I can't recommend Rachel and her team enough! It was hard to find a beautician willing to take care of 12 bridesmaids, 2 flower girls, one MOB, and one bride, but Rachel expressed nothing but professionalism and care from the very beginning. I knew I was in good hands the moment I first spoke to her, which was reassured during my trial. On the day of my wedding, Rachel and her team surpassed my already high expectations. Every single one of my girls was ecstatic about the way their hair and make up turned out. I also cried A LOT throughout the day, and I didn't need to touch up my make up once! If you are looking for a talented, professional, and kind beautician, look no further! -

Great experience
We got married in Grand Lake in the summer, and I had a diverse group in my wedding party--I'm Asian and had Asian, Brazilian, Caucasian, and Indian bridesmaids. Rachel and team were conscious the varying skin tones and when I thought my lip color was too much, Rachel adjusted it to perfection. From my trial to the big day, Rachel was meticulous in adjusting based on my feedback. One of my bridesmaids was late to get her hair and makeup started, but Rachel's team was super calm and collected the whole time. My makeup didn't budge the whole day in the sun or light rain in the mountains. Thanks Rachel and team for helping make our day so magical! -

Rachel was great to work with! She was able to accommodate my small bridal party in a little bit of short notice! Rachel was very nice and easy to communicate with. I did not have time for a pre-wedding trial or to meet Rachel in person but I trusted her and everything went perfect! Rachel was very informative which helped me with the planning process and time frames for wedding day. Rachel did both hair and make up which was a huge bonus for me! I wanted a natural look and Rachel knocked it out of the park! Highly recommend her!! -

Rachel and her team were wonderful to work with for my wedding at Devil's Thumb Ranch. Three artists did hair and makeup for me (bride), 6 bridesmaids, and the mother of the bride and mother of the groom. We didn't have to come in at the crack of dawn which was a refreshing change from other weddings I've been in, and they remained ahead of schedule and flexible with arrivals while also being receptive to the look each person was going for. I also appreciated being able to have a trial with Rachel ahead of the wedding and her flexibility with the changes I wanted to make for the wedding day. Would recommend! -

SO Amazing!
Using Rachel and her team for both my rehearsal dinner and wedding hair and makeup was one of the very best decisions I made! Rachel is so genuine and kind and extremely easy to talk to. The trial process was amazing and I felt like Rachel heard exactly what I was thinking and offered professional suggestions and alterations to make it perfect. Rachel helped create a look for my rehearsal that was so fun and spunky to match my outfit and my wedding hair and makeup was so flawless and timeless. The makeup and hair photographed amazing and I still can't get over how awesome Rachel is. In the past when I have had my makeup professionally done it has looked really cakey and unnatural and Rachel's style is so far from that. I felt like I still looked like myself and never felt like I had a ton of makeup on. My bridesmaids, mom and mother in law also loved their hair and makeup done by Rachel's team. They all made similar comments that they have previously had bad experiences with professional makeup and everyone was obsessed with how natural and amazing it looked this time around. Wise Artistry gets my highest recommendation! Rachel and her team were ON POINT for the hair and make-up services for me and my 7 bridesmaids during my June wedding in Estes Park! All of my bridesmaids raved that it was the best HMU service they've ever had; everyone looked fresh, natural, and gorgeous all night long! My bridesmaids with darker skin tones were especially appreciative of how attune the Wise Artistry team was with ensuring their make-up was especially flawless.
From the booking process to day-of service delivery, Rachel was efficient, creative, and truly exceptional to work with. Her level of expertise and care for the work was evident throughout my experience. Plus, the products the team uses feel breathable and light-weight.

We loved working with wise artistry! From the very beginning they helped us design the perfect bridesmaid morning and bridal look. They came right to our getting ready house with all the necessary supplies, high quality make-up and hair. The best part was how amazing everyone looked! I had a few bridesmaids who had elected only hair or only makeup and each person ended up wanting to add on the full package because everyone hair and make-up looked so good! Rachel and her team are phenomenal! I was referred to Rachel by my photographer for our elopement in Breckenridge. We’re not from Colorado so booking vendors from afar was a little nerve-wracking. Rachel instantly made that anxiety go away. She is super professional, but also incredibly down to earth. It’s like talking to an old friend. She listened to what I wanted (I’ll admit I was a little indecisive on the style for the wedding) and she gave insight and suggestions that helped me feel at ease and looking my best. I booked a trial with her a few months before the wedding and she was so great, she even offered to do multiple styles aka didn’t rush me out. I highly recommend her and my bridesmaids all said the same. We’ve been in countless weddings and this is one of the best experiences we’ve had. She traveled up to Breckenridge with a team of two and provided hair and makeup services for 7 services within about 4 hours. Her prices are very reasonable too, especially for the quality you get. Thank you, Rachel for making me feel beautiful on my wedding day :) -

Amazing! Everything I wanted
I am so grateful to have found Wise Artistry. After speaking with several different makeup artists who weren’t exactly responsive or available, I finally found Rachel and I knew right away she and her team were perfect. I had to add some additional services on after our initial contract was drawn, and Rachel was so understanding and flexible. My makeup and hair were literally exactly what I was looking for which for me is very rare. My bridal party all looked phenomenal, I couldn’t get over how well everyone’s makeup and hair turned out. They were all so so so kind and helpful, they came to our campground and worked in a smaller space and didn’t complain once. Book them immediately! -

