Where do I even begin?! I have been trying to find the words to express just how grateful we are to Whitney and XO Event Co., but I genuinely don't think words can do her justice!
Our wedding was everything we could have ever dreamed of and so much more. Every detail was absolutely gorgeous, intentional, and thoughtfully executed. Whitney took our vision and transformed it into something more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. Walking into our wedding and seeing everything come together was truly magical.
One of the things I appreciated most about Whitney was her ability to understand exactly what we were envisioning and bring together the right people to make it happen. The vendors she recommended were absolutely incredible, and on the occasions when I didn't feel someone was quite the right fit, she never hesitated to find another option who turned out to be amazing. I never felt like I had to compromise on our vision, and that meant so much to me.
What an incredible gift it is to be able to take a couple's dreams and turn them into reality. Whitney does exactly that, and she does it exceptionally well. Beyond her talent and creativity, she genuinely cares about the couples she works with, and that was evident throughout the entire experience.
Our wedding wasn't just beautiful. It was *us*. Every detail felt personal, and the entire celebration was filled with so much love and joy. We are still reliving every moment and wishing we could do it all over again!
Whitney, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving us the most unforgettable day of our lives. We will forever be grateful to you and cannot recommend XO Event Co. highly enough!

Could not recommend more.
Hailey and Whitney truly went above and beyond for our event. We figured that it would be helpful to have a day of coordinator, but we truly didn’t know how helpful it would be until we got to experience it. They took care of the big stuff and the little stuff, including grabbing things we forgot to get to the venue, making sure we had food and wedding cake back in our hotel room when we got back, and even helped me get past a bout of nausea. Truly could not recommend them more and their services were worth every penny. -

I can't rave enough about Whitney and her team! As someone who's pretty Type A myself, I was nervous about handing over the reins, but Whitney went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely amazing. Her attention to detail was incredible, and she made sure every single thing ran smoothly in ways I never could have anticipated.
From the start, she was easy to communicate with, incredibly organized, and patiently answered every question I threw at her (and there were a lot!). I simply handed over everything I'd booked, and she took care of the rest. She offered so many helpful recommendations and kept the whole day running exactly according to plan.
On the day itself, it was the little things that made the biggest difference. She made sure my dress looked perfect all day long, and when the reception started, she had a drink in my hand before I even thought to ask. I didn't have to worry about a thing, which meant I could actually be present and soak in every moment with my new spouse and our guests.
Whitney truly made our day. I feel so lucky to have found her. Do yourself a favor and hire XO Event Co. You won't regret it! -

Kassie and the entire XO team made our wedding day so special and completely stress-free! From the very beginning, Kassie kept us on track throughout the entire year of planning, recommended incredible vendors, and made sure both our rehearsal dinner and wedding day ran seamlessly.
She was so kind, organized, and an absolute joy to work with. Knowing our day was in her hands gave us complete peace of mind, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every single moment while Kassie and the XO team handled all the details and timelines behind the scenes.

Best Planning Company EVER
I was very on the fence about wanting or even needing a wedding planner, I had doubts that it would be worth it for us and that it might not change anything about the planning process. I was EXTREMELY wrong. Gracie was perfect in all ways and she kept our day flowing seamlessly, if I needed even the smallest of things she was there taking care of it all. She helped us will the details I never would have thought about and if something was going wrong she had it fixed before I knew there was a problem. Gracie is the most perfect planner I could have asked for, and their whole team is amazing. We loved them! -

They truly take the time to get to know their couples, understand their vision for the day, and work to execute it perfectly!! I don’t even have the words to express my gratitude for XO. Kassie was a DREAM to work with- she made the entire experience (over a year of planning) so wonderful (even in the stressful times, haha). She also had the BEST wedding vendor recommendations- we couldn’t have chosen a more perfect team to help us set up and celebrate our big day! I just LOVE Kassie!!!! I never imagined that I’d really get to enjoy my wedding day, but boy did I!!!! I truthfully had the best day of my entire life and I attribute that all to Kassie and the XO girlies! -

XO Event Co. truly made my wedding day. I could not have balanced professional school and wedding planning together and by myself! Thankfully, XO Events has the most amazing wedding planning team. I used their comprehensive wedding package that included everything from vendors to timelines leading up to the wedding, 3 coordinators on the wedding day, all contracts, payments, design and everything. It made the wedding experience so special and stress free from 6 months out to after the honeymoon. My wedding planner, Kassie, truly understood my vision and brought it to life. The band, flowers, tableware, and everything else came together like a dream. She was easy to work with, responded quickly to any and all texts and calls, and respected our budget. If I could do my wedding all over again, I would not have changed a thing!! -

Amazing Planner!
Working with Whitney and team as our wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made for our big day. She was always responsive and quick to answer questions, no matter how big or small. Whitney has a calm, reassuring presence but also the kind of organizational skills that keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
She guided us through decisions with such thoughtfulness.. never pushy, but always providing insight, options, and professional advice that helped us feel confident. She coordinated with our vendors seamlessly, managed timelines with precision, and made sure we didn’t miss a single detail.
On the actual wedding day, I never had to worry about a thing. Everything was beautifully executed, on schedule, and stress-free because Whitney had it under control.
If you’re looking for a planner who is not only professional and organized but also genuinely cares about making your day special, Whitney is that person. She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was everything we hoped for!! -

