  The photographer contacted me immediately after completing questionnaire. We were able to develop a schedule of photography for the day of. Photographer was on time and very flexible to my needs.

  I actually had my wedding in Michigan. They travelled all the way to the mitten state to be at my wedding and provide their amazing services. I was so busy the day of my wedding that I had completely forgotten to update them on our change of plans for the day's itinerary! They quite cleverly used social media to find where I was! I am a social media manager, so I was constantly checking in as we went about they day's activities. I was completely shocked and impressed when they showed up at the hair salon. They didn't make me feel bad for being such an airhead bride, instead, they made me feel comfortable and really went above and beyond to make sure my day was perfect. How many vendors would do that?!
  
  Some of my vendors (like my florist) put a lot of responsibility on me day of. Not so with these vendors. They took all pressure off me, were very low key and behind the scenes. They weren't in the way or an obstruction at all - like I've seen with other photographers and videographers at weddings...
  
  The results were absolutely amazing! My husband is not a crier...but he cried. Don't tell him I told you ;)
  
  I would highly recommend Xena Photography. They're not only talented at their craft, but they're outside-the-box thinkers that are willing to go the extra mile (or ten) to get the job done.

  I found this vendor online after doing a lot of research. The packages they had to offer were good and for the price it was a deal. When they say things are to good to be true, they are correct. I met in person with one of the owners who had to have their spouse join as they double booked the appt. I was shown a video of pictures and then asked if I had any questions. It was a very short meeting. Went home talked to my fiance and decided to book anyway because we weren't going to get everything that was offered in our price range anywhere else. After paying our deposit (which we paid almost a year in advance) there wasn't much communication, but with the amount of time until the wedding I didn't think much of it.
  Included was an engagement session, we did those and then I had to request a few times the disc of the pictures. We never received the copyright release that was to be included.
  We received an email to get an additional % off the final price if we paid before the end of the year so we jumped on that.
  We completed the worksheets that were requested and then again not much communication.
  We received a final revision of the wedding day itinerary. It included the 2 photographers names. We were providing a box lunch for the photographers and requested what they would like, they ordered and then the day of the wedding, we had two totally different photographers. They were late to the hair appt. We were literally walking about the door when they showed up. BUT I absolutely LOVED the photographers that we had, who ended up being hired out because they again double booked.
  I had to email multiple times to get the disc of our pictures, which we got... from the actual photographer, not the company. We finally received the photos, again no copyright release and to this day, almost 2 years later, we haven't received the wedding album that was supposedly included with the package.
  I felt that they were very unorganized.

  They don't respond to emails. Very slow and very unprofessional. DONT use them for your wedding.

  Very slow to respond. Had a phone number listed on their website for Brentwood Tennessee only to find out it was the same number for St Louis area also. Tried to book my event on their website--received a kick back saying someone would be in touch in 1-2 days. 7 days later I receive an email saying they received my request but was wondering if I was ready to submit my deposit. Which I was ready but wanted to make sure they had my date available. Next day they said "Sorry we are booked that day. Thanks for the consideration." If they were booked then why were they wanting a deposit?!? Don't waste your time with this company. They are more of a headache than they are worth. Go with another photo booth or photographer.
