We worked with Caitlin and the Wouldn't it be Lovely team on our paper suite for our save the dates, invitations, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and wedding reception. Wouldn't it Be Lovely is truly the best of the best! They created all our wedding stationary from our Save the Dates, to Invitations to day of wedding items. They ensured a seamless design experience every step of the way. The team is so talented so I recommend you come to them with some ideas or a vision and then let them do their thing. They completely understood our vision and created beautiful custom watercolors for our stationary. We got so many compliments from guests especially on the breathtaking invitations. WIBL is great to work with. They're organized and have clear deadlines and keep everything you need in their portal. We could not recommend them enough! We met with multiple stationary companies across the US and WIBL was not only the kindest, but it was clear they were able to offer the most custom options. -

We could not have more positive things to say about Caitlin and the WIBL team! We discovered them a bit later in our wedding planning process (after having sent Save the Dates) and the only thing we would have changed would have been hiring them earlier to handle that portion as well. Even from the initial planning call, we felt as if they understood the vision we were looking for and had various ideas for how every little detail could come to life until we landed on exactly what we wanted. Ahead of our wedding the one thing we heard from guests over and over again was how beautiful the invite suite was and that most were keeping them on their fridge as a keepsake - which is all we could want. But seeing all the other day of details come to fruition was more than we could have dreamed. They also made the process of collecting names, addresses and those finer details seamless as we always had a clear timeline and idea of roles/responsibilities from kick off. Even after going through everything with a fine tooth comb they helped us ensure everything was accurate and exactly how we wanted ahead of production. Our only hope is that our paths cross and allow us to work with this lovely team sometime again in the future. -

WIBL was one of the best vendors we worked with. We highly recommend!
Many guests commented this was the most beautiful invitation they have every received. While focusing on paper invitations may seem old school to some, we actually found this helped us create a continuous and unique theme throughout the event that represented us as a couple and complemented the venue.
We chose the Semi-Custom package for both Wedding Invitation Suite (about $4000) and Wedding Day items (welcome sign, table numbers and signs, bar signs, ceremony programs, thank you notes- also about $4000), which allowed us to adjust previously customized images and stay within our budget. The final products were exquisite. My only regret is not using WIBL for the save the date as well!
The WIBL team was easy to work with and listened to our feedback. The WIBL web portal made it easy to view proofs and changes. -

Would highly recommend!

An absolute game changer
I was never really interested in doing a fancy wedding invitation, but when we found Caitlin and WIBL I immediately changed my mind. The personalization and absolutely stunning watercolor was everything I never knew I needed. Caitlin was so responsive and incredible from the very first call, helping us by providing options, color palettes, and making recommendations based on what we knew we wanted. This ended up being one of my very parts of planning my wedding often refreshing my email multiple times in anticipation of the next design proof. The entire team was so great and helpful and extremely patient as we worked through the details to get everything just right. We got more compliments on our invitations and day of paper products than almost anything else and we will treasure them forever. This will be one of the best vendors you book!!!! -

Highly Recommend Wouldn't It Be Lovely
We used Wouldn't It Be Lovely for our save the dates, wedding invites, and printed items for our wedding (menus, table numbers, etc.) and they were absolutely amazing! Caitlin is an incredible artist and she and her entire team are very organized, responsive and fun to work with! They have many ideas to help come up with a design you love and clear schedules to keep you on track. We received so many compliments from our guests about our invites and wedding decor from Caitlin and team. Caitlin and team at Wouldn’t It Be Lovely are masters at their craft! They created me and my husband’s Wedding invitation suite and it was absolutely stunning. The watercolor icons or our dog, Cape house etc were ones we had used throughout our wedding weekend and it was so cute to see the icons on napkins, menus, etc. to tie everything together. We also loved how we were able to customize the map on our invite to point our places that are special to us and our relationship on Cape. Our watercolor save the dates and invitations were absolutely stunning! I received so many compliments that it was the most beautiful wedding stationery that anyone had ever seen and I am absolutely biased, but I agree!!! The process went so smoothly from consultation to reviews, production and shipping. Caitlin and her team were amazing to work with, super responsive and very accommodating. The details matter to this team! Everything was custom and personalized, down to the spot-on drawing of our dog! We even ordered day-of stationery for our bar signs, guestbook, menus, welcome bag notes, etc. and it tied everything together beautifully. Worth every penny! I truly believe stationery sets the tone for your whole wedding and if its in the budget, I would highly recommend working with Wouldn't It Be Lovely to help you set a high bar for your event! -

Beautiful custom watercolors
We had the pleasure of working with Caitlin and Sara for all our paper goods (Save the Date, Invite, Day of Paper). Throughout the process we were beyond impressed with their artistic talent, professionalism, and responsiveness.
Across all our items that WIBL team truly brought our vision to life. They were thoughtful about proposing fun ideas and adapting different formats they had used in the past. They have a great set of standard icons, formats, and layouts to reference, but take a custom approach that makes the end product feel personal.
We are so happy with the WIBL and would strongly recommend working with them!