I did the month-of package and it was perfect! I love to plan and they made it super easy to transfer all my plans to an organizer. Brooke was my girl and she was incredible! She checked on us throughout the day and made it so easy to change the timeline to fit what we wanted in the moment. She was fantastic at mediating between vendors so I didn't have to do anything. She was such a joy and made things flow beautifully! -

Amazing teamwork!
Working with Brooke and Cassie as our Day of coordinator was amazing! From day one we knew they had our best interest at heart and made sure our special day went on without any issues! Kassie was the best investment for my wedding! Not only is she knowledgable in all things wedding, but she also is kind and goes above and beyond for her brides! Kassie and her team took my vision and brought it to life! Kassie attended meetings for me since I am still in grad school and do not have a super flexible schedule, which was very helpful. And when I left my veil at the reception venue before the ceremony, which was 20 minutes away, Kassie and her team stepped up and made sure that I was taken care of. All of our guests had an amazing time and the day was stress free from start to finish! I don't think that would have been possible without the work that Kassie put into our wedding. Daniel and I are forever grateful for all of her help in creating a magical, elevated, and beautiful wedding day! Every bride should use Kassie and the XO team! They are the best at what they do! -

Amazing - stress free
I had an amazing experience with XO Events! My daughter had a 3 1/2 month engagement in Austin, TX and I had only been there 3 times. I was overwhelmed as she did not grow up there and I did not know the city very well. Though I am very organized, I knew I could not pull this off alone. I was referred to Whitney at XO Events by a trusted source but was worried that she too was out of town. She had utter confidence that she had done destination weddings before and that she could handle it. I would say the wedding was a 10/10....It far exceeded my expectations.
The strengths of this crew is that they treated my money as if it was their own. it was very important for me to find someone who respected my budget and did not try and "up sell" me. They were constantly pointing out opportunities to save and my final expenses were within budget from what was anticipated....They went to extra measures to figure out how I could save money.....
The other important piece was communication. There was never a time that I could not reach Whitney by phone, text, or email. We started having weekly calls for about 2 months prior to the wedding since it was such a short engagement.
Whitney never showed any anxiety or frustration. There was always a solution. She is an excellent listener and put together the vision my daughter and I had instead of her own....We were all 3 so confident of the execution that we hardly spoke the week of the wedding. My daughter and I seriously had the best night of our lives!!!! -

Let me just start off by saying that I never thought I'd hire a wedding planner. However, when I heard that Whitney and her team would manage set up, tear down, and all the details in between, I was sold. Best decision! With XO Event Co around to handle on the details, my family, wedding party, and I could thoroughly enjoy the day without stress. She kept things running smoothly and on-time. If something went wrong, I never heard about it. I've had several guests comment that our wedding was the most organized, most detailed, most fun wedding ever!
Not only does XO Event Co make the wedding day go smoothly, they also make the planning process easy. My *husband* and I have both recently started our own businesses and knew we would easily get overwhelmed and lost in the planning process. Having a checklist and someone prompting me to ensure I got things done was priceless. Additionally, I have no decorating abilities at all. Whitney helped me find the perfect decorations, centerpieces, etc based on different pictures I showed her, and then, she did all the work to bring it to life! She also has recommendations for about every aspect of the wedding process in case you get stuck or don't know who to use.
One last thing: Whitney (along with Katie's Custom Decor) helped design our invitations, using ideas that brought out our personalities. I never thought I'd have fun wedding invitations, but they definitely were! We even have a kind of "couple logo" now!
I can't recommend Whitney and XO Event Co enough! -

Brides, look no further! Whitney Hewitt is a DREAM to work with. As a working professional, the details and logistics of planning a wedding seemed extremely daunting for me. I was not a bride who had my wedding planned out since age five. Luckily for me, I was in a wedding party for a wedding that Whitney planned. i was able to see her in action and she completely blew me away. I knew we needed a wedding planner but not just any wedding planner, we needed Whitney!
She was a joy to meet with every time and was extremely flexible with our busy work schedules. She provided helpful guidance during times of indecision and truly made our wedding EVERYTHING we hoped it would be. Her experience and expertise made all our wedding wishes come true including access to the best vendors in the area.
Whitney is professional and gracious every step of the way. Her kindness and helpfulness to our family and guests is something we all continue to talk about and be impressed by. Her customer service is impeccable. If there was something we wanted no matter how off the wall, she made it happen! She helped us pace the wedding well so we could spend time doing what was important to us that evening, made a plate of our specified favorites so we wouldn't miss out on our amazing food, and even sewed my train back after dancing too hard. I thought her services were done after our final exit and continued to exceed expectation by dropping off our wedding gifts at my parents home the morning after.
Whitney is absolute magic. When asked what my secret was to staying stress free while planning an elegant and fun wedding....my answer is always Whitney Hewitt! -
