Best. Vacay. Ever!

My husband and I booked our honeymoon through World Wise this past June, and what an amazing experience we had with them! From the beginning, I told Denise and Jana that I didn’t really have much time to plan our honeymoon and I was hoping they could help me. I gave them a rough budget and general idea that we wanted to go somewhere tropical, and they took it from there. Flights, transfers, resort, and excursions were all handled effortlessly by them. They are SO knowledgeable and any questions I had, or changes we wanted to make, were taking care of almost immediately. We ended up finalizing the Jewel Paradise Cove in Jamaica and had the most incredible time. We climbed the Dunns River Falls and spent a beautiful day in a private cabana at the resort. The best part was how organized everything was for us. Denise provided a folder full of our itineraries, flight information, and any other documents we needed for the trip. It was so easy to just pull out her folder any time we needed vouchers or paperwork. Thank you guys for making our honeymoon go so smoothly!

Elopement wedding and honeymoon

Denise helped us plan our elopement wedding and honeymoon in Sanibel, FL. I knew I wanted a beach wedding but wasn't sure where. She researched for me and recommended Sanibel. It was perfect! Sanibel was such a beautiful area. This was the second vacation she helped me plan and I will definitely use her again in the future.

Highly recommend to book with World Wise Travel!!!

Denise at World Wise Travel was informative, helpful, and always there when I needed her! I booked my honeymoon to Jamaica with her and due to COVID-19, there were many changes and restrictions. Denise ensured I had all the information I needed, booked us a new resort (since ours original resort was closed), and walked us through every step of the way! I even had a concern once I arrived to my resort and Denise reached out to the resort and everything got resolved! She was truly available every time I needed her and she was honest about everything going on with travel right now. I definitely plan on booking with Denise again and I recommend using her highly!!! She will ensure you can be relaxed during your vacation planning!!!

We Finally Said I Do in St. Lu and It’s All Because of You

World Wise Travel has proven they are stronger than COVID. We were crushed when our original wedding plans caused our March 2020 wedding to be pushed off to October. In our minds, “COVID couldn’t possibly last that long.” Well we all know how that theory turned out.

Denise did her job twice with us. Our wedding guests were booked effortlessly with her and then rescheduled to our new date with ease. She handled reduced flight availability, St. Lucia entry requirements, necessary COVID tests and last minute entry approvals. More importantly, her efforts allowed us to have the most beautiful tropical wedding imaginable.

It’s important to note that the wedding team at Sandals Le Grande was absolute perfection! They covered every detail and when Mother Nature decided to open its blue skies minutes before our beach wedding, the Sandals team had us relocated into the glass bottom chapel in minutes.

For anyone considering a destination wedding, I say, “Denise and the Sandals team have the super powers to make the dream a reality!”

Amazing trip

We worked with Denise at World Wise Travel to book our honeymoon. Denise booked our trip and planned our whole itinerary to Hawaii. We wouldn't have enjoyed this trip to the fullest without her guidance. We had an amazing trip and enjoyed every day in Hawaii. We will definitely book our next big trip with Denise!

Perfect Match

Denise was amazing in planning our honeymoon. We gave had no idea where we wanted to go, but we explained what we cared about having in a honeymoon and what our budget was and she found the perfect place for us. She also has many good recommendations because she visits a lot of the resorts, so she knows when they've been last updated and such. Would definitely recommend!

WWT - Review

We planned our honeymoon with Denise Poliquin at World Wise Travel. Wow, what an experience! We went in with no idea where or how to start & no idea where we wanted to travel to. Denise took the time to get to know us & what we were longing for in our honeymoon, informed us of so many different places & helped us narrow down & decide on which destination was right for us. She planned & booked it all, the experience was effortless. Once booked, our resort was running a promotion, Denise called be & told us if we were interested she would cancel our reservation & book again, so that we would qualify for the promotion! That type of service is far & few between but not at World Wise Travel! Always greeted with a smile, always taking care of, always World Wise Travel.

World Wise Travel is the best

World Wise Travel takes the worries out of your travel needs. My husband and I went to Northern Italy recently and from start to finish I didn’t have to worry about a thing. We wanted to go on a Trafalger tour and all we needed to do was give them the dates and they took over from there. Updating us through the whole process and getting us the best deal. We decided to go a day earlier at the last minute and Jana from World Wise Travel was able to get us a room at the same hotel that we were scheduled to start our tour from. This was perfect, not only did she get us a great deal, we didn’t have to change our room after that one night. Any questions and or concerns that we had were answered right away. We never doubted World Wise Travel or questioned their expertise. We definitely are going to have them plan our next trip.

Denise and Jana planned the last 3 vacations I have gone on. One being my honeymoon to Barbados and the other two were to Italy. They were easy to get in touch with and worked so hard to get the best deal possible for us. These were the best vacations of our lives. We will continue to use world wise travel for all of our vacations to come!

