I discovered JW Coordination through Youtube and I am so glad that I did. While I was unable to hire them for the actual in-person coordination, I utilized their website, Youtube videos and The Master Plan. The Master Plan is amazing, so easy to use and affordable - which is what every bride and groom are looking for. Through the Master Plan and Youtube videos, I have learned so much and has made my life so much easier with planning a wedding. So, even if you are not able to hire JW Coordination for your wedding, definitely browse their website. You will be so glad you did. -

Thanks to Jamie and her team, our wedding was perfect in every way. I went from being a stressed out bride, to a peaceful wife. She thought about every detail and that made the difference. Our guests will talk about our wedding for a long time. Thanks so much!

I've been watching Jamie Wolfer on Youtube a year before we started planning our wedding and I instantly fell in love with her work ethic. I enjoyed seeing her working on weddings and was instantly drawn to her tactics. Right away, I told my husband how much we needed a wedding coordinator ! He saw how much I enjoyed watching her videos and decided to hire JW's team! I was sooo thrilled ! They have been with us through every step of the way from 2019 through the pandemic. Our lead planner Rebecca was there for us for whatever we needed. Our wedding would have not gone soo smoothly without her and her assistant Alyssa. Thank you JW Coordination for being there on our special day! We will never forget how much time and effort you put into our event! -

JW Coordination and Heather are outstanding!
My wife and I are extremely happy we selected JW Coordination to help plan our wedding. Heather was amazing and we cannot thank her enough for being the guiding light we so desperately needed to make our big day better than we could have imagined. Heather was so organized, professional, and catered to our every need throughout the planning process. On the big day, she made sure everything went according to plan, kept us on time for all of the various bride/groom activities, and made it so we could enjoy our wedding without worrying about anything else. Heather and JW Coordination were blessings for us and we are so thankful we chose them. When Covid made things difficult, Heather helped us work around it to find the perfect venue for our needs. We would not hesitate to recommend Heather and JW Coordination to our friends and family in the future. In fact, even our various vendors loved working with JW Coordination. -

We had the pleasure of working with Jamie for a little over a year. I knew she was magic from the first consultation I had with her. She is a funny, smart and extremely talented individual. She is the guru of wedding planning and we were so grateful to have her through this process. During the wedding planning our venue was sold to another company, ahhhh right?! We were freaked out and had no clue what was going to happen. Jamie being the superhero she is, not only guided us through this stressful time but she advocated for us ensuring our contract was honored. We had felt and seen some of her magic but on the day of the wedding, she shined brighter than ever! Jamie and her team were fantastic. When she released the behind the scenes video from our wedding day on her YouTube channel (which is so helpful and a must check out) we had no idea little problems occurred. This is how you know her, and her team are amazing. For those of you who watch Friends think of Monica the day of Phoebe’s wedding, kicking butt and taking names. That is what you get when you hire Jamie. She was the best decision we made, from wedding planner to a friend. -

When I look back at my wedding planning experience and my wedding day, I know I will always be filled with gratitude for Jamie and her team. During the planning process she was easy to communicate with, and we shared so many laughs mixed in with the wealth of knowledge she gave us. On our wedding day, she took care of everything and managed any little issues that popped up that day (without me even knowing!) she gave us such an amazing gift of a magical wedding day with our friends and family! -

As MOB, I couldn't have asked for a better person than Jamie to work with our daughter and fiance. Jamie is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful and patient. Rehearsal went off without a hitch, Jamie and her team have this down! Wedding day was so peaceful. Jamie truly supported our family by taking care of all details, discussions, interactions so that my daughter, fiance and our whole family were so at peace. We were truly able to "be in the moment" and create lasting memories. Thank you Jamie and team! -

I was feeling very lost and stressed out about the wedding planning process, but I had a phone consultation with Jamie and she totally helped me figure out where to go next! She helped to answer some questions I had and feel more confident about talking to vendors, nailing down a timeline, reminding me of some important details, and to feel good about where I was in the process! Hiring Jamie and her team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! There were things we would have completely missed had we not hired her! On the day of the wedding I felt completely fine and so confident that Jamie and the team would handle everything. I had no worries in the world and was 100% confident Jamie had everything down!! So thankful we hired JW Coordination! We had nearly 300 people and she mangaged, moved, and made everything happen perfectly and on time!! Thanks Jamie! Plus she is so fun to work with and so encouraging!! -

Her advice and deep understanding of the wedding process is deeply apparent in every word she speaks. She will help you learn what you need to know to hire the right people and throw the very best wedding. -

I loved how Jamie helped to shape our vision and worked with my Mom and I to plan the wedding of my dreams! The day went so beautifully and perfect down to every last detail and it was so nice to just be able to enjoy the day instead of paying vendors or organizing details. Jamie and Robin were so nice and definitely found them to be an integral part of our wedding. -