My FAVORITE Wedding Vendor!!!!
Caitlin and her team at Wouldn’t it be Lovely was absolutely a dream to work with from start to finish. Working with vendors to plan a wedding was extremely difficult post-covid but not with WIBL! Caitlin always responded super quickly and was willing to make as many changes to designs as we needed throughout the whole process. She truly gave you her undivided attention and made you feel completely involved in the process.
We ordered Save the Dates, Invitations, and Wedding Day Décor and everything was stunning. We received SO many compliments on how beautiful our Save the Dates and Invitations were – and it all tied together so nicely with all the décor WIBL made for us for the actual wedding day (signage, menus, ceremony brochures’, place cards, escort cards, table numbers, etc.). We are still receiving so many compliments!
Don’t even think twice about using Wouldn’t it be Lovely. It is the best money we spent and worth every single cent! Everything they make is truly a work of art and you'll have so many beautiful keepsakes even after your event is done! -

Elegant, Beautiful and a piece of art!
Our experience working with Caitlin and her team was incredible. We met via zoom and then her team sent me a bunch of samples so I could touch/see in real life what my options were. That was super helpful. The artwork captured exactly what I was dreaming of for our Nantucket invitations, and beyond that she was able to suggest all the other items I wasn't even thinking about - thank you notes, welcome sign, matchbooks... even our guests commented on how it was the most beautiful invitation they had ever seen! The Best There Is!
I cannot say enough positive things about Caitlin and team. A friend had used Wouldn't It Be Lovely a few years ago and I remember receiving the invite and being blown away by how beautiful the full suite was. Fast forward two years later to when I got engaged - Caitlin was one of the first vendors I reached out to and secured for our wedding. Caitlin created the most beautiful custom watercolor of our venue for the save the date that we loved so much we ended up using on our invites as well.
The team is extremely professional and was always available to help answer any questions that I had. They also made the process so easy - clearly laying out what was needed and when it was due, which allowed us to not worry for a second that we would have everything we needed in time for the invites as well as day of items.
I can't tell you how many people reached out and told us that our invites were the most beautiful invites they had ever received.

Wow! Wow! Wow!
Caitlin Spaulding and her team at Wouldn’t It Be Lovely created the wedding invitations and day of paper goods of my dreams. From the save the date, obviously the entire 6-piece invitation suite, to the menus and programs, everything she meticulously created was perfection.
If you want to wow your wedding guests and set the tone for your upcoming nuptials, Caitlin is the perfect person to help you do so. She didn’t just create paper with important information on it for our guests, she created pieces of art. Items our guests can forever keep as a memento from our wedding. Items my husband and I will certainly frame and display in our own home.
When my husband and I decided to plan a destination wedding, I immediately thought it was an opportunity to do something unique paper wise. I also love stationery and paper goods so this was a very important element to me in the grand scheme of our wedding planning process.
I began researching custom watercolor invitations and came across Wouldn’t It Be Lovely. I spent hours looking over her gallery of save the dates, invitations, custom maps, and day of paper goods and knew she was the artist who could turn my wedding visions into a reality. I was very lucky to reach out to Caitlin when I did, about 11 months before our wedding date. The woman and her team are incredibly busy. So, if you’re reading this now, reach out ASAP.
Thankfully, she was willing to take me on as a client and we got straight to work on the save the dates followed by the invitation suite and finally day of paper goods. Not only was Caitlin kind and enjoyable to work with, but she is also a great listener. She took the elements that were important to me and put them to paper creating beautiful, custom images of our reception venue, chapel, welcome party location, ski slopes, and more. She is so unbelievably detailed; I can’t get over the custom map she created that included tiny skiers and ski lifts on the mountain we chose as our wedding destination.
Also, her process and team are so well organized and helpful making everything easy for the client. From the proofing of each element to the payment, Wouldn’t It Be Lovely is a well-oiled machine and gave me great peace of mind throughout the whole process.
Caitlin and her team are worth every penny! Working with her was one of the best decisions we made. I can’t wait to reach back out to her in the future for birth announcements or various invitations. Caitlin went above and beyond for us! Through cancellations, postponements, venue changes and more she went way out of her way to make sure everything was perfect and timely for us. I just had my wedding this past October and I still can't get over how beautiful everything was :) I absolutely loved my wedding invitations. They were stunning!! Almost everyone I invited to the wedding commented on the invitations and how beautiful they were! Plus she was able to draw into the invitation a picture of my adorable French Bulldog!! I melted when I saw this!! :)
Caitlin was so wonderful to work with. So professional, organized and the attention to detail was next level. In the beginning of the planning process, Caitlin sent out a bunch of samples to help me understand different paper styles and fonts which I appreciated. I had no idea of paper weights and all that so the samples were great to look at. Caitlin was always available if I needed to chat or had a question. Very responsive to emails which is wonderful when you are emailing several other vendors.
In addition to the invitations I also ordered place cards, menus and wedding programs that beautifully matched the theme of the wedding. I am so happy that I went with Wouldn't It Be Lovely! Caitlin and her team did an amazing job and made that part of the wedding for me one less thing that I had to worry about. Caitlin also emailed me the day of my wedding to congratulate me! Very thoughtful and it was so nice to know she was thinking of us! It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend! -