Denise & Jana assisted with booking hotels for my honeymoon to Rome and Florence. This was such an overwhelming endeavor before I reached out to them. They found me awesome hotels and took care of all the booking. They were both extremely responsive and made sure I knew where everything stood at each step. Highly recommended.

My husband and I were married this past October and decided to wait for a few months to plan our honeymoon. When we first spoke to Carolyn about our honeymoon we were unsure about where we wanted to go. We originally looked into a Sandals resort but realized it wasn't for us. We decided on the destination of Costa Rica, a place had never been to or know much about. Carolyn went above and beyond what I could have ever expected. She researched the best time of the year to travel there, the best places to travel to and ended up finding two resorts both amazing and completely different. She took care of everything from transportation to booking all our excursions (most of which she looked into for us as well). She also gave us information about our trip that we would have never thought about: how much to tip for services, who to look for at the airport, etc. She was always available to answer questions and look into anything we asked. Most of all, she gave us everything we asked for while staying in our budget. We had an amazing trip we'll never forget. We won't ever plan another trip without her!

We met with Denise and discussed a ton of different options for our honeymoon before we ultimately decided a cruise was for us. We had done all inclusive and had a sub-par experience was we were very hesitant to go to one for our honeymoon. We had on the other hand been on cruises before and loved them.
We went on a 11-day Southern Caribbean cruise for our honeymoon which was PERFECT! Best thing we did was wait until a month after our wedding for the cruise, partially because the itinerary we wanted but it was well worth the wait! I could not have imagined leaving the next day or two for the honeymoon.
Denise even surprised us with a few extra goodies delivered to us when we boarded our cruise. She was extremely knowledgeable of the destinations (Aruba, Bonaire, Grenada, Dominica, St Thomas and Grand Turk), we visited. knowledge is something unmatched and something you could never get booking through an online travel site. We cannot wait to work with Denise and Jana again to plan our next vacation!

World Wise Travel went above and beyond my expectations! Whether it was the initial planning process, finalizing the trip, or actually traveling to our Dominican Republic destination; everything was seamless. Each step of the way World Wise Travel was always efficiently organized, and educated on our destination, willing to answer questions and bring calm to a sometimes stressful planning process. Denise exudes a immeasurable passion and energy and was a huge asset in helping plan the trip of a lifetime!

We visited the Dominican Republic, staying at the Iberostar Grand, a spectacular resort; one would have thought the customer service, food, and resort itself was taken straight out of a magazine. World Wise Travel helped to accommodate us in traveling at the best times, which allowed us a few extra hours of beach and sun. Denise also had transportation to and from the resort organized for us which was unbelievably helpful, less stressful and time efficient. The excursions were a breeze to organize as well, and allowed us to experience very fun and different sides of our vacation (we rode dune buggies and zip lined).

I without a doubt will continue to book ALL my future travels through World Wise Travel and have been recommending all of my friends and family!

I was so excited to work with Denise and World Wise Travel to book my honeymoon! My parents used her for their 35th wedding anniversary trip and my brother used her for his honeymoon a few years ago. Both gave rave reviews about her, so how could I not try her out? She listened to what we wanted and provided numerous options that were perfect. She took the time to talk about all the resorts, and I feel very confident in our decision. It's exactly what we wanted. Can't wait for our honeymoon!

I had met Denise at a wedding expo in Foxboro, MA and after chatting with her for a brief moment I just knew we needed to go and meet with her to book our honeymoon. She is very well knowledgable about all Sandals locations, which is exactly what we were looking for. She was able to show us actual pictures from some of her recent stays at a few of the different islands we were looking at, which was nice to see. Not only was Denise so helpful throughout the whole process she was able to give us an amazing deal that included a boat tour cruise around the island and the cost for the week was much cheaper than another place we had looked into first. Denise also surprised us with a spa credit, that we couldn't wait to use!! I can't wait to book our next trip through Denise!

Wedding planning can be stressful and having a destination wedding can make it even more stressful. I was so lucky to work with Carolyn from World Wise Travel. She helped me plan my destination wedding of 40 guests to Jamaica. She really went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect destination wedding. She responded to my emails and calls right away. She really made the process fun and understood my wants and needs. After cancelled flights and missed connections we thought our trip was going to be ruined, but Denise saved the day. She was able to work with the resort and the airlines and have all of our accommodations changed at no cost to us!! She took phone calls and emails from us at all hours of the day and would not take no for an answer! What could have been a nightmare turned into the best vacation of my life!!!!!

Denise has been so helpful throughout the process of my wedding planning. From the beginning she has done everything she can to help me pick the perfect resort for my family and friends. She worked hard on getting me estimates to different resorts so I could help narrow my choices. All emails that I've sent have been received and answered right away, same goes for phone calls. We used World Wide Travel to book our honeymoon and now use them to book our vacations. These gals are the absolute best at what they do. I have never worked with a company with such outstanding customer service. The truly go above and beyond.
They have been everywhere and can find the perfect fit for your travel needs. We hit a snafu on one trip when we missed our flight. I contacted them on vaca and they handled everything for us! It gives us peace of mind knowing they are there to do anything to help you. I will never use anyone else for my travel needs but Denise and Kelly. They are just plain fabulous!

