I don’t even have the words to express my gratitude for XO. Kassie was a DREAM to work with- she made the entire experience (over a year of planning) so wonderful (even in the stressful times, haha). She also had the BEST wedding vendor recommendations- we couldn’t have chosen a more perfect team to help us set up and celebrate our big day! I just LOVE Kassie!!!! I never imagined that I’d really get to enjoy my wedding day, but boy did I!!!! I truthfully had the best day of my entire life and I attribute that all to Kassie and the XO girlies!

XO Event Co. truly made my wedding day. I could not have balanced professional school and wedding planning together and by myself! Thankfully, XO Events has the most amazing wedding planning team. I used their comprehensive wedding package that included everything from vendors to timelines leading up to the wedding, 3 coordinators on the wedding day, all contracts, payments, design and everything. It made the wedding experience so special and stress free from 6 months out to after the honeymoon. My wedding planner, Kassie, truly understood my vision and brought it to life. The band, flowers, tableware, and everything else came together like a dream. She was easy to work with, responded quickly to any and all texts and calls, and respected our budget. If I could do my wedding all over again, I would not have changed a thing!!

XO event was absolutely AMAZING to work with. Me and my now husband were in between needing a full planner / day of coordinator but didn’t necessarily need all of the things included in the package. So XO, was great about creating a plan that best suited what we needed during our wedding process.

We had Brooke as our coordinator and she was nothing short of amazing. Would recommend her 10/10 times. We had quarterly calls to check in, she was amazing with recommendations, timelines, ideas, everything.
When the wedding day came around, her and her assistant (Brittany), literally made the entire day go SO smoothly. We didn’t have to lift a finger or worry about a thing. They just handled it. Working with Whitney and team as our wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made for our big day. She was always responsive and quick to answer questions, no matter how big or small. I did the month-of package and it was perfect! I love to plan and they made it super easy to transfer all my plans to an organizer. Brooke was my girl and she was incredible! She checked on us throughout the day and made it so easy to change the timeline to fit what we wanted in the moment. She was fantastic at mediating between vendors so I didn't have to do anything. She was such a joy and made things flow beautifully!

Working with XO event co was a truly great experience. We were so lucky to have Kat as our day of coordinator, with the help of her assistant Bailey. She was so sweet, helpful, and organized. She was very communicative the weeks leading up to the wedding, coordinating with all our vendors to make sure all the details were squared away! She provided custom timelines for everyone. Kassie was the best investment for my wedding! Not only is she knowledgable in all things wedding, but she also is kind and goes above and beyond for her brides! Kassie and her team took my vision and brought it to life! Kassie attended meetings for me since I am still in grad school and do not have a super flexible schedule, which was very helpful. And when I left my veil at the reception venue before the ceremony, which was 20 minutes away, Kassie and her team stepped up and made sure that I was taken care of. All of our guests had an amazing time and the day was stress free from start to finish! I don't think that would have been possible without the work that Kassie put into our wedding.