In all seriousness... I worked on 3 separate projects throughout my wedding that spanned 14 months with Cait (Save The Dates, Invites, Wedding Day Items (included a variety of items) and I looked forward to every zoom meeting we had together. Caitlin's strengths are that she is extremely organized (if you're a new bride, you'll grow to appreciate this amongst vendors), collaborative, a problem solver, communicates expectations and deadlines clearly and is inventive. You can tell from the bottom of her heart that she WANTS to bring your vision into the stationary. She also has the cutest laugh in the world (ok, now I just sound like I have a crush on her?).
I genuinely believe my guests would have not had the elevated and welcoming experience they had had Cait not been the designer on all of my stationary. My personal experience would suggest couples are often quick to write off the art of stationary. However, so much love, thought and detail can be communicated to your guests through your stationary and wedding day items (e.g., menus, escort cards, programs). Cait's talent and ability to drive a vision towards execution will be so evident in her work that your guests will experience a metaphorical hug when they hold and cherish your stationary.
I think it's clear I can't sell Cait and her services enough... Hire Cait if you're looking for that perfect bow to wrap around the gift that is your wedding. -

Truly amazing
Working with Caitlin was amazing!!! Planning a wedding during COVID was so challenging in so many new ways. Creating wedding invitations and day of wedding items with all of the appropriate information and the right amount for the ever-changing guest list meant that I frequently needed to email Caitlin to adjust wording and order numbers in the months leading up to our day. She was so kind and helped me through all of this. Caitlin's work is just beautiful. EVERY SINGLE guest (from my 20 something single male cousins to my great aunt who is just shy of 100) commented on how they have never received a wedding invitation as beautiful as ours. Caitlin also helped me to last minute plan a seating chart design that worked for my updated guest list. She was flexible, professional, kind and SO TALENTED. Caitlin is the best! I started working with Caitlin in October 2019, and through Covid, a mini wedding, and postponed reception, she was a dream to work with. I wanted to have an envelope liner with our dogs under the archway we would get married under, and she brought it to life perfectly! We sent out our original invitations right before we postponed, and our family and friends let us know that they were the most beautiful invitations they had ever seen. Once we postponed, Caitlin provided us with a beautiful digital postponement announcement to send to all of our family and friends. I worked with Caitlin and her team for my Vermont wedding in October 2020. Not only did our wedding date change from April to October, but the details of the October wedding changed with about 8 days notice. Caitlin not only redid everything for the rescheduled wedding date, but she also redid all of the details (including the schedule of events, menu, and food labels) with EXTREMELY short notice for the change of venue and menu that came at the VERY last minute. Caitlin was extremely professional, calm, flexible, kind, and fun to work with throughout the whole entire process. Beyond this testament to her professionalism, work ethic, and flexbility during uncertain times, I must also mention that my invitation suites, day of details, and thank you cards were all absolutely gorgeous. Absolute Magic
Caitlin - You were my spark of magic throughout this wedding every shifting, chaotic pandemic planning process.
Caitlin is extremely genuine and a true artist. The first time I met her (via Zoom), I burst out into tears with her first sign of sympathy because I had just said goodbye to my fiancé for the next five months (he is military).
Emotions aside, Caitlin took every piece of myself and Kyle into consideration to create my dream come true wedding invitations, pandemic notices, menus and seat assignments.
My theme was make it a fairytale if "Cinderella remember where she came from" combined with celestial nature. I am in love every piece of work she produced in addition to her patience with my tweaks, last minute/changing deadlines, and bridal anxiety throughout the whole process.