My wedding was on May 1, 2015 at the Majestic Elegance Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. I currently live in Rhode Island. My husband and I started working with another TA while choosing our resort. We chose to visit our resort a year before we actually got married. When returned from our trip, we came to find out that our TA had left her position and left us in sort of a limbo. It was not easy finding a TA that we could rely on, especially since we had a bad experience to begin with. When we found Denise, we automatically felt comfortable. She was welcoming and reassuring. She has a lot of experience booking weddings. We didn’t know it at the time but our wedding party ended up being 70 guests in total.
Denise helped us out so much. She dealt with both of our crazy families calling in with questions and booking information. She helped take 75% of the stress related to destination wedding planning out of the way. She always responded to my emails and phone calls and even my surprise visits that would last hours. By the end of it, she almost was family! We enjoyed working with Denise so much so that we recommended a close friend of ours to book their wedding through her as well.
Denise surprised us all along the way. The night before our departure she set us up in a nice hotel by the airport so we didn’t have to drive at 3am to Boston. It was a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. When we arrived for our wedding, since we had been to Punta Cana before we were expecting to get onto a shuttle bus, however there was a private transfer arranged just for us. Our driver had a bottle of champagne and our names on the van. We knew Denise was behind it all. She made us feel like the bride and groom from the very start of our wedding week journey. All of our guests arrived at the hotel safely, their rooms worked out perfectly. Not one of our 70 guests had a complaint with working with Denise. I highly recommend World Wise Travel and Denise Poliquin!

My friend got married in Antigua and World Wise Travel handled all the details for a group of us going. They were very responsive and had all the answers. When I got caught in a tropical storm they also pulled some strings to help me get off the island much sooner than the airline was willing to help me when I called.

The girls at World Wise Travel were amazing! They were helpful and knowledge of all the Sandals properties! I will definitely use them in the future to book travel and also recommend to family and friends!

After 45 years of marriage, it was time for a second honeymoon. Denise at WWT is the best. We have worked with her on many trips over the past 25 years, so she knows our personalities. When we described what we really wanted for this very special occasion (secluded, natural setting with miles of sandy beaches), she new exactly where to send us. We did not want any of the popular honeymoon spots. Although lovely, we wanted peace and quite with nature all around us. I'm not sharing where she chose as it was really private and secluded and we want to keep it that way. You need to call Denise to find our special spot! It was fabulous and we privately renewed our wedding vows on the beach!

denise was great. we went to antigua (sandals). she was very responsive, got back to me really quick. great experience and plan to go there for future vacations. pleasant warm atmosphere

I worked with Kelly to find a perfect honeymoon in our budget! She was able to find a beautiful place for us - Excellence Resort in the Dominican Republic! It was a wonderful resort. She made the experience stress free and I did not have to research anything! She sent all the documentation to my house as I was too busy to pick it up at her office. For our next vacation I will definitely be going back! Thanks again WWT!

Denise from World Wise Travel is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is always so helpful and answers all your questions. We knew where we wanted to go, but didn't have a specific resort in mind other than something adults only. Denise found the perfect place for us, and we have an amazing 10 day honeymoon. We could not have been happier with her recommendation.
WWT had a honeymoon fund set up for us, which was a great registry for our wedding shower. I recommend it for couples already living together who don't need registries from home good stores.

Denise was fabulous! She made honeymoon planning one less thing we had to worry about. We had an amazing trip and her recommendations and efforts to set up excursions helped make for the absolute perfect honeymoon.

I never really gave working with a travel agent a thought until I met Carolyn at a bridal expo.
The first thing that stood out to me about Carolyn was her fast response time as well as her attention to detail. Carolyn was always happy to answer questions for me, look into different options, and make suggestions as I requested over the course of our frequent emails. Once we got narrowed down a honeymoon destination Carolyn invited my fiance and I to her office to discuss details. She was a pleasure to work with and I anticipate we will use her for our future vacations. We have already recommended her to friends / family.
To be honest I had a friend offer me their travel agent service shortly after I began working with Carolyn. I declined them telling them I already had a great travel agent, then asked if they knew about her :)

We are so happy with our experience with World Wise Travel. Denise made the search for the perfect honeymoon spot so much easier, and it was one less thing I had to worry about during the wedding process. She was happy to stay within our budget, give us tips as to what to expect when we arrived, and walked us through all the details.
Needless to say, we had an awesome time on our honeymoon and cant wait to book our next trip with World Wise Travel!

Denise was wonderful from the moment we meet. She was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable regarding destination weddings, and if unsure about something quick to find an answer. I was recommended by my sister who booked her honeymoon with her, I was not disappointed at all. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.
