  Amazing - stress free

  I had an amazing experience with XO Events! My daughter had a 3 1/2 month engagement in Austin, TX and I had only been there 3 times. I was overwhelmed as she did not grow up there and I did not know the city very well. Though I am very organized, I knew I could not pull this off alone. I was referred to Whitney at XO Events by a trusted source but was worried that she too was out of town. She had utter confidence that she had done destination weddings before and that she could handle it. I would say the wedding was a 10/10....It far exceeded my expectations.
  
  The strengths of this crew is that they treated my money as if it was their own. it was very important for me to find someone who respected my budget and did not try and "up sell" me. They were constantly pointing out opportunities to save and my final expenses were within budget from what was anticipated....They went to extra measures to figure out how I could save money.....
  
  The other important piece was communication. There was never a time that I could not reach Whitney by phone, text, or email. We started having weekly calls for about 2 months prior to the wedding since it was such a short engagement.
  
  Whitney never showed any anxiety or frustration. There was always a solution. She is an excellent listener and put together the vision my daughter and I had instead of her own....We were all 3 so confident of the execution that we hardly spoke the week of the wedding. My daughter and I seriously had the best night of our lives!!!!

  Excellent!

  As Mother of the Bride there are not enough words to thank Whitney, for giving my daughter the perfect day!
  From beginning to end, she guided us in every detail and decision, she kept us completely organized and on track for our special day. The Day Of was exceptional. The vision we had created together was beyond Amazing in person. Every detail was executed perfectly! My daughter’s dream day became a reality! I HIGHLY recommend all Brides look no further than XO EVENT CO. for all your needs!

  Perfection

  Let me just start off by saying that I never thought I'd hire a wedding planner. However, when I heard that Whitney and her team would manage set up, tear down, and all the details in between, I was sold. Best decision! With XO Event Co around to handle on the details, my family, wedding party, and I could thoroughly enjoy the day without stress. She kept things running smoothly and on-time. If something went wrong, I never heard about it. I've had several guests comment that our wedding was the most organized, most detailed, most fun wedding ever!
  Not only does XO Event Co make the wedding day go smoothly, they also make the planning process easy. My *husband* and I have both recently started our own businesses and knew we would easily get overwhelmed and lost in the planning process. Having a checklist and someone prompting me to ensure I got things done was priceless. Additionally, I have no decorating abilities at all. Whitney helped me find the perfect decorations, centerpieces, etc based on different pictures I showed her, and then, she did all the work to bring it to life! She also has recommendations for about every aspect of the wedding process in case you get stuck or don't know who to use.
  One last thing: Whitney (along with Katie's Custom Decor) helped design our invitations, using ideas that brought out our personalities. I never thought I'd have fun wedding invitations, but they definitely were! We even have a kind of "couple logo" now!
  I can't recommend Whitney and XO Event Co enough!

  Couldn't have done it without them! (literally!)

  I can't imagine having planned our dream wedding without Whitney! I have zero eye for design but was able to communicate my ideas to Whitney and she made it all come to life. It was so helpful having direction in finding vendors and planning every last detail. XO was so organized and great with communicating across our 15 month engagement. I appreciated that our budget was respected and we even saved money/got deals that we wouldn't have without XO Event Co! I could not believe how many details were planned and taken care of that I never would have remembered to do (there was even a place on the timeline to make sure someone from the team placed our preferred drinks at our table!). I would recommend XO to anyone in search of an amazing wedding planning service who is also genuinely friendly and excited for each and every bride or groom on their wedding day.

  Amazing! Indispensable!

  I honestly could not imagine going through the wedding process without Whitney as our wedding planner! As the mother of the bride, all year long people kept asking me if I was stressed out about the wedding, and I could honestly say no. Every step of the way, Whitney had things under control and I had total faith in her. It made planning the wedding so enjoyable for everyone involved! My daughter was pretty indecisive about some things, and Whitney was a pro at helping figure out what she really liked and helping guide her to make decisions. In areas where my daughter knew what she wanted, Whitney was diligent about making sure those things happened. Whitney also did things for us that I had no idea would need to be done. She even negotiated discounts for us with several vendors, so she saved us money along the way. Whitney exudes professionalism, but she also is fun to be around. Trust me, as much time as you'll be spending with your wedding planner, you want it to be someone you can enjoy being with. Last but not least, I have to say that at first I was hesitant about spending the money for a wedding planner when we had a pretty tight budget for the wedding already. However, now that it's all over, I realize she was worth every single penny and then some! When my next daughter gets married, XO Event Co./Whitney will be my first call!

  I cannot imagine my wedding day without Whitney and her expertise! Not only was she my day of coordinator, she helped me with wedding design, and vendor referral. I had no idea where to start when hiring vendors, and Whitney helped me choose the best of the best! She went to each vendor meeting, met with me personally countless times, and made sure I stayed on track throughout the planning process.

  Brides, look no further! Whitney Hewitt is a DREAM to work with. As a working professional, the details and logistics of planning a wedding seemed extremely daunting for me. I was not a bride who had my wedding planned out since age five. Luckily for me, I was in a wedding party for a wedding that Whitney planned. i was able to see her in action and she completely blew me away. I knew we needed a wedding planner but not just any wedding planner, we needed Whitney!
  
  She was a joy to meet with every time and was extremely flexible with our busy work schedules. She provided helpful guidance during times of indecision and truly made our wedding EVERYTHING we hoped it would be. Her experience and expertise made all our wedding wishes come true including access to the best vendors in the area.
  
  Whitney is professional and gracious every step of the way. Her kindness and helpfulness to our family and guests is something we all continue to talk about and be impressed by.