Caitlin is incredibly talented and a joy to work with during the wedding planning process! We contacted her mid-pandemic to plan our wedding invitation suite and some decorations, including menus, welcome signs, place cards, and church ceremony pamphlets! We received many compliments on all of her artwork and designs, which included beautiful watercolors and rustic wooden signs for a fall New England wedding. Caitlin was so amazing to work with! She is incredibly easy going and flexible, especially during these crazy times! We used her for our wedding invitations and for all our wedding details! She created an amazing wedding crest for us, I even ordered a copy of it and now it's framed in our living room! She even sent us a surprise copy of one of our table numbers so we could frame it! She is incredibly talented. We have received endless compliments about her amazing work. Our guests have said they are the most beautiful invitations they have ever received. Caitlin is stellar! My daughter was engaged over Veteran's Day Weekend 2019. I reached out to Wouldn't It Be Lovely early December and had a gorgeous Save the Date in my hands before the New Year. No one could have predicted or imagined the freight train that was coming down the tracks full steam ahead heading straight for my daughter's June 20, 2020 wedding. Yet, Caitlin was not only the consummate professional from my initial interaction with her, but she was also a dear friend throughout the million and one twists and turns to bring about a second invitation suite for my daughter's newly minted Fourth of July wedding. When the pandemic was on the horizon, a Covid-19 insert was added to our initial invitation suite on 03/23/2020. Of course we hoped for the best but honestly, we prepared for the worst and Caitlin kept calm and truly carried on. Caitlin and her team handled all of it with aplomb. She never once complained and shared wisdom with much grace; with the DC wedding finally cancelled and officially in the rear-view mirror (venue held out until after Mother's Day) we quickly pivoted from 157 person wedding to a 47 person socially distanced wedding one and half hours south of the nation's capital. From Caitlin's custom watercolor to her hand done calligraphy to the wedding day of paper goods it was my very good pleasure to work with Caitlin every step of the way. EVERYONE -- including both wedding venues, the photographer, wedding planner, and guests marveled at Caitlin's breathtaking creations. We had so many compliments regarding Caitlin's ability to convey a love story reflecting both my daughter and son-in-law's individual tastes. Her pristine, bespoke, and highly sought after curated artwork was superlative in every way. She's simply brilliant and quite frankly, in my humble opinion, simply the best. There is no one else I would have rather done life with (plan two weddings) during a pandemic. Caitlin has my highest endorsement and wholehearted recommendation -- both she and her team! -

Caitlin was an absolute pleasure to work with! We contacted her in the spring (in the middle of the pandemic) and were able to schedule a face time where we expressed the vision we had for our save the dates/invitations.
Once we sent her our information she sent us a proof of exactly what we envisioned! The quality of the product is worth what you pay. I would recommend her to any friend who needs invitations. Her designs are beautiful and well thought out. She is also extremely responsive (we were away for a large portion of our email exchanges with little to no service and when we emailed her she also got right back to us.) I can not recommend her enough!

Caitlin was so amazing to work with! We started our invitation journey back in March 2019 and she was so detail oriented, professional, and such a nice person that it was easy trusting her to make our wedding invitation dreams come to life! You can tell that her art is a huge passion of hers and she really takes the time to understand your vision. If you are thinking twice about a map, DO IT! The one she created for us blew us away and it was absolutely perfect, it captured our wedding location amazingly. Like many 2020 couples, we had to postpone - twice! Caitlin was amazing to work with! She customized our wedding invites and day of signage (menus, bar, cards, logos, guest book, etc). The entire look and feel of our wedding was based off her design and it was stunning! Our guests are still in awe! We used the logo she made for our Photo Booth as well and it came out clean and crisp.
I'm from Canada and had no problem paying the extra $$ (exchange rate) for her services, it was well worth it!

Working with Caitlin was one of my favorite parts about planning my wedding. Caitlin was absolutely amazing to work with, from start to finish! She is so full of ideas and is willing to listen to yours as well to create the perfect invitation suite. Working with Caitlin at Wouldn't it Be Lovely was one of the very best decisions I made.. Caitlin was so easy to work with and she is a seriously talented artist. She was also so patient with us especially with my last minute additions/changes. Caitlin was so amazing to work with! Her process is so thorough and she really wants to capture your exact vision. I loved how professional she was yet laid back. AMAZING ... everyone raved about my invitation suite
I had the HARDEST time figuring out invitations and who to go with and had gone through many rounds with Minted before they told me they couldn't personalize it the way I wanted. I then was talking to a woman in California who was so unresponsive I had to cancel on her half way through a contract for invitations. I then went on a mad hunt and stumbled across Caitlin who blew me away from the first correspondence. Her work is amazing and I have still been getting comments after my wedding about how beautiful and perfect my invitation package was.
She worked with me through my mini freak outs and indecisiveness. Very patient and understanding, I could not recommend her enough to anyone looking for wedding invitations. She will work with you for your price point and is very creative with design and finding ways to get you want you want.

Working with Caitlin was everything we could have hoped for, and more! She created our beautiful invitations, going back and forth with design and text changes until it was absolutely perfect, and even rushed an order when the sample printed version did not come out in the color that was originally anticipated. She also perfectly incorporated an element of artwork done by my grandfather who recently passed into every element of the design.
For our wedding day, she created our ceremony programs and a beautiful acrylic welcome sign for a mirror that caught everyone’s attention.
Working with Caitlin was truly one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process, and we could not recommend working with her more!
