  The Master Plan

  I discovered JW Coordination through Youtube and I am so glad that I did. While I was unable to hire them for the actual in-person coordination, I utilized their website, Youtube videos and The Master Plan. The Master Plan is amazing, so easy to use and affordable - which is what every bride and groom are looking for. Through the Master Plan and Youtube videos, I have learned so much and has made my life so much easier with planning a wedding. So, even if you are not able to hire JW Coordination for your wedding, definitely browse their website. You will be so glad you did.

  Get the Master Plan!

  Are you planning a wedding? You need The Master Plan. Jamie's advice helped my husband and me clarify what we cared about the most for our big day, set our budget in alignment with those priorities, and choose a fantastic vendor team. My friends and family were surprised that I wasn't more stressed throughout wedding planning, and that's in large part due to Jamie's guidance and perfectly paced planning timeline. We also hired a local month of wedding coordinator. The Master Plan was a great complement to our planner's portal in Aisle Planner and helped me keep everything organized for our coordinator. I was surprised to see that everything in the portal also exists within The Master Plan. Even if you hire a full service planner it's helpful to discuss what matters to you and your partner, think through the budget, and know what to ask potential wedding planners before you schedule your first discovery call. Looking back on our wedding day I have deeper appreciation for some of Jamie's advice, like the importance of choosing vendors who click with your personality. Thankfully we did, and it allowed us to relax and enjoy the day. 10/10 recommend.

  Best wedding coorindators ever!

  I've been watching Jamie Wolfer on Youtube a year before we started planning our wedding and I instantly fell in love with her work ethic. I enjoyed seeing her working on weddings and was instantly drawn to her tactics. Right away, I told my husband how much we needed a wedding coordinator ! He saw how much I enjoyed watching her videos and decided to hire JW's team! I was sooo thrilled ! They have been with us through every step of the way from 2019 through the pandemic. Our lead planner Rebecca was there for us for whatever we needed. Our wedding would have not gone soo smoothly without her and her assistant Alyssa. Thank you JW Coordination for being there on our special day! We will never forget how much time and effort you put into our event!

  JW Coordination and Heather are outstanding!

  My wife and I are extremely happy we selected JW Coordination to help plan our wedding. Heather was amazing and we cannot thank her enough for being the guiding light we so desperately needed to make our big day better than we could have imagined. Heather was so organized, professional, and catered to our every need throughout the planning process. On the big day, she made sure everything went according to plan, kept us on time for all of the various bride/groom activities, and made it so we could enjoy our wedding without worrying about anything else. Heather and JW Coordination were blessings for us and we are so thankful we chose them. When Covid made things difficult, Heather helped us work around it to find the perfect venue for our needs. We would not hesitate to recommend Heather and JW Coordination to our friends and family in the future. In fact, even our various vendors loved working with JW Coordination.

  Jamie was absolutely incredible to work with! She responded effectively to changing circumstances and kept all of the vendors coordinated and on schedule. Her efforts hugely benefited the wedding environment and it would never have been such a huge success without them.

  Jamie helped me out via a two hour phone consultation. I was immediately charmed by her wit and nurturing personality! Jamie helped me put words to the floating, vague ideas in my head. Now that I have a clear idea of what I want, I feel more confident reaching out to other vendors for the big day. Jamie also had a handy checklist that we went through after I ran out of questions. It was really helpful in helping me plan ahead (as far as things to tackle next). I absolutely adore her and really appreciate all the effort she put into our consultation!

  I haven't planned a wedding yet, but from watching Jamies YouTube videos I already feel so prepared to plan the perfect day! She is so sweet and enthusiastic, and most importantly, she is so knowledgable about all things wedding. I highly recommend her YouTube channel for how-to and tips for all things surrounding weddings, engagement to I do, and also check out her website, lots of free and helpful resources there too! And if you're lucky enough to be able to hire her company for your wedding, I'm sure it will be a flawless event!

  When I look back at my wedding planning experience and my wedding day, I know I will always be filled with gratitude for Jamie and her team. During the planning process she was easy to communicate with, and we shared so many laughs mixed in with the wealth of knowledge she gave us.   As MOB, I couldn't have asked for a better person than Jamie to work with our daughter and fiance. Jamie is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful and patient. Rehearsal went off without a hitch, Jamie and her team have this down! Wedding day was so peaceful. Jamie truly supported our family by taking care of all details, discussions, interactions so that my daughter, fiance and our whole family were so at peace. We were truly able to "be in the moment" and create lasting memories. Thank you Jamie and team!

