We used Melanie at Woodstem Floral & Decor for both planning and floral arrangements on our special day and I cannot recommend her enough!! Melanie truly brought our visions to life! She was VERY organized throughout the entire process and kept in close contact with any questions as they came up. Everything turned out so beautiful and exactly how I envisioned. Melanie was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would recommend her for your special day or any occasion! -

AMAZING Experience!!!
I hired Melanie for floral, decor and day of coordination services and she did an AMAZING job making my vision come to life!! When I started my wedding planning journey, I wasn't so sure about many details. Melanie helped me put all of the pieces together (both big and small). She spent a significant amount of time working with me and helping me to make smart decisions that also gave me the biggest bang for my buck when it came to my floral/decor budget. I am honestly FLOORED at not only how on point my florals/decor came out vs. my inspo photos, but I actually think that mine came out better!! My sweetheart table was unbelievable (please check out the photos I've posted)! I'm so glad I didn't purchase anything extra for it because it was so stunning the way Melanie designed it! All in all I owe a great amount of gratitude to Melanie for making my wedding look and feel the way I can only have dreamed of!! The most beautiful colorful florals
Melanie was so easy to work with. She had wonderful ideas and spoke her mind but also prioritized listening to my vision and getting me what I wanted in my budget. She did an incredible job on nailing a unique and specific color palette and vision. Can't recommend enough. -

Melanie was absolutely wonderful!! She was super responsive from day 1, and she was on top of everything throughout the planning process and day of the wedding. The flowers were just absolutely breathtaking and she made the decor look 1000 times better than I even imagined! 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for someone to really bring your vision to life :) -

Melanie did the flowers for my microwedding and I couldn't have been happier. She was so easy to work with, and she helped me incorporate the flowers into the entire vision so that all the decor flowed together and I did not need to consult a decorator/coordinator because she filled that role for me. My wedding was absolutely perfect how I imagined it, and for my flowers were a big part of that vision so I am so happy I trusted Melanie instead of another florist! -

I hired Melanie with WoodStem Floral as my florist and wedding planner. She was extremely helpful since I was planning everything from a distance sight unseen. She was always quick to respond to my emails and questions. She provided options for other vendors and some planning documents. Our flowers and decorations were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. She also has a large rental inventory for other decor - which was an incredible resource for our destination wedding. It was awesome to have her help during the planning process and to decorate/clean-up on the big day so my family/friends/self didn't have to worry about any of that! -

Melanie is wonderful! I called her from Memphis, Tennessee to order flowers for my daughter's Birthday! My daughter was visiting Winterpark Resort. Melanie took care of it and the flowers were gorgeous!! She is 5 stars! -

I had contacted her very last minute to create an arrangement to be delivered to my parents for their 40th anniversary and she went above and beyond to help. Catherine Sent on 11/04/2016Melanie did a beautiful job with the flowers for our outdoor mountain wedding! As someone who didn’t even know/care what “colors” meant for a wedding, I was so impressed with how Melanie was able to coax what I really wanted out of me. She took the time to ask and show me a variety of flowers, until we narrowed down the winners. It turned out that I was pickier than I thought, but she was so patient with me, and never pushy. The final arrangements for our tables were truly perfect; we intentionally had a variety of centerpieces, and she put together different flower arrangements to fit each one. My bouquet was GORGEOUS. Melanie was also helpful in suggesting ideas for what décor to use for the ‘altar.’ We’re not religious and didn’t want a cross or arch, and she recommended these wooden stumps with flower arrangements on top – honestly the perfect touch to our beautiful mountain venue. From beginning to end Melanie was very responsive, always polite, and it was clear she valued highly my happiness as well as my husband’s and my mom’s! We hired Melanie for the day-of as well, and she was great in keeping things running and setting up my other decorations. I am so pleased to have found such a great florist in the Winter Park area, as I was committed to staying local with vendors. -

Melanie made us gorgeous flowers for our tiny elopement and I can't wait to use here again for our big wedding once COVID allows. I requested purples and greenery and it came out lovely with a great balance! (Only note is to reiterate any flowers you don't want her to use, especially if they're trendy!) She worked with me to choose 'showstopper' flowers to really accent each centerpiece and my bouquet was truly gorgeous! She delivered on time and was flexible as we had to change our plans due to COVID. Can't wait to use her again and definitely recommend! -