Rachel and her team are simply fantastic! Rachel was so flexible and compassionate when we had to move our wedding celebration from 2020 to 2021. I NEVER wear makeup and have a TON of hair, so finding someone who would still make me feel like myself and keep all my hair in place all day was critical. Rachel delivered on everything I could have wanted an more. She and her team were wonderful on the day of and my bridesmaids were so complimentary. They were thrilled with how they looked and found Rachel and her team to be fun and easy to talk to. As the day progressed, our hair and makeup continued to look great all night - even after starting the ceremony in an afternoon rain storm. What's more, we found Wise Artistry to be unbelievable affordable - particularly for traveling to Estes Park and doing such an incredible job. I cannot recommend Wise Artistry highly enough - you won't be disappointed! -

I originally found Rachel via recommendations of neighbors when starting the arduous wedding vendor search. I had my trial run right before the start of CV-19 (which she graciously scheduled before my engagement photos - which turned out perfect AND gave me a chance to see how the makeup would hold up through some light hiking and photos). Her flexibility when I had to push out my wedding date over a year was so so appreciated and made being a 2020 bride so much less stressful. Fast forward to June 20th, 2021 and Rachel and her team did an absolutely flawless job on my own, my bridesmaids, and the mothers hair and makeup. We had a diverse group of bridesmaids that were looking for a variety of different hair styles and makeup looks. The individual lashes, lip stains, quality of makeup and face prep were also really nice touches (and addition to the teams incredible professionalism and calming demeanor). Our makeup and hair looked flawless from the early morning to past midnight and held up in the winds of Estes Park. Can't recommend enough!!! -

My husband and I eloped from Texas to Colorado and stayed in an Airbnb. Rachel traveled to my location to do my hair and makeup before our intimate, personal ceremony and she did an amazing job! Because of Covid, I scrambled at the last minute to find a hair/ make up artist for me and my bridesmaids. Despite a busy schedule, Rachael was able to make time for a trial, and met us on site to provide hair and make up for me and my bridesmaids. I loved my trial, but there were a few details about both hair and make up that I wanted to tweek. Rachael made notes, and took pictures, and was able to exceed my expectations for hair and make up. My hair/ make up was absolutely beautiful and lasted all night (as did my false eye lashes despite crying all night). I had a few bridesmaids that were hesitant to have hair/ make up done, but they were very happy with their results as well. Rachael was very easy to get a hold of, was on time, listened to my concerns, was professional yet easy going, and overall a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to feel pretty on their special day! Thank you again Rachael! -

I loved working with Wise Artistry for my wedding. Rachel and her team did an amazing job with hair and makeup for 10 people on my big day. The whole bridal party looked so beautiful and it lasted all night. Even when our flower girl shaved half of her eyebrow off before the wedding, she went above and beyond to fix it. She really took her time during my trial, going through a few different looks until I was happy. She totally nailed it, and I felt like a Disney princess on my wedding day. I hired Rachel for my sister's wedding. I spoke to a few vendors shopping around and she was the most helpful on the phone. She took her time with us explaining the process and didn't have a bunch of extraneous charges. She was local so that eliminated travel fees. They arrived on time and got right to work. They did a fantastic job on our hair and makeup in a timely manner. We looked so amazing! I don't think my hair has ever been so beautiful. Hire her if you're in the Boulder or Denver area, she's the best! -

Rachel did my makeup and hair and I never had to worry about either all day long. My makeup looked the same through sweating and crying. She had issues with my new sunscreen not mixing well with her makeup, but her being a perfectionist and wanting me to look great, she was able to fix it and it was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better person for that day. -

Wise Artistry did the hair and makeup for myself, my wedding party, and the moms at my wedding, and everyone loved the final product! They were so attentive and listened to what everyone wanted for their hair and makeup, and made wonderful suggestions when someone wasn't quite sure what they wanted to do! On top of the awesome work they did, they were super friendly, chatty, and just fun to have around the whole day.

Getting my make up & hair done was my biggest source of anxiety for my wedding. I wanted something natural, but I hate having mine done most of the time. Rachel's team was amazing - they were calming, easy to work with and flexible with changes day of. I have been in a lot of weddings, and I have never seen so many people actually LOVE the way they were made up. Everyone was so impressed how natural they all looked. Mariel did my make up, and she kept me calm and relaxed all morning. Just so impressed with this team, my trial, the actual wedding and the way everyone looked! Also the pricing was SO reasonable compared to everyone else in Boulder. Would highly recommend! -

Overall I had a great experience with Wise Artistry and Rachel. She was professional, flexible to the max, and I loved her team. Her prices were very fair, her team was also very flexible and for the most part very talented. We had a team of five for a total of 12 people who needed HMU services. One of the girls seemed newer and two of my bridesmaids did not like their hair with her and had to be adjusted by someone else. As the bride, my HMU came out fantastic and I felt like my artist listened to me and made the adjustments needed to make everything perfect -

Rachel and her team did a great job! Her team showed up on time (at 5 in the morning nonetheless!) and had us all ready at the time I had originally planned for. I was so happy with my final look and my bridesmaids all looked gorgeous as well. My maid of honor even booked with them for next year after seeing how the makeup turned out!