  We had the pleasure of working with Jamie for a little over a year. I knew she was magic from the first consultation I had with her. She is a funny, smart and extremely talented individual. She is the guru of wedding planning and we were so grateful to have her through this process. During the wedding planning our venue was sold to another company, ahhhh right?! We were freaked out and had no clue what was going to happen. Jamie being the superhero she is, not only guided us through this stressful time but she advocated for us ensuring our contract was honored. We had felt and seen some of her magic but on the day of the wedding, she shined brighter than ever! Jamie and her team were fantastic. When she released the behind the scenes video from our wedding day on her YouTube channel (which is so helpful and a must check out) we had no idea little problems occurred. Her advice and deep understanding of the wedding process is deeply apparent in every word she speaks.   Super helpful 2 hour consultation!

  I was feeling very lost and stressed out about the wedding planning process, but I had a phone consultation with Jamie and she totally helped me figure out where to go next! She helped to answer some questions I had and feel more confident about talking to vendors, nailing down a timeline, reminding me of some important details, and to feel good about where I was in the process! I can’t thank her enough!

  Phone Consultation - Great Experience!

  If you think you can figure out your whole wedding by yourself, news flash: you can't.
  I was one of those brides that didn't need a wedding planner. I scoffed at the idea of getting any professional help for my wedding. I figured I could do it all with help from Pinterest, YouTube videos, and wedding forums.
  ...And then came the mental break downs. And the anxiety. And I realized that "Little Miss Independent" over here very much needed help.
  Enter Jamie. We scheduled a FaceTime consultation (since I live 8 or so hours away from her), and it was AMAZING. It's amazing how much can be accomplished in 2 hours. She was able to get through my 3-page list of questions, read through some contracts, and just bless me with so much wisdom and humor and kindness.
  Even if you can't afford a full wedding planner, or you think you don't need any help (like what I thought), I so highly recommend reaching out to Jamie for a single consultation! She's incredible at what she does, and truly passionate about helping people with their weddings. Whether you have a question about etiquette, decorations, budget, or tricky situations (or all of the above, like I did), you'll feel like you're talking to your best friend, getting real, honest advice.

I still remember the first FaceTime I had with her.. it was such an easy conversation. Despite the ‘obstacle’ of being a distance wedding in Hawaii, I felt she wanted me as much as I wanted/needed her. Through the entire process, Jamie and her team were organized, focused, reliable, transparent, prompt, easy to talk to, good listeners and extremely supportive. She has the experience, knowledge and skill set required to pull off any wedding without a hitch. As a bride, I just needed to trust her.

  Jamie is the Coordinator You Need!

  Jamie made my wedding day feel like a breeze. I didn't have to worry about anything. Her expertise and eye for detail helped with items that I had no comprehension of. Her Youtube channel gave us a realistic idea of what to spend our money on and what we could go without.
  The best thing I would say about Jamie and her group of planners/assistants is their personalities. It is SO important to enjoy your day and be surrounded by people who are joyful. Jamie is just that. Her and her assistant were so fun to laugh, smile and dance with. Do not hesitate when thinking of hiring anyone from this team. They will be the glue that makes your wedding one of dreams!

  Working with Jamie was the biggest gift to me! She walked me through all the details leading into the wedding and then handled everything the day of. With her help we stayed within our budget and didn't have to worry about a thing. I'm so grateful and 1000% recommend her for all your wedding needs!

  Working with Jamie was an absolute joy. Planning a wedding can be very overwhelming, particularly if, like me, you have no experience planning large-scale events, so teaming up with the right coordinator is super important. I am so pleased I was able to find Jamie and work with her to plan our wedding. We hired Jamie for partial planning, which included regular meetings throughout the 6 months leading up to the wedding, constant emails, a venue walkthrough, and day of coordination and timeline planning, including coordination of all our vendors. Jamie kept us on track throughout the entire planning process, making sure we had all our key vendors booked in and details arranged with plenty of lead up time, to ensure that the last few weeks leading up to the day were as stress-free as possible. Jamie's work on the day of our event meant that Josh and I didn't have to worry about anything at all- everything on the day was beyond a dream, and, if there were any issues we weren't at all aware of them. Jamie truly ensured we, and our guests, had the best possible time, and even made sure we had some food and cake brought to our room for us to eat at the end of the night! She made sure that everything was kept on schedule, without ever making it feel regimented. So many of our guests commented on how well organized our wedding was, and how much fun they had- no one was ever left wondering what they were meant to be doing or where they were meant to be. I wouldn't hesitate for a second before recommending Jamie to anyone looking for a wedding planner. If you are trying to decide where to allocate your budget, make sure Jamie is the first person you allocate to! Truly could not have done it without her. Thank you, Jamie!!

She's wonderfully flexible and able to work how you need her to, but she was especially valuable for us in regards to experience in the industry, keeping us on track (and rolling with the punches) on the day, set-up/teardown, and being seriously tough as nails in getting what we paid for. She made our day amazing, and is a SERIOUS rockstar.
