wants their wedding to go smoothly, and I remember so many times where Priyank was able to just calm us down and reassure us that everything is going well and guests are enjoying their time. We saw him working hard in front of our eyes, but we cannot imagine how much work he did behind the scenes. Meet also deserves his flowers. There were a few instances during the wedding when a curve ball was thrown our way, and Meet knew exactly how to maneuver around it and make the situation even better than it would have been. He stepped in to make sure the wedding went smoothly. His professionalism was on display at all times and it instilled a great deal of confidence in us. Finally, Charmi was a wonderful coordinator who helped work with our vendors and timeline. She had a huge hand in ensuring vendors were coordinated appropriately and filled in the gaps that we overlooked. Their team chemistry was amazing, and I absolutely cannot recommend Yaadein Events enough!!! -

Ask for Meet! He was absolutely fantastic at our fusion wedding reception and Sangeet. He kept our guests entertained and kept the party rolling. He came as a recommendation from our DJs (Atresh and Chirag). I know I’m a little biased but he was the best MC experience I’ve had at any wedding. After the Sangeet, my Indian family was already asking and hoping that he would return for our reception and they were all so happy that he was back. -

Wow! Just wow! I’m so shook with how Yaadein Events managed every single wedding event for us. As a bride, I have worked behind the scenes as a wedding planning associate and event decorating associate so I’m well aware of how things flow. Meet and his team pulled our wedding week together so well with only one month of coordinating! So happy we found him through a family friend when we did! We were about a month out from our wedding and the coordinator we were talking to seem very interested in her personal gain, so at that point me and my husband were stressing and not satisfied at all. One phone call with Meet and I told my Dad, “He’s the one!” His attention to detail and the team’s patience.. just wow! I felt so relieved and for me that’s a foreign feeling because I find myself to be a perfectionist, detail-oriented and tend to micromanage! Ankita was such a sweetheart, she made sure I was feeling my best every step of the way! South Asian weddings can get very rowdy, but Yaadein Events knows E X A C T L Y how to manage/problem solve everything! They maintained friendliness with family and guest, but also enforced the itinerary! It was a dream come true for us & we can’t thank them enough. We hired Yaadein Events for my father's 75th Birthday Celebration. A week before the event - my mother was swamped with work, my sister was fighting a cold, and I was all the way in Alabama - we were overwhelmed and realized we really couldn't do this on our own. Meet and his crew were able to take over last minute and complete every aspect of the event perfectly - decor, DJ, games, slides shows, favors, and seating arrangements. There was a horrible mix up with the venue and they were able to find a new place and negotiable a great contract for us just a 3 days prior to the party. Meet remained calm, available and flexible the whole time, even amongst the most unexpected situations. His attitude and ability to handle anything that came his way really reduced any tensions we had leading up to the party. They worked wonderfully with the venue and were able to negotiate extra items for us. The decorations and favors were done beautifully. Meet was able to bring our vision to life in the banquet hall. Music and MC'ing was coordinated well. Meet had a great engaging and energetic vibe. He was able to feel out the room and adjust the party itinerary to fit the crowd. All in All extremely pleased with the services. Was able to truly relax and enjoy my own event knowing all the details were taken care of. I would definitely recommend Yaadein Events for your next event. -

Yaadein events truly went above and beyond to make our wedding special. Priyank was wonderful to work with as our day-of coordinator, he was professional, detail-oriented, and above all else, incredibly kind and compassionate; In the days leading up to the event, we experienced various unexpected wedding stressors that introduced challenges to our schedule/flow of the events. Priyank was incredibly kind, calling in and checking up on us and reassuring us that the team will make these changes work. Priyank showed up with two extra coordinators the day of, on the house, and took care of everything!! In spite of all our stressors, we had one of the most organized and timely weddings my community has seen thanks to the team's coordination.
